Karmir Resort & Spa

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. Everything from the food to the room and service was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day and was spotlessly clean. The food was varied and suited everyone's tastes. The hotel staff were very professional, and the waiters were very friendly and deserve praise.

The pool area was very clean; they kept it tidy all the time. The hotel’s beach was very good as well, only 3 min away from the hotel.

We were very satisfied with the entire service and highly recommend it.

PS. I strongly recommend the hotel's photography shop; the staff there were friendly and professional. They took amazing photos for us!

experience with my family of 5 from the UK was great!! food was ample and awesome table service for drinks and knives and forks set out on table. clean cool environment. pools were good too and not overly busy. I drove my rental car and with only 45 mins to antalya city it was not so bad. the scenes are amazing must see goynuk canyon nearby and so is adrasan port for boat rides to the islands. kemer shopping area is 12mins away. I would deffo come back here for sure there are not any British tourists as mainly Russian orientated and a lot of shows etc were Russia focused. if this Does not bother you then go here. I would deffo come back here. friendly staff!!

Fabulous! I was with my family. Exceeded expectations! It seemed small according to the description and we were very worried that it would be boring during the lockdown in Turkey. But its territory was enough for us and we didn’t want any more! Animation is fire, the whole team, everyone!! The room is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, well-groomed, the food is always different and delicious! Super friendly staff and reception. Definitely recommend!

There is a contradictory attitude. If you travel in a bad mood, you can find many disadvantages. But if you go with a positive attitude and don’t find fault, then it’s a very good hotel. Big swimming pool! There is enough food, the staff is really very nice)

I 100% recommend this hotel. Immaculate conditions, service and highly qualified and sociable staff. I want to highlight a person who amazed us with his professionalism and his education named Hikmet Elma !!! I had an impeccable service from this person. We will come back to this hotel soon. 😉

We rested at the hotel from 05/20/21-05/27/21, it was excellent for a reason, in terms of price and quality, I’ll write in more detail for others, because I always read reviews myself, I’ll start with the reception, everyone more or less understands the language, to any of your they respond to your request and help, of course, if you don’t come with an arrogant stone face, as if you are owed everything, we are all people and should respect each other, as for cleaning, they clean every day, replenish all accessories and change them, everything is washed everywhere throughout the day non-stop, the kitchen is simply excellent, there is everything, all the food is very tasty, animations are the mood of the hotel, and they are also excellent, every day there are different games and they will not leave anyone unattended, the doctor will always come to the rescue no matter what happens to you ,.and in general, many thanks to ALL THE EMPLOYEES for their work, thanks to which we have a great vacation. I will be back again with great pleasure.

The hotel is great. At first I was shocked that there was almost no territory, compared to hotels in Egypt, where you can walk for half an hour. And then it dawned on me, why walk in the hotel if there is such beauty around. Incredible view, we went on excursions all the time. Rafting is something. The staff is incredible. Food is served with a mountain. Animation is great! Special thanks to Onuradiman. Simply the star of the hotel. I advise everyone to definitely visit. I also forgot to write - the fish day at the restaurant is just super! There is just a ton of fish and seafood.

Great Hotel, I had a wonderful time and I would probably come here again. BUT a few things annoyed me so take this as a suggestion to improve:

1. Sauna
The sauna room itself is nice, but the showers after are way too small and narrow, not inviting at all. The relaxation area is a beautiful room but there's just 6 chairs and a few times I didn't have a place to relax. Also it's open till 6:30PM but they started cleaning the hallway loudly at 6PM, so I couldn't relax after the sauna, since the relaxation area doesn't have a door. Also you need 2 towels, one for sweat one for relax, but you only get one towel card for one towel so you have to walk back to the spa entrance to switch towels. Usually there's towels to grab somewhere near the sauna or the showers. Try to make that possible or guests have to bring a second towel.

2. Karaoke night on Thursday seems fun but prepare yourself for 2 hours from 9 to 11 of strangers singing badly and entertaining the whole resort. Maybe turn it down a little?

3. I was also surprised how hard it is to communicate in English. I always thought hotel workers have to have a certain level in English but even simple phrases and words were too hard for some. So guests, maybe prepare to translate a few things in Turkish beforehand.

Still had a great time and will always cherish the memory.
