We are staying here for 2 to 3 weeks. Very clean, nice people. Just a little cold for us. 😂 no heat!

Nice hotel, a little bit old but all is clean. Great location in quiet street with great view. Breakfast is good, but not big.

The hotel was very tidy, there was a fan in the bedroom and air conditioning in the living room. A large balcony with a clothes dryer. TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. A very excellent hotel.

Definitely great hotel to stay! Highly recommended for family and couples. We booked one room with sea view and one room with backyard view. 4th floor view is breathtaking. Also breakfast was really good. Thanks for the staff for hospitality and great service with always smile.

Really nice apartment-house. We had the sea view apartment at the fourth floor, very spacious, well equipped and cozy. As you can see the balcony view is amazing, nice to have everything dinner or morning breakfast. A/C and the Tv were working great. The only strange thing was that on check-out we weren’t able to pay with card in one transaction because of some payment limit. They weren’t able to explain...

A very welcoming apart hotel with exceptional service. The owners went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. And as locals they provide great local advice for places to go and see. 10/10 for cleanliness, location and breakfast. Highly recommend!

The room I was given was not very similar to the pictures, and I felt like I was staying in a rental house. . Facilities, sanitation, wifi is not available It's quite close to the town center.

The hotel is in the very center of Kas. Within a radius of 100 meters all the shops and cafes. But, the hotel is in a quiet street, because of this the noise of the streets and cafes is not heard, at least from 23.00 it is quiet. The furniture in the hotel is new, clean, but to maintain daily cleanliness in the room - you need to remind the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The family room is on the top floor. You need to climb three flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so people with weak legs and feet need to consider it seriously.

Don't live on the ground floor, it's very damp and smells fishy. Later I moved to the first floor. The facilities are old, the environment is average, and the sanitary conditions are also average.

The overall layout of the room is very satisfactory, and the hygiene is also clean. We booked a family room, one of which is on the top floor. The air conditioner on the top floor is quite noisy, and if you don't sleep well, you may not be able to adapt to it. Everything else is good.

We spent a wonderful vacation at Kaputas Apart Hotel in Kas. The beautifully furnished room offered a great view of the sea. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the hotel management as well as the service very friendly and courteous. We have always felt comfortable here and will definitely come back. Many thanks to the team.

As a serious traveler I can only give warm recommendations and said the best words for this hotel. Amazing !!! Simple but good breakfast, cleanliness is on high level and what is really good is that till you climb to hotel after a lot of food you making a good cardio 😃 And by the way the view is absolutely spectacular 💗

Everything was amazing about the property, it was clean, modern, had all the features we wanted. Perfect views and really pretty. The owner/ manager was really really friendly and greeted us with a smile. He even gave us some eggs when we realised we didn't have enough for dinner!

Highly recommended spot to stay in Kaş. Very close to the restaurants and to harbor. Management and the rooms are perfect, plus a nice Sea view. Enjoy it.

Amazing time!! Real close to the centre, if you want a quiet evening you can spend time on your terrace against the most beautiful view. The host is incredibly kind and helpful with anything you might need.

Room cleaning service quality and speed were at the highest level. Here again, I would like to express my thanks to them. I would definitely recommend if you have your own vehicle for transportation.

When you enter through the outer door of the apartment, a lovely garden with many types of flowers welcomes you. The interior of the apartment was clean and had a minimalist design. It is a very pleasant aparthotel where you can experience the highest level of comfort. It was so clean that when we walked in, it smelled like cleaning. Our landlady had thought of everything and we couldn't find anything missing in the house♥️ We liked that I was forbidden to enter the rooms with shoes, because we had a 1.5 year old baby with us and we played everywhere comfortably. Hotel was center of everything.staff is very friendly.family owned and managed by themselves.they take care everything quickly and if its your first time in kaş you can be sure they will guide you in the best way in everything you need it. We staed in Smyrna Pansiyon together with my mother for 8 days. Very nice hosts, we made friendship with the whole family as they greeted us warmly. Delicious breakfasts, every day there was something new, regular cleaning, there were no problems. The interior is very nice and colorful. Everything was comfortable. They even give us beach towels. We recommend this place!

We stayed here in late May 2022 and had a lovely apartment next to the swimming pool. Fantastic sea vista this property is high on the hill. The only downside is that it requires a taxi to get to the waterfront as it is very steep walk down. Taxis are inexpensive so I would recommend the apartment complex.
