The TV is old and we couldn't find arabic channels on it. Also, they don't put coffee or black tea bags in the room. They always forget to put water in the room after they clean it everyday. The location is nice since it's close to many outlets and malls. But the view isn't really clear from the windows from 3rd floor.

All ok apart from the antiquated 1990’s old flatscreen tv. No Netflix no smart tv so if you are not from Turkey or Germany give this hotel a miss if your saying here on business for a long time it will really get to you if the only channel to watch is bbc world or cnn.

Went there overnight for 1 night to rest during my business travel. After i have done checkin and went to room for some reason got called by receprion and asked in annoying manner many times if im planning to stay alone, on what i have them clearly told that im alone. The staff pissed me off with stupid questions for a long few minutes. I was thinking about requesting of a refund and find another hotel, but it was late and unfortunately I was tired,so stayed over there. However rooms itself is fine.

The location of this hotel is perfect. A lot of places are next to it such as restaurants, pharmacy etc.
The staff are amazing and friendly. Their welcoming smile and positive attitude made me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attentiveness to my needs truly stood out. Thank you for making my stay memorable!

Really nice is appreciable hotel for everything from the staff to the cleanliness, great for staying a few days or for holidays for those who have been there a long time like me for work you don't enjoy the spa and there is little nearby not being in the city centre

Great experience depending on which side you will stay in as some rooms with no views.. others with perfect ones . Great hotel I’ll stay there again

Room was clean comfortable for relaxing, breakfast was rich. There are big supermarkets, shopping mall, and live pub close to this hotel.
But Amenity was not enough, neiboring areas are full of homeless huge dogs. Please don't run away when you find some of the monster-like animals. Just pretend locals who are never interested in the existing things. They are scared of locals.

I stayed with my family and I was very satisfied. It has a reliable car park in front of the hotel, it has a parking lot in a huge greenery, it is close to the highway, highway, city center like a spacious holiday village, so its location is good, I don't normally have breakfast in the morning, you had breakfast here 👍 I recommend it perfectly
