I booked for one night
There is no shampoo inside bathrooms
It was disgusted
2. The staff was really helpful and accomodating. They assist my mother to use the stair lift every time.
3. The breakfast is quite nice actually. Wide selection of food to choose from. The view at the restaurant was magnificent. You have both view of the Bosphorus Straits and Taxim Square.
4. The staff was very attentive, one day, it was really cold and i took a long hot shower. The staff called me to ask if I was ok or if I was smoking in the room. It turns out, the smoke detector silent alarm triggered. So I told them maybe because I took a really hot shower and the steam triggered the alarm.
