Family 4 of us, me, wife, and 2 kids 3 and 5 years old 1 week including flights, transportation, family double floor room with excellent view, 2 bathrooms 3500$ via touristic company. We just booked 1 week earlier

First time here, the service is excellent! If there is any flaws, correct after a call literally within a few minutes. The staff is very friendly helpful

very nice very happy PLACE THEY only speak turkish and russian This is a problem if you are italian It would be enough if someone spoke English The sea is wonderful A lot of restaurant, bar, bakery and foood 24/7 I hope to come back every year

For the first 2 days there was a little bit rain but in all for a 7 days stay the weather was good. You have beach bar and also snack bar that right at the beach. The food was really good and delicious

May not have spoken English at all but she was super sweet and tried her best talking in sign language. Always everything is left tidy and lovely. She also let us re-use the towels for ecology

We had all-inclusive highest tier booking and it exactly has been the best service you could ever receive. Room service (at least our lady) was very understanding and calm

Kemer iş a lovely quiet family location. The hotel and staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We loved the entertainment in the evenings

There was always something to eat. Never done much of the entertainment so can’t comment on that. The rooms were very spacious, and clean and the cleaners were very good too I loved the fact that they look after the cats

I was a bit scared and worried never had to experience this abroad before and the staff in the hotel went above and beyond I can’t thank them enough other than that we had a brilliant holiday the outside pool was heated and inside the others were a bit cold but it is November

There is lots of cats very friendly. I was quite tempted to put one in my bag and take home. I even seen a hedgehog with baby hedgehogs. I didn’t even know you could get the hedgehogs in Turkey

Just arrived back from this hotel The moment I arrived, my son had an accident no fault of anyone but the hotel Were fantastic. I had to go to hospital with him

They do their job with diligence without interrupting. There are several events every night and they are of very high quality. Dance shows, live performances, bubble baths, an amusement park specially set up for children

The hotel is super. I recommend it to everyone. The hotel has changed its name to Alva Donna World Palace. Now the owner is Italians. The prices have become higher, but we will still go to this hotel for the third time.

Drinking water is in plastic bottles. All kinds of cold and hot drinks are unlimited in glass glasses and cups. The snack bar on the beach is also great. The employees are very respectful and polite

The food is perfect, meat fish chicken soup desserts salads are served with every kind of menu you can think of. You can enjoy your meal comfortably in the spacious living room and balconies

The employees are so friendly and courteous that they take your orders immediately and direct you to the facility. They behave very professionally in cleaning

A highlight was the exhilarating mountain cable car excursion, offering panoramic views that took our breath away. However, the room's cleanliness, notably the consistently dirty floors, was a minor setback

Such a huge and beautiful green area, amazing sea with all needed facilities and many sun beds, big main pool , amazing entertainment during the day : aqua aerobics, stretching, archery, darts, competitions etc

Additionally, intermittent internet access posed challenges. Despite these minor issues, this resort provided an exceptional getaway. We eagerly anticipate returning for another memorable stay

I was staying in this hotel 18 years ago, I was 12 back in the day. I was there with my father, and we really liked this place.

Lots of green places, quiet. Good food and drinks. No loud music heard in the sleeping areas ( except zone which is close to the neighbour hotel).

Alternatively, there are 4 a la carte restaurants, a Turkish, a Mexican, a Italian or a seafood restaurant, we were told by reception only one visit would be included, you have to book at 9am for the following evening at guest services

Some bars do better cocktail/spirit drinks than others, the lobby bar was best, followed by sky bar. Splash bar offered good alcohol portions, but had less choice, whereas the pool bar was just poor

Common areas- restaurants and bars, beach and pool area- have new very modern and stylish furniture (plenty of sunbeds everywhere!!!); as well as it has beautiful glassware and tableware in restaurant (which is rare in turkish all inclusive hotels)

Amazing facilities and great staff and service. The sea is warm with clear waters and the rooms are very comfortable. It’s very tranquil in very general as it’s adults only

Bed covers has seen better days. Beach bar offers a small amount of food ( local pizza slices and wraps). Sangria ist good most of the days. Rooms: kind of small, but looks nice

Hotel : The hotel is located very close to the beach. From outside looks beautiful, great variety of flora and fauna. Pool area: 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids with slides. They operate twice a day for 1 hour

We stayed at this Hotel in Kemer with family and friends in late October, and it has been a fantastic experience overall. Despite some windy days, the weather was warm enough for sunbathing and swimming

Almost no kids, which is good. Survive is on a high level, very beautiful, but almost every guest of the hotel is from post Soviet Union countries. They are very loud and drink too much.

A great hotel, with tasty food and friendly animators; especially Diana and Aymane are pretty funny. The kids animators Mila and Daria are also quite fun to play and talk with

Perfect location minutes from the pebbly beach, The rooms were lovely with Air Con and balcony with a sea view, this was kept very clean with daily changes of towels. All areas of the Hotel were kept spotless as well

We opted for the bungalow rooms, which are spread nicely across the property. The rooms are well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle for tea or coffee

There were also not enough barmans so they were almost always big queues. Besides those little inconveniences this hotel has many good sides. The food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves

The spa is also one of the best I have used in a hotel. The food was good, most was very good quality

People who works here they work very well. The bar and waiters are very kind and friendly. I played volleyball everyday 2 times a day. I really enjoyed to play volleyball here

Wonderful hotel with wonderful views. Food is really good and rooms are clean. I especially like Game Center area. Middle of the day is really hot to walk around and it’s good to have a place which is cool and fun

From what I remember every room has their own balcony ☆ There are souvenir shops a few hundred meters from the hotel. Also plenty of things to do in kemer (aquarium. ) microbuses should be available every 15 minutes

This hotel is very good for families. They have waterpark and little zoo on the way to the beach. Nice view from rooms on the mountains. Only few blocks to the shopping malls, restaurants and souvenir stores.

The hotel is good ,, clean stuff are friendly but No one can understand english so we showed them our reservation through our agents by google trandlation! We spent 1 night in the lobby bcs our ac was not working and the guy on reciption couldnt make any desicion by giving us another room

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

Only downside, it was bloody hot in August but would defo go back after August or in May or June

Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room.   I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for

They had to put two camp beds into it to provide sufficient beds for us to sleep in. As it was 1am and the kids were tired, we just went with it as we just wanted to go to sleep
