a disgraceful hotel, there were ants in the room, the air conditioner was broken, we couldn't eat the food, the only food we could eat at the open buffet was pasta, we weren't given a new room even though we were a honeymoon couple, we had to stay in a room with bugs, we called the gendarmerie, there was no manager, we could stay for 1 day, we cancelled the rest of our days

The five-star hotel "Emelda Sun Club" located in Kemer on the Mediterranean Sea is a place offered to tourists from various corners of the world, where we can admire the impressive and picturesque color of the sea every day, due to the direct location of the pebbly beach. The accommodation is surrounded by lush vegetation belonging to the hotel, like an extraordinary botanical garden, which makes the stay even more varied with a touch of nature around us. The rooms are located almost throughout the entire garden, which allows you to admire the botany for unlimited time, which inexorably passes during the moments of relaxation on holiday. As for the restaurant offered to guests who have chosen the all-inclusive catering service, I can honestly admit that the food on the menu is very diverse and will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests, especially when it comes to dinner and the desserts and snacks served with it. In the afternoon we can also taste the served snacks, both salty and sweet delicacies. For an active society, there is the opportunity to participate in many animations, such as: incredibly conducted and attractive zumba, water aerobics, volleyball and other sports attractions. In the evenings, there are emotional shows, performances, competitions, parties, as well as live music, which will have a great impact on our emotional well-being. For those who prefer relaxation and rest from the daily high concentration of cortisol, and therefore stress, there is a beach available, the ground of which is unfortunately rocky, which may be an additional convenience for some, and an uncomfortable aspect of their stay for others, as well as for me. . A quite noticeable negative aspect of the stay was the uncleanliness of the rooms and the too long walk to the heart of the hotel, which was the relaxation and sports swimming pool. For me, this distance from the room to the swimming pools or the beach was very problematic as a person with back problems, so everything depends on the individual preferences of hotel guests. Despite everything, I think that the stay in this hotel was above average, although I think that I would not return to the same place, despite its unique charm.

Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. The hotel, which might have been impressive in its prime, has now become old and outdated. The rooms are sooooo old, and everything seems to be falling apart. For the price you pay, it is absolutely not worth it.

The staff is mediocre at best, mostly consisting of young boys who clearly have no training in hospitality and services. The guests are predominantly Russians, who make up about 95% of the hotel’s clientele, and unfortunately, many of them lack basic manners and cultural etiquette.

The main restaurant is unbearable due to the lack of proper air conditioning, with only portable units that fail to cool the area adequately. It’s almost impossible to enjoy a meal without sweating profusely. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the well-maintained greenery around the property.

To make matters worse, the sea was extremely dirty during our stay. The mattress in our room was terrible, leaving me in pain for the first three days due to its worn-out condition. Although they did replace it upon request, this should never happen in a 5-star hotel. Even the other mattress was really bad I could not wait to get back home to get some decent sleep. On top of that I had to go and buy some earplugs because it is impossible to fall asleep before 00:00 due to very loud music playing.

The WiFi is NON EXISTENT, don’t count on it, it is that bad.

There is a relax pool that says no children under 16 years. Of course that is not respected and management is not doing anything about it. So that pool is also filled with kids.

They are heavily understaffed in the main restaurant. The tables and kept dirty for a long time, it is a game trying to find a clean one with full silverware set to eat. You need to go and get your own drinks because it is impossible to catch a waiter.

Sadly, this hotel was a huge letdown for us. After experiencing the quality and service at places like Akka Antedon, IC Green Palace, and Sherwood Exclusive, this hotel falls far below those standards.

