The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms, including noise and conversations well into the early hours, around 3 AM.
On a positive note, the art displayed in the hallways was appealing, and the complimentary breakfast, which was included in the stay, was a nice touch.
The evening I checked in I was greeted and payed upfront for my stay as per my booking said. They brought me to my first room and I walked in and it smelt like cigarettes (I booked non smoking) the bathroom was full of mold and there were three single beds. I immediately called down and asked if they had a different option as this wasn’t nice. They moved me to another room and it still smelled like cigarettes. Either way, this room had two single beds so they man that helped me with my luggage said someone will come up and push them together. I said okay… waited and no one came. Night 2 I realized how thin the walls were VERY THIN. I heard so many noises and voices until late at night 3 am. Called the hotel front desk and asked about laundry service he gave me an extension for the phone that didn’t even work. Lastly on my last day/night I didn’t want to eat out because I had to be in bed early for an early morning flight and called to front desk to ask if the hotel had a microwave anywhere I could use. Nope… nothing. At around 7pm I decided to go to bed all of a sudden at 8pm I’m woken up by drilling and banging. I called front desk and explained why is this happening during these hours and how long would it be. Firstly barely understood what I was saying and secondly he got rude when I said this was ridiculous times to be having construction in a hotel. People have early flights! Terrible place and definitely won’t be coming back. Only nice thing was the art on the hallway and the “free” breakfast which was technically included in the stay.
The hotel location is the best
The building and structure of the hotel like built yesterday
The smiley faces everywhere in every floor
The buffet is super great with lots of variety to choose
The hotel is too clean and healthy environment
You can never have a negative energy there
The reception and the residents service are great
They make start apologizing before asking for anything because of the way they smile and reply to your request
And you must visit there recreation area, the steam bath worth every single penny you pay

The hotel is old, and you can hear sounds from neighboring rooms easily. Additionally, there’s only one elevator, so be prepared to wait, especially during peak hours. A nearby restaurant played live music until 1:30 am, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the customer service was quite poor; during our six-night stay, calls to room service and reception went unanswered, forcing me to go down to address any issues.
One notable inconvenience was losing a white t-shirt that went missing during room cleaning, so be careful with your belongings. Overall, if you’re not planning to spend too much time in the hotel, it’s a decent choice thanks to its prime location. However, improvements in service and maintenance would make a significant difference.
The hotel is located In Taksim area which make it easy to access to everywhere . But the area it’s extremely noisy as too many pubs and restaurants around so you can hear music till 2am . Stuff hardly speaks English and the person who worked at reception at night shift was so rude . I don’t know his name but he was Mid aged around 45 years old . Once I have complained about some thing to him but rather he solve my problem he mentioned here is turkey , its not your country you can’t complain
I also love the breakfast service. And how clean the pool was.
