Family 4 of us, me, wife, and 2 kids 3 and 5 years old 1 week including flights, transportation, family double floor room with excellent view, 2 bathrooms 3500$ via touristic company. We just booked 1 week earlier

For the first 2 days there was a little bit rain but in all for a 7 days stay the weather was good. You have beach bar and also snack bar that right at the beach. The food was really good and delicious

May not have spoken English at all but she was super sweet and tried her best talking in sign language. Always everything is left tidy and lovely. She also let us re-use the towels for ecology

We had all-inclusive highest tier booking and it exactly has been the best service you could ever receive. Room service (at least our lady) was very understanding and calm

Rooms require renovation, but the condition is still satisfactory. All other signs: food, entertainment, and location are excellent. Swimming pools clean and tidy

The food is good, with multiple meat and fish choices each time and they run different themes on the evening

I was staying in this hotel 18 years ago, I was 12 back in the day. I was there with my father, and we really liked this place.

- All staff were friendly and helpful. They always try to make possible all your wishes. But, reception staff were not like others. - Food quality on all buffets and restaurant was fine wıth a lot of variety

Nothing below olur expectancy from a 5star hotel. It was very clean, the staff was fast and really careful and the food was good. It is an ideal place if you want to have a calm vacation in a peaceful place

Such a huge and beautiful green area, amazing sea with all needed facilities and many sun beds, big main pool , amazing entertainment during the day : aqua aerobics, stretching, archery, darts, competitions etc

The sea is crystal clear, all-inclusive system is so much better than in other hotels. A lot of places to go in Kemer. Naturland is a great place to visit, and it is just on the opposite side of the road!

As for the restaurant offered to guests who have chosen the all-inclusive catering service, I can honestly admit that the food on the menu is very diverse and will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests, especially when it comes to dinner and the desserts and snacks served with it

For me, this distance from the room to the swimming pools or the beach was very problematic as a person with back problems, so everything depends on the individual preferences of hotel guests

For an active society, there is the opportunity to participate in many animations, such as: incredibly conducted and attractive zumba, water aerobics, volleyball and other sports attractions

The rooms are located almost throughout the entire garden, which allows you to admire the botany for unlimited time, which inexorably passes during the moments of relaxation on holiday

A quite noticeable negative aspect of the stay was the uncleanliness of the rooms and the too long walk to the heart of the hotel, which was the relaxation and sports swimming pool

We rested in Kimeros in September 2020, we liked everything very much, cool staff, the guys are good with kids and children's whims, super menu, you definitely won't be hungry

At first we had a problem with slow Wi-fi, but it was solved by restarting my phone. Our vacation was good, we enjoyed especially good food and a nice warm sea.

We were in the Kemer area for the second time because we were captivated by the local mountains. The entire resort is located in a large well-maintained garden full of mature trees, so there is plenty of shade everywhere

A chic and well-groomed territory, there is a place where you can relax in silence and places for three dots where you can have fun. Alcohol lovers will also like it here, good imported alcohol

We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a balcony. The room is very nicely furnished and very spacious. Modern air conditioning with perfect settings. The room was cleaned and the fridge replenished daily

We were at the end of June and at this time there were plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. Pebble beach, I recommend water shoes

Although we have stayed in Turkey several times, only in Istanbul 4 times, and passed through Turkey from Alanya, through Bodrum to Izmir and on to Bursa, this was definitely the best holiday in Turkey so far

The food in the hotel was excellent, hygiene at a high level, the beach clean and tidy and the sea beautiful! The guys and girls at the bar are exceptional! We used the Turkish bath and massage services twice, and we were very satisfied, too

Everything is fresh, the buffet line is always replenished. Free local drinks, but the quality is good, we drunk a lot of Prosecco and were never sick 😅. The hotel staff is very polite, responsive and unobtrusive

Good 5, not the network, but still honest 5. Fed for slaughter, if something is inherited, you can wait, I'll make it again. There are fish, meat, vegetables, fruit, delicious sweets

The food was really good and we appreciate its quality - there are not many different dishes every say, mainly one and the same types but all are cooked well, tasty and enough

We liked the services - staff was nice and friendly even tho most didn't speak English- for me it's quite unacceptable but at some point understandable ( Russian tourists are around 90% here so this is the main language)

The à La carte restaurant you can visit once every 4 days (fish, Turkish, Italian), there is roughly the same as in the main restaurant, but for you, the waiters, that's all ;)

The gardens are beautiful and really taken care of- green all around you and perfect for a walk. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing - especially from the platform in the sea

Everything were good for the price especially Teras Bar 'live performans' was really amusing. Workers were nice but I need to say that some of them need to be careful with all guests not just Russians

On the plus side - the territory of the hotel is generally nice, green and attended to, the food and drink choice is just great, some of the staff are working very hard and trying their best to be helpful and that was noticeable and appreciated

There were also not enough barmans so they were almost always big queues. Besides those little inconveniences this hotel has many good sides. The food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves

Very good hotel! Magnificent rooms, very well-groomed grounds, the view from the restaurant is simply gorgeous. The cuisine is very varied and delicious! Great location, private beach and pier

The other thing that we didn't like was drinks. The only good drinks was paradise, Cuba libre and cool pool. Other drinks were just not good, even the paid drinks were not so tasty

For example: the staff told us they will bring our baggage to our room and we waited like 40 minutes, I know that there is a lot of people here but they could just told us that the wait is that long (mind me we were in the trip since 2 am and we were there at 1 pm, we got our room at 2:30 pm and our baggage like 3:10 pm so we were really tired and we wouldn't be mad to bring our baggage ourselves)

There was a wide range of food choices that catered to everyone along with an all you can eat buffet. The entertainment team were very inclusive and offered loads of experiences such as archery, water polo and volleyball

There are a lot of sunbeds but unfortunately if you want to lay on them u need to "reserve" them before breakfast because if you want to do that after, you will find none (people reserve more sunbeds that they need :( )

This hotel is very good for families. They have waterpark and little zoo on the way to the beach. Nice view from rooms on the mountains. Only few blocks to the shopping malls, restaurants and souvenir stores.

Common areas- restaurants and bars, beach and pool area- have new very modern and stylish furniture (plenty of sunbeds everywhere!!!); as well as it has beautiful glassware and tableware in restaurant (which is rare in turkish all inclusive hotels)

Terrible air conditioning and extremely not friendly behavior from the staff of the hotel!