A very good hotel, good rooms, beautiful grounds, many different entertainment programs and top-level service. I would like to mention the waiter TURGAY, a very good worker, he didn’t stand idle for even a minute, he was always polite and attentive, a huge thank you to him for his work. Sports included: Yoga, darts, gym, water training, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, golf, basketball, various extreme sports, etc. + various competitions. I would like to especially highlight the work of the animators (Lena, Turan, Charlie, Batu and Hasan), very cool guys, energetic, positive, always fun, you definitely won’t get bored with them. Thank you very much!!! There were performances in the amphitheater almost every evening, the shows were always very cool and impressive. It was clear that the organizers invited the best dancers, acrobats, etc. After the show there was always a good disco or live music + karaoke once a week. The atmosphere is unreal, the animators are very cool, they did their job 100%. for the first time ever, none of us wanted to leave. Overall it was incredibly fun and cool.

1 star because of the administrator of the hotel that worked on the date 16.07.23, she was total unprofesional did not want to help with a baby that needed sleep we had to leave the room at 12 but the baby had to sleep not outside at 37 degrees. We wanted only this , because we accepted other problems that hotel has. 1 the bed was week did lot of noise could not sleep there. The rooms are old . There was no hot water. A lot of moskitos in the room and flies on the food. The air conditioning was very loud was not working right.
the trees and flowers where nice. The bar on the beach was great to have the drinks near but working only till 18.00 . So they need to work a lot.
But 1 star because this fact that they did not help us with the baby sleep.i will not recomend and will not go again there. !!

This is our second time staying at the hotel. We wanted to choose something new this year, but after looking at many options, we realized that the Imelda Hotel (formerly Simena) is the best in terms of price-quality. The hotel has a huge, well-groomed, flowering area, there are a lot of plants, trees and flowers, everything smells great. Generally an ideal place for children, water slides, evening amusement park, cool animation - you can safely leave it. 5 swimming pools and clear sea. And the view around is gorgeous, the hotel is surrounded by mountains. The food is varied and quite tasty. I definitely recommend it, but not for young people - there are no parties here all night long - but until 23.00 you are guaranteed an evening program. The only thing that could be improved is the rooms. But we spend half an hour in it before going to bed and in the morning, so it’s not critical)

Beautiful place. For the last couple of years, we have been choosing 5-star hotels in the Kemer region for our summer holidays and therefore have something to compare with. The first and most important thing is the amazingly beautiful territory, a real Botanical Garden around you. An ideal sea, transparent to the very depths, pebbles, but there are no big stones and you won’t hit your foot on them, and from the pier you can jump in all directions as much as your heart desires. By the way, the pier itself is also at the highest level; I have never seen such a beautiful and well-groomed one. Two large swimming pools, one with animation, music and action, and the second calm, relaxation in peace and quiet. Well, a water park with slides and a third pool separately. In addition to the traditional children's club with animators and an indoor area, the hotel has a wonderful “No-No Park”, where children and their parents have fun every evening - mini-golf, table tennis, street chess, a huge trampoline, a train ride, a Ferris wheel, horses . We also liked our room - first floor, large balcony, furniture is not new, but in principle neat and clean, cleaned well, bed comfortable. Of the minuses, I don’t even want to focus on anything, but to be frank, the food is 4+, there’s a lot of food and it’s tasty, but somehow it’s the same thing every day. Wi-Fi is rather weak even in the reception area - in the twenty-first century it would be worth paying attention to this! Well, straw umbrellas on the beach, of course, are not as convenient as solid canopies. Because of the “corona”, we did not have show programs in the amphitheater, although it is large and beautiful, and it’s probably good there, but there were a lot of people hanging out every evening at the bar, where there were musical performances. Well, the guys and I watched the European Championship, fortunately there is a big TV in the cafe next to the bar (they cheered a lot for Ukraine against the Netherlands). To summarize, on the first day we were skeptical about Emelda, but then we liked it so much that we would happily return here next year.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of May, beginning of June 2021. Impression: We entered both a Fairy Tale and Paradise at the same time. Fabulously green territory. A real botanical garden. Awesome landscape design. The animators are real professionals. The area is very large and well-groomed. The pools are clean. The cuisine is very tasty and fresh. Thank you so much for a heavenly vacation. We will definitely come again.
