High rate, I’ve been in the Golden Age Hotel for two weeks with my family, it was an awesome memory for all of us there. Especially because Nida, helped us a lot with her amazing advice during our statement in Turkey, she answered all of our questions carefully.
I also love the breakfast service. And how clean the pool was.

Room was quite dirty. Rusted kettles, coffee cups were dusty & shower cubicle has unpleasant odour. Managed to get a room change but not a good first impression.

The hotel is very near to Taksim Square and surrounded by all the facilities like restaurant, tour companies, super mart
Room size was good, however, below mentioned areas need improvement:
- Few tiles on room surface have dislodged.
- There is a showpiece of roomi in the glass cabinet, however, it appears that the glass has not been cleaned for long time as there was a lot of dust.
- Furniture is old but not in miserable state.

The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was excellent. Its location is ideal, offering convenience and accessibility. The staff members are exceptionally courteous and accommodating. While the rooms show signs of age, they are still comfortable; however, during my stay in May 2024, the weather was chilly, and the room lacked sufficient heating, with the air conditioning not functioning properly. We had to request an extra blanket to stay warm. It would have been beneficial if the hotel provided umbrellas for guests during rainy days, but unfortunately, they were unavailable. Despite these minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am grateful for the attentive service provided by the hotel staff.

The hotel provides excellent facilities . The room service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. They also had a lovely afternoon tea with delicious pastries.Australia is our home country, and we are overwhelmed with our hotel. We appreciate you giving us wonderful memories of Istanbul.

Nice hotel, great location. Good service, good breakfast. Only the rooms are cold at night and they told us that they can't do anything about it... and the spa kinda stinks.

Very honest for the services it offers. The breakfast is quite rich. Access to transport is very close. It is very close to the tourist center and you can easily visit several interesting places on foot. In a very close proximity there are several remarkable restaurants. In the building next door there is a currency exchange and a kiosk with snacks, refreshments and everything you need.

Good service, the hotel offered early check-in and free breakfast. The breakfast is varied and the coffee is nice. :)
The rooms are a bit small and the soundproof not so good but the rooms are cosy and clean.
The hotel itself is quite nicely decorated with historical decor.

We are very satisfied since location and room service and breakfast is too good Ann’s attractive and worth of money. All major attractions are near to this hotel. Staff is too friendly and breakfast menu is also full of optons

Really happy with the service, warm friendly and helpful. We didn’t make use of the pool however the spa staff were excellent, and the massages were comparable to top London hotels!
