The place is near Taksim Square, but a little bit far if you walk with some luggages. Very easy to find. Staff is friendly, help us and explain everything in our room. They have an elevator. Our room is big enough for 2 pax. What you get is what you see like in the pics. Price is reasonable for facilities. Recommend this place to stay for a long term. Thanks Sheriff Residence!

Very affordable price, bed is clean and comfy. There's kitchen, dining room, toilet, dishwasher, washing machine included. There are also iron, hairdryer, TV, wifi. Everything you need to live in istanbul. Very near to the supermarket and 6 minute walk to taksim square. Quite lively neighborhood. Very recommended place. Close to a metro station. It is relatively easy to reach it by car. The breakfast was poor compared to my expectations for this price. The shower was broken and the cards for the room constantly stopped working. The staff was pleasant and always sent the service man after we complained. Overall I can say that my stay was positive no matter the issues we had.

Very good hotel. Stayed there a fair few times. It's a but aged now and could do with a bit of modernisation. The most memorable feature was the 7th floor I was in had a great view of the sea and the window opened fully like a door with no balcony. A shear drop.

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. Always great service, best room experience. In my current visit the staff service was just superb. I had a nasty experience with a tax driver, the staff provided me support to lodge a complaint and offered a fruit salad plate to compensate for the day bad experience. I was truly grateful.

The hotel is considering lime suits apartments. There are washing machines you can easily wash your clothes. My units are no balcony, but I'm not sure of other types. My unit is facing a big road, a high floor, so it is not really noisy. One living hall, kitchen is available. Very nice hotel. Hotel foods are also not bad. But the restaurant staffs is not friendly and slow.

I'm sorry but in my opinion is not 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is very used, bit damaged. The breakfast buffet is not providing suitable food for their guests. This was the first and last time here in this hotel. Although the location is perfect and direct on Taksim area, however the "double-room" space is tiny compared to other hotels. I don't even recommend to take it if you have children. There are other 5star hotels with same or less prices but bigger and newer rooms. Stayed two nights there with a big group and our room cards weren't working after the first night. A long layover at Istanbul airport brought us to this hotel! 30 minutes by cab and we are there! Large hotel of several buildings, with cozy rooms, restaurant, cafe Starbucks and wine bar. There is a beauty salon and business center. Very friendly staff and cab rank next to the hotel. I recommend it, especially if you are flying on business.

I am very happy to have a family room. Service is great. Full amenities. It has a 24-hour corner store with pattisery and a bar. On-site restaurants and cafes. Sauna, spa, and beauty salon. Even a ballroom. The location is not really close to all tourist attractions. Be ready to hail the cab. I recommend using Uber.

They have a very wide variety of choice for breakfast and a very nice employee, allways friendly and warm welcoming( unfortunatly didnt catch his name, but he's the only one that makes the omletes). The staff are nice and most are ready to help english speaking persons like myself...

First of all I must appreciate all of the hotel staff. Rooms are fine, food is good Turkish hospitality at its best specifically the time I reached the hotel Mr Emre helped me with my luggage checked me in with very convenience and guided me to my room. I'm a female so obviously it is a great favour MR Emre provided to me. Once again I am very thankful to all of you keep it up

I stayed here for 2 nights during my Istanbul vacation trip. The stay was excellent and the rooms were good. I liked the food as well and the staff was quite friendly and helpful.

The bed sheets were old, pulled. No air conditioning, told it was turned off. The room : had to ask for bottled water.). Soap bottle leaking . Breakfast was excellent. Supper menu disappointing.

We stayed in this hotel for 14 nights everything was perfect from the staff to the room we stayed at room number 2001 everyone was so nice and polite and professional specially iremsu from guest relation definitely recommend this hotel for everyone

It's a great hotel. I was worried if it will be noisy because I prefer quiet for sleeping. They gave me room on the back. So I had no problem, it was really silent and comfortable. Rooms and service are excellent. Priced out of having breakfast, so went elsewhere for a quarter of the cost. Same with the spa treatments, found alternatives at much lower prices which were excellent. Lovely hotel though.
