Prefect location for tourist, only few minutes walk to metro and bus station to airport. Also allowed us for earlier checkin as we are super tired after taking the overnight bus. Nice and helpful staff. Just didn't saw providing any amenities such as teethbrusher and shaver kit...

Omg this is the best hotelll!!! The room is big and soo comfortable ,the bathroom is small. The staff aree so cute and friendlyy and they always smiling,the breakfast is normal not very good,andd the best thing is the location!! It is wonderful,

The hotel location is incomparable as it is very near to the center, Taksim Square, Metro station:
The breakfast is so delicious and they add variety on daily basis.
The owner is so helpful and ensure to satisfy all the guests needs to have a comfortable stay.

Price was doubled in Eid holiday 8000 lira + for two bedrooms for a family per night !
They provide one water bottle next to a bet stained dirty boiler
Rooms are large but there is No air conditioner its only heater !
From april on its hot inside the hotel but cool outdoors. If you open the windows its extremely noisy as for its location in the middle of vibrant quiet busy street and its barely breezy!
We were told no carpark to keep our rented car
Entrance was on slope very inconvenience for elderly or baby strollers
They provide one water bottle next to a bet stained dirty boiler

I have been visiting this hotel for more than 6 years. Every thing was Ok . Last visit my young Daughter s money have been stolen . I referred to there manager Mr Ali . He investigated, it ended up firing a cleaner , when I asked him for compensation he refused saying that the money were out of safe box . I explained that the money belonged to my young Daughter .she did not recognize to keep them in a safe box . Unfortunately he refused to give at least 1 or 2 nights free instead .

This is a very reasonably priced hotel right next to Taksim Square. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was very professional and pleasant. We included the breakfast in our stay and it was excellent. Whenever my husband and I come back to Istanbul again, we will try to stay here.

This hotel located on Taksim square was a very nice place to stay. The Hotel staff was very nice & courteous, Rooms were neat n clean fulfilled with all the facilities of 4 star hotels. A very good experience to be there.
