My review has to be a mixture of positive and negative thoughts. I would normally give a place like this a 5 star rating, but I must be honest.
The building is amazing, literally a piece of art. Unfortunately, it is showing its age.
The view from my room was beautiful, and the room was spacious and very clean. But if you are like me, someone who needs the room to be pitch black to be able to sleep, then you will struggle as the curtains are not blackout and don't block the light properly.
The staff were amazing, polite, friendly, and very helpful. They suggested nice places to visit, eat or shop. They also booked me a taxi a few times and gave me directions.
Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of vegetarian and healthy food options.
The gym was nice, open 24 hrs, which was great.
Nice swimming pool and Turkish bath.

I booked stopover for me and then booked for my daughter and they didn’t allow her to have the offer because i booked the ticket separately, the bed is not changed or clean when we got the room , plus the tea cups has lipstick on both of them which means they didn’t change it since the previous customers.there is No tissue box in the whole room and they took $300 only for my daughter to stay in with me in a double room with one double bed .
The hygiene is zero for a mother with a child like me and for any clean person. They must spend more on cleaning the rooms after any checkouts.
But the view is great when you get a room above 18 floors .

Nice and clean hotel. Good service. About 30 mins taxi ride to the most interesting places, this hotel offers quite relaxing and safe atmosphere. Okay swimming pool and good fitness center.
AMAZING free breakfast included. If you arrive too early prior to your check-in like we did, then you can also pay for the breakfast out-of-pocket. The cost per person is $$ about the same as going to a restaurant. Good food, friendly staff.

The hotel overall was a really great experience! To start with the service, when we walked in, the staff were kind and immediately offered to help with our bags. We didn’t even lift a finger! Even when we left, the kindest employee, Ahmad, helped us from the bags to talking to us and keeping us company and asking us how our stay was. The breakfast has a lot of Turkish options which makes people from the US like us very familiar with the Turkish breakfast! Our stay was short but worth it!

1) did not have my room ready until the next day! I paid for a much better room and spent the night in what they had!
2) so many staff members were just rude, didn’t care, constantly on their cell phone
3) average breakfast
4) “Jacuzzi” was just nasty! The water was never able to drain. We called them three times to fix.
5) “Housekeeping” was erratic and when they showed up, didn’t do a good job.
6) ran out soap in the shower on my second day there. Was never replaced.
7) 1-2 of the Elevators (only 4 including the staff ones for a 24 story hotel) were broken, 5 out of 7 days of stay
8) few staff members were very helpful, but maybe 2 or 3
9) paid for round trips to and from the airport. They sent me information on my driver picking me up from the airport, but someone completely different showed up! They completely screwed up my return flight and made me take and pay (again) for a different taxi service.
10) will never return.
11) all managers should be fired and replaced.

Travelled for 4 with colleagues and stayed at this hotel for a week. Had a great time at this property, specially because of Hande Özdemir (at the concierge). She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants / shopping etc. Thanks a lot Hande! We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

I stayed at the Sheraton when visiting for business. It is a very comfortable and nice hotel with a great view of the sea. There are many restaurants nearby but they also have great food and drink in the hotel. Their waitstaff, particularly Onur, are very courteous and professional.

The staff are nice however everything else about the hotel is appalling, the building looks like it’s from the 1980s, no developments no improvements. The room that I had was an executive suite and look at the pictures attached was vile and disgusting. I actually had the worst coffee of my life in this hotel, how can you make machine coffee at a venue like this it was like drinking poison. Over all good locations but if I were you I’d avoid at all costs so many better hotels you can enjoy for similar prices in Istanbul

The tour operator needs to be better. He gave us a Bosphorus dinner cruise, which was v poor. They did not take the cruise to the Bosphorus bridge but anchored it near the port and did not move. They started 1.5hours late. 8.30 cruise started at 10 p.m. Food is not good. The ship is dirty. Majesty tours, which the tour guide got us we Do Not Recommend.
Check thoroughly before you book or booking online may get better deals.
