The Athens villa is a bit poor, there are no screens, and there are many mosquitoes and bugs in the house, but the more expensive rooms are in good condition and not much more expensive. Excellent price/quality ratio. The location is excellent for traveling by car - it’s easy to find, there are parking spaces and all the most interesting things are accessible in 5 minutes. If you are traveling without a car, keep in mind that the area is mountainous and although everything is very close, along a picturesque road, it can be difficult to move uphill in the heat, and there is not even a supermarket in the area itself.
The apartment is nice, modern, clean, the bed is comfortable, the pressure in the shower is excellent, the kitchen has everything you might need, there is even a washing machine.
Pleasant employees - the girl who takes care of the apartments is very polite, tactful, quickly responds to all requests, although she claims that she doesn’t know English well, there have never been any problems in communication. The hostess is Russian speaking.
One of the small disadvantages is that you cannot sit outside in the room on the lowest floor. The garden furniture looks very old and unkempt, plus there are an insane amount of mosquitoes. Despite the mesh, mosquitoes sneak into the room in large numbers - it would be great to put a fumigator in the room or somehow treat the area from insects.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but this is only a plus, because there is no parking space at any time. The apartment had everything for cooking, the bungalow had a barbecue, and we also saw that there were fishing rods. The staff is polite, all issues were resolved promptly. We were even able to wash our clothes in the washing machine.
There wasn't enough light in the yard in the evening.
It's a 6-minute walk to the beach, it's better to get to the city center by taxi or car, but people also walk in the evening (it takes 25 minutes). But to the hill. If it's not too hot, you can walk.

The perfect bungalow for a quiet and relaxed stay. Quite close to the center even though you have to go by car.
The owner is charming and despite the language barrier, she is attentive and friendly.
To improve something they could add some more kitchen utensils and close the bathroom door.
