Recently stayed here for a conference. Everything was very well managed by the hotel staff. Food is also very good especially the buffet lunch. I found the reception staff to be exceptionally helpful. Rooms were good but nothing out of the ordinary. Shower had good pressure and kept its set temperature. One of my favorite hotels in beautiful Istanbul.🇹🇷 The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The outdoor pool is wonderful. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The most important thing is the wonderful treatment by the staff, especially Mr. Muhammad at the reception, Mr. Ahmed, 🇱🇧🇨🇵 and everyone without exception. The security is very excellent. Thank you all. 🇸🇦❤️

Simply a wonderful stay. Arrived and they only had one non smoking room and it was a twin and I accepted it. Five minutes after arriving in the room staff showed up and completely rearranged the bed to make it a queen. The pool is great, the lobby viranda amazing. Simply loved the stay

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are mainly young so you have to give them some relaxation but the senior staff are truly professionals. We were greeted by Mr. Murat at the pool bar who knew how to serve many guests at the same time with his strongest weapon, his smile.

Came to Istanbul to have surgery. Settled in the hotel Dediman. And this is a great place to prepare for surgery and comfortable rehabilitation. Absolute purity. Excellent rooms. Very good location you are almost close to all attractive places. Good prices and staff was good and polite. Breakfast was fare. The rooms are very old decoration and very old furnitures and the bathroom also, its doesn't worth five stars. ( 3 stars will be fare) Elevators was very small and crowded and need waiting long time especially at breakfast time and 10:00 pm .

Stayed here for 9 days. Spacious rooms, very clean hotel.Approx 30 mins by taxi to hagia sofia, otherwise can be up to 50 mins in heavy traffic. Well, everyone was nice and helpful. The room was nice and modern. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Connected to a strip mall and had rides for little kids. The mall had many different kinds of stores. There are places to eat, drink, shop, and even a grocery store. I was not able to check out the pool or fitness area as I was too tired after work each day.

Staff is amazing in a different way. We love them and not a single note on them. Location is great and services are all around you 24/7. Rooms are very comforting and breakfast is really delicious with many varieties. I didn’t include names because everyone was more than excellent.
