Hotel was good, not great not bad just good… I want to praise guy from customer relations Dursun Ozdemir he helped us with a lot of staff and he was great! He was the most skilled worker in guest relations departmant, me and my friend would have had so much difficulties in the hotel if he had not been working there

Great selection of food , beach is very nice. The rooms are lovely and we also got a room with a swim up pool balcony. Ask for a map when you arrive as the resort is quite large and easy to get lost

If you check out the events posters it lets you know what is on (entertainment)in the different bars at different times

It was my second time in this hotel and I will recommend it to everyone. The best part of the hotel for me is beach side when you can spend whole day. You have pools there, bar, very good restaurant with snacks

The food is excellent, varied, several bars, Algida ice creams, snack bar really all on a level

- Room Quality: Our room was outdated, with stains on the floors and walls, which affected our mood upon arrival. While the restaurant and lobby areas were beautiful and modern, the rooms definitely need renovation

- Beautiful Nature: The resort is huge, it’s a lovely area with several bars, restaurants, and a mini-farm with numerous animals. - Noise Levels: The hotel was generally quiet, with pleasant background music

The disco ended by 11 PM, and other hotel music quieted down shortly after, so noise was not a concern. - Location: The resort is conveniently located, allowing easy access to a small village with pharmacies and shops

- Beach and Sea: The sea was very clean, especially compared to regions like Side or Beldibi, with crystal-clear water and small pebbles. The beach was large with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available

However, at the middle of our stay, a restaurant manager and head chef improved the situation significantly, leading to better service and quicker table clean-up. Cause the were always there, watching out

Pros - Cleanliness: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries replenished regularly. The only issue was that the ventilation needed cleaning, as it had dust accumulation

The hotel is amazing, the food was enough, the location is also very good. The beach is excellent because it's very big and large. I highly recommend the hotel.

I recommend this place to everyone. A lot of different food to choose. Complex is greate with lot greenery and shades. Several places where you can spend good time and eat and drink

We stayed end of October for half term holiday. The weather was amazing and the room was big enough for a family and it was very comfortable. My son loved heated outdoor pool and aqua park

The location of the hotel was in between blue sea and green forest. I had nice cocktails ever night and enjoyed meals three times of the day. Workers were very friendly and helpful

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

The place is calm, except for birds in the morning :) Nice view from the windows - we had a view to another hotel, but the mountains were visible, and that was beautiful

A beach is in 3 minutes walk, small but it had enough room for people. I liked the food too - it was hard for us to not overeat

Great holiday club for families with and without kids. The beach is very nice and sandy , it is perfect place for kids to play. There is a large and nice platform in the water, hot and cold drinks sereved on it

Great Place for families with children. Perfectly situated among trees gives the microclimate of fresh air. Nice houses with rooms hidden in narrow paths. Great food in great number for everybody

Menu for kids always available. Delicious Turkish meals, sweets and fruit. The beach just near the hotel. Peer with convenient entrance to water for swimming. Not very convenient rocky bottom

The rooms were clean, food OK, staff is great, animation was awesome (we had the chance to watch 4 different acrobatic dance groups). Aqua park was a big lifesaver under that temperature around noon (chill / shadowy)

We just got back from one week stay in Amara hotel. I was very impressed with the room we had. It had a wonderful view and was , probably, the biggest and comfortable room I have ever stayed in

Stayed in the hotel at September 09 -16, with two children, lived in family room. Everything is brilliant: room, staff speaking English, German, Turkish, Russian, food in restaurant, animations for children

During lunch and dinner rush (approximately the first 15-30 minutes after start of service) , initially it can be a bit difficult to find a free table, as the main restaurant area gets busy really quickly, though this is to be expected with high number of guests arriving in a short period of time

During our stay, we have experienced a good level of service. Staff has been very attentive, facilities are clean and enjoyable. During the day, there are multiple snack bars and poolside bars available

Even though he was working on 40 degrees without any fan or AC, he did manage to stay positive, always smiling and providing best service he can. Also young man that works by the pool as lifeguard

As from negative aspects, though there aren't many and personally did not bother us too much, not all staff understand much of English, but many do speak Russian and all speak Turkish, so you can find a way to communicate either way

The sea and the beach are clean and beautiful. The food and drinks are sufficient, there is something for everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are blocks with air conditioning problems in the garden rooms

The spa is also one of the best I have used in a hotel. The food was good, most was very good quality

People who works here they work very well. The bar and waiters are very kind and friendly. I played volleyball everyday 2 times a day. I really enjoyed to play volleyball here

Wonderful hotel with wonderful views. Food is really good and rooms are clean. I especially like Game Center area. Middle of the day is really hot to walk around and it’s good to have a place which is cool and fun

It’s a stunning hotel, it’s the second time that i come back at the same place. The kids club is wonderful, i felt absolutely relaxed as the nice ladies are taking so good care of the kids

The food was good, but almost all the imported alcohol, WiFi at the hotel, and even the dinner on the last day came at an extra cost—which I believe shouldn’t be the case at a 5-star UAI hotel

My friends and I stayed here one week until September 3, and during this period, there were a lot of Turkish guests (which I didn’t mind), though I had expected to see more English or Russian speaking tourists

It might have been due to the timing, with Turkey’s Victory Day on August 30. On the positive side, the mountain views were beautiful, and the sea was nice

The night shows at the hotel are not as good, pretty poor music choice - same every night, the entertainers are not too experienced and organized, very generic programs - can do much better

Best pier I’ve seen, the entertainment team is great and love the fact it’s a 24 hour bar! Would definitely recommend! 5/5! The pool is always clean! The staff are very friendly and quick too serve! Rooms are very good and a very good size! Gardening is well kept!

There is also an in-house doctor Drinking Water - there are fridges dotted about all over the place with access to fresh cool bottled water 24:7. Very handy and an excellent touch. Main Pool - always clean and tidy

Aqua park - fantastic area with a beautiful garden, showers, toilets and a snack bar and drinks bar. The aquapark is split into two. One with small slides and water jets and the other with large slides

Patisserie - yes you read right! There is a patisserie serving scooped icecream (vanilla, strawberry and chocolate) available in corners or cups. They also have biscuits, hot drinks and cakes

Cocktails are lovely - try the San fransisco and there is no extra charge for this. We had a rum and coke but didn't enjoy the flavour so avoided that. Hot tea and coffee is also served here

(see below for more info on rooms) I couldn't believe it but I was so happy it really made my evening after a long day of travelling. There are no extra blankets or pillows

There are goals here for playing with a ball and inflatables are allowed. There is an on site shop available for this but of course the nearby shops are less expensive
