We loved our one night stay at this tastefully renovated hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. Friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast included. Great value for money.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent with a great black sea view from the balcony. It's worth it to stay and easy to find foods around. Can do walk and see the beautiful side of black Sea.

The good things about this place are the location (quite close to a major airport and right on the coastline) and exceptionally considerate staff who help to make the best of your stay (thank you, Umit!). With no request on my part, my room was upgraded to one with a sea view, for which I am grateful. But people smoke in this hotel, and even if you have a no smoking room, you'll get the tobacco smell...

I liked it all. Good view from the balcony of my room (I was 151) and from the balcony of restaurant. Very good service. I got sick, while I was there, and when I asked for help, they gave thermometer, pills to lower body temperature and free water, even when water has to be paid. I got there early, at 11 o'clock, but check-in was only in 2 o'clock, so the administrator let me in anyway, big thanks...

Very good hotel. The staff is friendly and you can communicate with English there. The building of the hotel is old but they renewed it, the rooms and bathroom are clean, our room was a little bit small but it was acceptable. You will have a good open buffet breakfast there with good service. The most perfect thing is the sea view and the sunset view, it is something worth paying for.

Price is much to high for what you get ..the bathroom was not acceptable ,you have to stand up to get a view from the upper level balcony

Good enough to spend your transfer flight or work related visits to the airport. Not good enough with location to city or breakfast quality.

Lovely rooms, great showers and nice bedding, and good service by the staff, the place is in the middle of nowhere, which we found strange. Breakfast choice is great little ginger cat patrols the restaurant, good choice of beers behind the bar which I sampled too many of and was rather drunk.

Awful! We booked triple room, but inside was just two bads. We arrived late at night and was extremely tired, but the man at the reception desk said, that they will bring third bad IN THE MORNING! ((((

This hotel is good price&quality. Rooms are clean and have wonderful view on the sea. The only reason why i give it 4/5 is the food. Local restaurant did not serve fresh snacks, brought us very old mezes instead of just telling that there is no fresh ones. The main dish was good though. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was overpriced in my opinion. Rather than that, everything was great!

Breath taking view of black sea from its restaurant and hotel rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, best place to stay in Istanbul away from city noise! Only 30 minutes from airport and city center.

The hotel was clean, the staff were also friendly and helpful, but the double bed was made by combining 2 separate beds. It was uncomfortable when 2 people slept, we were collapsing in the middle of the bed. We couldn't sleep comfortably. It's hard for 2 people to stay in those beds.

Don't expect anything as a venue. But the staff's cleanliness of the place is fine. The proximity to the beach is also nice. Oghuz Bey, I would definitely recommend it will be your entertainment;)

It might not be a 5 Star hotel but the staff is 5 Star. It is a 2 minute walk to the Black Sea. A great FREE Turkish Breakfast.

Rooms a bit shabby but as expected, reasonably clean and decent beds. Doesn't appear to have the swimming pool they claimed to, didn't bother us as very close to the sea. We got along fine but as a warning, lack of English spoken in the village in general

The breakfast is amazing..quiet as of the season. Accommodation is also available. If you want to have a drink by the fireplace on a quiet weekend, I would definitely say stop by.

Meals are attentive and delicious, there is a grass playground for children. Cleanliness and hospitality are very good. Manrara is also very beautiful.

Rivada is a beautiful hotel. The view of the room looks at the trees, but the sheets smelled like damp, it bothered me while I was sleeping, it was normal except for that.

I stayed for almost a month and a half as a student. They have good service and a nice view if you take the double room. But, it's just a place to stay and sleep at. They don't serve breakfast, but it is not required in my opinion. All around I prefer this stay rather than pay much more for something not worth the money.

We went for a weekend getaway. It gives the feeling that you are not far from Istanbul, but also very far from Istanbul. It has a nice pool, it was regularly maintained, we entered it and it was clean. Since it is in the trees, leaves may fall into the pool, but they clean it right away. The employees of the facility and the owner were very interested. The place is a clean facility in a quiet nature. They informed us that most of the food and beverage products came from a mistake, and everything was really delicious. There is live music on Saturdays and there is a nice atmosphere. Superb for one night stop over in Istanbul. Nice Turkish breakfast included with a breathtaking view of the Arnavutköy suburb.

Staff were fantastic for our stay. We left early in the morning and the staff brought breakfast at 4:30am as breakfast was at 7am. Great service

I contacted the hotel to book a room and transfer for my elderly parents which were in the airport with 21 hrs flight delay. They were very helpful and assist me with all the details for picking-up and waited for me till late afternoon!! At the end the airline took my parents to the hotel and they couldn’t use the Melanj hotel but I just wanted to give 5 starts to the service, specifically from Sila...

Rooms are really small, we only used it because we needed to fly in 10 hours. Its okay if you need a few hours before flying but i wont stay there too long. Taxi driver said it was a bad area, not sure if he wanted to take us to another place for more money. Room was clean but noisy.

Perfect for a night or two. Friendly staff. Clean. Furnished. I really liked it. I didn't like the towels. But except that this Hotel is highly recommended. Pay attention: airplanes departing above your head, can be noisy sometimes.
