Gokce pensiyon is a great place to stay its economical and very clean and people working there are very cooperative

Location is good and not that confusing. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. They provide bath towels for shower everyday. There's no breakfast included in the daily charge but there's a dining area so you can get your food and enjoy there.

Wonderful experience, came from Brazil in december 2020 for tourism and I made many friends in Gokce Pansiyon. Thanks for all hospitality and services. I'll never forget. From the recepcion to breakfast and lunch and çorba at night. Everything very clean and bedrooms cleaned everyday.

The rooms are a bit small bit clean and tidy. Really one of the best hostels I've ever seen. Also, don't miss the rooftop bar and say hi to Selim. And, Ahmad (Ahmet?), the guy at the reception desk, answered any questions I had very patiently and carefully and does whatever he can to help the guests. He is a real gem.

Accommodation is very near to Taksim square. Budget friendly place with 24h reception. The nearest bus stop is just 2 min away. Rooms do have all the amenities as mentioned. But not so sophisticated. Public toilets and bath areas are plenty mostly all are unoccupied even during peak hours. Rooms are not noise proof, many times we were able to hear people talking mostly till very late at night.

Loved this hostel, comfy bunks with individual curtains and chargers. Good breakfast and views from the terrace. Social events are great and some free ones like movie nights and dinners! Staff are the best. Will stay again when I come through the city

My experience at this hostel was good. Ozan and Ahmed are nice people and handle things politely, except for the person who works in the mornings; he was rude and uncooperative. The room is very clean and its so cheap So close to blue mosque,tram station of sultanahmet and hagia sophia like 4 to 5 minutes walk The staff is nice Its really nice for having stay here

Great if you're looking for a hostel, this is my second stay there. Knowledgeable staff, lots of tour options, restaurant attached. But mostly, it is right in the center of the tourist district, the Ayasophia and Blue Mosque are a 5 minute walk.

Excellent location! Room was simple but clean and neat. Breakfast acceptable. The only downside is that it does not have a lift. Very good care of their staff. Recommended!

Amazing place to stay in Istanbul ! Room cleaned, staff nice, and location its really good ! But for rooms down stairs have only 2 toilets and 2 showers.

Nice place to stay during long layovers in general: the lounge is comfy, the WiFi is quick, the toilets are great. BUT my experience had two considerable minuses: 1) while I was trying to fall asleep, the receptionists opened my curtain TWICE to check if someone was there. What if I was changing my clothes at that moment? Besides of the lack of privacy, the curtain instead of a door is a poor decision...

It's a nice and very comfortable place. It's clean and cozy in the cabin and you have everything you need. After booking you get nice bonuses as well. What is more, wanna thank Kaan (the administrator), he is so polite and helpful!

This was my best experience. Highly recommended to be at here. They organise different parties everyday. Specifically on Saturday, the belly dance with barbecue and games. Host are really great and cooperative. Breakfast is also good. Location wise close to prime tourist destination (Hague Sophie).

a worth hostel in the old town of Istanbul., in a fantastic location and a privileege view for the marmara sea. unfotunately the don't have a kitchen for the guests to cook.

Great value for money. Good view from the fourth floor though a little noisy during nights as seagulls sit on roof at night. If it rains, you'll be listening to all of it. Best is to keep good ear plugs.

Antique Hostel is a charming place with a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with lovely antique furniture. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the homemade breakfast is delicious. It's a great place to stay if you want a relaxing and welcoming experience.

The low price is amazing considering the extremely central location (on the way there you always walk along both the Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet mosque). The service was okay, but it was really unsettling that anyone could just walk in. Though the female 6-bed room has two bathrooms, both the showers leak a lot and have black mold in them. 've been traveling solo since 2016 and have stayed in a wide range of hostels around the world. This one definitely ranks in my top 10. Green House is clean, well-maintained, and true to its promises. The owner's hospitality, like that of many Turks, is exceptional, and I genuinely felt at home here. Recommended hand on heart :D

This was my second different hostel in Istanbul. This was at least 2x better than the other one, even though this is almost of the same price and the almost the same location. The only 2 things for which I will highly avoid is the cleanliness of it's kitchen (it was in a pathetic shape, almost pukish) and the extremely stinky toilet. Solo female traveler. Fabulous stay in shared female dorm, clean and tidy. Lockers for big bag as well as small locker at bedside. 3x power plugs per bed ❤️. Yassin is a fabulous host. Could do with a new toilet seat and female dorm door.

Well, it was very hot🥵 there is an air conditioner but it doesn’t really work.. and it’s quite noisy outside so I couldn’t sleep with door open. Also hot water didn’t come out. You can barely access wifi on 3rd floor room

This place was more of a home than hostel. Metin and Veysi were such amazing people who constantly made an effort to make everyone feel so comfortable. I met some amazing people here and certainly would be a place I would return when I return to Istanbul ??❤️

Best hostel in the city! They will give you all the information, comfort and care, you would feel as at home! Memo and Zeynap are amazing people and they attract other excellent people to their place. Just enjoy the Bella Vista community in lazy evenings, sit with a cup of tea, talk and listen.

I visited Istanbul for a summer trip. In the beginning, I had a hard time finding affordable hotels. but I'm so glad I found this hotel. I suggest you to stay in this hostel too, because it is much quieter and cleaner than other hostels, in the city center.

Definitely one of the best hostels of İstanbul! It has good staff, good people, free lockers, comfortable beds with curtains and private lights. There are also many common areas with cool view, A/C and wifi. 🐱 - cats! The basement of the hostel is cats.
