Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms for families. However, the noise of many airconditioning units outside did bother us thus we couldn't open any windows at night. Pools are great for adults and children

Pool staff is also very cool and friendly with the kids. Beach is nice and so is the jetty

Barman working in the coffeeshop was really nice and professional. Animation crew was incredible. Food was amazing, drinks were astonishing. Activities and parties were joyful. Staff is nice and always caring

This hotel is very good , and they have where blue sea, and animators is very great and room alywayls clean, restorant is very good and food taste delicious. And if you want something they always help you

It is understandable they do this, knowing many Russians visit this hotel and they don't want them to get drunk, but at least be honest about it and mention it The direct area around the hotel has some shops (that all work together) but in 20mins by dolmus you can visit Kemer which is quite nice

We spent 6 days here and it was truly a great experience. Beach and pool areas were both clean and comfortable. Services, foods and drinks were all top notch as well

Now it has many advantages, but it has two major problems: first, the host of the entertainment group (JJ) always speaks insultingly and humiliatingly towards Iranians; While most of the guests are Iranian

It is a clean family hotel in a perfect location in the center of Antalya Kemer, the breakfast is sufficient and of high quality. The rooms are clean and renovated, we were very pleased with the friendly service

We’ve been going to this hotel for years now and every time it’s a great pleasure. The staff is great, everyone is nice and there’s so much to do. The massage and hamam is splendid and the ocean is right at the hotel

There’s always something to do, from water gym in the morning to a shows at night. This hotel is open and welcoming to everyone, even having ramps for disabled people and even lots to do for families/kids

As for other things - the sea and the beach are wonderful, the territory is very beautiful and green, the room was nice with a great view - so here you can find all you need for a perfect holiday!

But I had nothing to worry about here! They had a huge variety of foods and there was information whether the food contained gluten/was vegan which I loved. They also had diet food and a huge variety of different salads

If you‘re a non English speaker but speak German, Russian or Turkish you will definitely come a long way here as everything is translated into these 4 languages, even the daily activities and many employees speak these languages

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and can see why so many people choose this place. As for the downsides – there were some ants in the room, and at times, the common areas felt a bit too crowded for the number of guests

Lunch timing was limited to just two hours (12:30–2:30), unlike other meals. Also, the rooms lacked basic amenities—we had to request items like a dental kit, vanity kit, earbuds, and a sanitization bag

If you want quiet, ask for a room in the buildings further from the pool. We stayed in the second building with a balcony facing the courtyard — it was lovely, but you can hear the music from the pool in the evening

About the gozleme near the beach — last year, they were made by a very kind woman, and they were always tasty. This year, a different woman makes them. She is not friendly, and her gozleme are overcooked and not tasty

I liked that more — please bring it back. We were surprised to see mosquitoes this year. Maybe it’s because of the weather or the hotel didn’t do prevention. Sometimes we got bitten, which didn’t happen last year

There is a big choice of food. Not all dishes are tasty, but you will always find something good to eat. There is always meat, fish, a special dish of the day, lots of vegetables and fruit

This year, at the beach restaurant, lunch is from a menu — mostly fast food and salads with sauces already added. Last year, there was a buffet with hot dishes, vegetables and fruits

The beach and sea are beautiful. There are big tents that give good shade, and a pier where kids can jump into the water. The rooms are not big, but they are cozy and comfortable

We were there in June and also in March. All facilities like swimming pools, playground, massage, food, a la carte restaurants, bars were good. From staff to manager, they really do their best to satisfy their guests

My family and I had an amazing week at Akra Kemer Resort. We truly enjoyed the carefully curated entertainment, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, clearly passionate about their work

Their team were excellent throughout - the service round the pool and in the restaurants was amazing. The highlight - the chalets at the end of the pier

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

One of my daughters had to go to the hospital during our stay (nothing too serious) the hotel has a nurse onsite who we saw within 10 minutes of messaging the guest services team - she advised it would be best for a doctor to triage, the hotel arranged for the hospital to send a car, we were back within an hour with medication in hand - couldn’t have been better service

We hired one twice during the ten day visit and it was well worth the money - again the service was excellent and the cold tub was worth the money on its own in 35 degree heat! As we arrived they added us to a WhatsApp channel that we could use to contact the guest services team (Kardelen and Seren Can) - who were brilliant

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

Pools, food, service... Lovely. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, it's very close to a beach. I will go there every year from now

The food is tasty different meat ,fish(though mostly mackerel,but in different variations of cooking). Maid service,replenishment of mini bar(water gas not gas the juice)and toiletries every day

The one sandy beach near the hotel(across the street)but it is another pebble on(less crowds). Alcohol 1 the beach just for the money. On another not it at all,but close to cafes. At the hotel every day for free ice cream
