I visited the hotel in early June. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. This place has everything one could hope for, so there is no need to step outside the Hotel. It is about 1 hr. taxi ride to the airport (75€ one way), we used hotels transportation (170€... for a nice van, so we could fit into a single vehicle which was important to us). Using 2 taxis both ways would have been way more expensive...

Beautiful stone beach with a pier to lounge on. Interesting things to do nearby for a day trip but we decided to enter full relax mode Very happy with the quality and availability of food and drinks. We tried some of the ale carte restaurants but prefer the main buffet style dining area for the variety and no wait. One of us has an unusual allergy and the chef took very good care of us.

The weather was great, not too much heat but enough to get a sunburn. This hotel its between mountains and sea so the views were fenomenal. A lot of pools, very nice deck above sea, private beach, a lot of activities for every kind of guest and the Spa... Everyone...

I really liked the hotel! Everything is done at a high level, good location and territory! The staff is just wonderful, especially impressed by the reception girl Maria and also Kadir, the guy from the animation. The food is delicious and varied and the drinks are also high-quality. I mostly took my own alcohol from the stores nearby, but their beer is not bad, cocktails are also ok.

The very was bad spa center, and boring meals. I never come again

We recently stayed here for 10 nights with our daughters (15 and 13). It was, without doubt, the best hotel we have ever visited. From the moment we arrived, the staff were excellent. Greeting us in the reception area with a cookie and offer of a drink whilst they took our passports and checked us in as we relaxed in the lobby bar. So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety. The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable. This was a good hotel.  However, it wasn't perfect. Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room.  I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for. They had to put two camp beds into it to provide sufficient beds for us to sleep in. As it was 1am and the kids were tired, we just went with it...

Special mention to the staff - 10/10 hospitality!! They all deserve a payrise and would work like hell to make sure every guest had everything they needed exactly when they needed it. We spent here a magical week with our Family. It is a smaller hotel than usual, But it has it’s one benefits: it wasn’t crowded, we always find easily empty sunbeds next to the pool or on the beach or empty tables at the Restaurant. Good location, clubs nearby, embankment, hotel in the very center. Active animation shows in the evening, after that there is a disco in the basement, but no one goes there. The food is delicious, the department is clean. I would not recommend it for young people, unless you plan to go to clubs every day.

I stayed with my family in Ring Beach for a week. This holiday was amazing and wonderful for us. I was very satisfied with employee, service,food,room... Employees was friendly and smiling-face. There are many facilities to enjoy in there. So you should definently book a room to be relax and happy.

On the picture was a better view of hotel and rooms. Reality is not the same)) Cleaning room is possible only if you go to reception and make a complain, or another way is calling from your room. But: the beach is great, the sea is wonderful. Recommend for adults, because the beach is made of large round pebbles, it is better to enter the sea from the pier.

The territory of the hotel is compact, but there is everything for recreation. A comfortable sandy beach. Pools, bars, SPA are at your service. You can have a massage. Animators are working.
