My last stay did have some problems. If you stay over the weekend expect noise from the bars. Bathroom had on this stay serious drainage problems including toilet

staff were very helpful. my husband is having surgery, they provide old towels to accomodate us. staff helped us to send luggage upstairs, got our room ready early. I am experiencing 5 stars service from this hotel. Very good service. clean and complete room amenities. nice room. clean and same as picture. bar down below not too noisy. hotel have lift. i admire and love this hotel. In the heart of istiklal, i go down it’s my fav dessert shop ; Hafiz Mustafa. it’s very center. i highly recommend this hotel to all.

Nice room and good service, could be more clean. Room is not sound proof so you can hear outside noise pretty well.

Convenient location for early morning tour
We chose the hotel based onthe location, we needed a hotel close to taksim because our pickup for out tour to Troy was at 545am. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. Shower water was hot , we didnt experience aything else of the hotel as we arrived almost at 9pm . Lots of places to grab a meal within the same little Street

My suite had the jetted tub in it an it was amazing.
The architecture in our room was lovely along with the painting.

This prime spot means you're steps away from an array of bars, restaurants, shopping venues, and nightlife. However, this central location also brings a fair share of noise, making it a bit of a challenge for light sleepers.

The room we stayed in was well-maintained and clean but quite cramped, reflecting the typical compact nature of city center accommodations. The hotel has only one elevator, which can be a bit of a bottleneck during busy times. Despite this, the staff was nice and helpful with our bags, although they generally seemed disinterested and kept a low profile.

One thing to note is that Mirrors Hotel doesn't offer additional amenities, such as a gym or a restaurant. However, given its location, you probably won't miss these. There's so much to do right outside the hotel's doorstep, from sampling local cuisine to enjoying the vibrant nightlife. Landmarks like Galata Tower are within walking distance, making this hotel a great base for exploring the city.

The hotel is very nice, good furnished, bright, clean, with high ceilings. The location is very good. Close to the İstiklal Street. Perfect for families.
