Not sure where to start with this one! Myself, partner and 2 year old came for 11 days at the start of June. On arrival the hotel looked amazing, rooms very spacious however when we had a closer look things really stood out. -Mould on ceiling in bathroom and around shower seal -Tv didn't work the full time we were there -Water pressure was horrendous The mould didn't get touched by the cleaning staff for our full stay. Meal times were really tricky as our toddler has a dairy allergy and quite literally everything had dairy in! There is a corner with intolerances foods, I only ever saw fruit on it! The staff at meal times didn't really pay much attention to us although we never had to wait long for drinks, they didn't really chat to us. The pools we loved, specially the kids pool with the tipping bucket. My only criticism is the roller team who bring drinks and fruit etc never came over to that pool (the parents are the ones that need a drink most!!), for the whole 11 days, twice they came to the pool to take drinks. The entertainment for us was a huge let down, it seems the hotel doesn't cater for British people. All of the children entertainment was in either German, Russian or Turkish. Bites - The amount of guests (including us) that were covered in bites was quite alarming, top tip, don't go see the doctor, go to the pharmacy just outside of the hotel! The Mexican Alacarte we would not recommend. The service was super slow, food was all wrong and tiny portions. These get booked up fast and the Mexican was the only one we could book! The cherry on top of the cake was the day we were due to leave. We had been asking if we could have late check out for the whole of our stay, to which they insisted we wait until day of departure. The morning we were due to check out we went down to reception first thing and were told we could not check out late, that every room in the hotel was booked! (We were even willing to pay £120) for us to be able to have a room! We explained we have a poorly toddler who needed to nap and we were not due to be picked up until 9pm. Their suggestion was to 'hire a cabana by the pool'. Our booking actually stated it was until the following day (flight was at 0005) so technically we should've still had the room... we admitted defeat and were told there is a freshen up room to use later on, little did we know that room you are only allowed for 20 mins! Overall, wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone from the UK. All staff (apart from Bayram at the outside food place, he was lovely!!) were unpleasant and spoke to us like they just couldn't be bothered. Best thing about the hotel were the childrens pools.

When we arrived, we met the reception staff who took our bags and directed us to our room, you are friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect in every way and was clean, tidy, and the fridge was full of drinks, with fresh fruit. The next morning we ventured around the hotel and the pools And decided on the adults only pool, where we spent the full two weeks during the days, relaxing in the Sun. Everything from the rollerskate team, the bar staff, the cleaners, guest relations, And the entertainment staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and made an effort to get to know us. This is truly been a fantastic holiday.

Brilliant hotel, can't fault anything about it, food, entertainment all excellent but what makes this a class apart from other hotels is the staff, they are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our second visit and it won't be our last.

Exceptional hotel. Food, decor, staff, facilities, location were amazing. I truly had an excellent stay, although I visited during off season it was nearly fully operational. Hotel is located on the beach, nice easy walk to beach. Plenty of sunbeds. Felt like royalty from the moment I walked in. Hotel always smelt nice. Rooms were so big and spacious. So much food and variety at the main restaurant. The Mexican and Italian restaurants were outstanding. Try the waffle house and flatbread house, really good. Nightly entertainment at the hotel which was nice. In the lounge waiters were always taking drinks orders and they served crisps and nuts too. To have a cafe in the hotel was an added bonus and brilliant. They served cakes, ice cream and hot drinks. Great Range of branded alcoholic drinks. Shout out to Humerya (in guest relations) Zehra, Murat (manager), & Firat (at breakfast). They were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel. The only recommendation is to have a few more English channels on the TV, there’s only BBC news. Also walls are so thin so you can hear neighbours and sometimes it can get noisy in the corridor.

Outstanding holiday! This hotel is fantastic in itself, but what really sets it apart is the staff who are truly exceptional. A special mention must go to the amazing Rotinda, who is a fabulous ambassador not only for this hotel but the Adalya brand as a whole. From minute one he was in tune with our needs and delivered over and above on his customer service with his friendly manner - nothing was too much trouble. I love a cocktail without the added sugar, and Rotinda and the bar staff went over and above to deliver, even if the cocktail wasn’t on the menu. We'd also single out for praise Husein (aka the East Bar cocktail maestro) and Hizir, the happiest, friendliest cleaner you will ever meet who is never without a smile on his face . Every aspect of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The food is of a high quality with plenty of choice. The star of the restaurant has to be the lady at the omlette station - unfortunately I don't recall her name - who is never without a sunny smile and a friendly comment. The hotel and grounds are immaculate, kept in tip top order by an amazing team of cleaners and maintenance staff who seem to work round the clock. The rooms are spacious and also immaculate, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. We received a complimentary room upgrade for my birthday with a side sea view, which was a lovely treat. We definitely picked the right time in March to visit, as were lucky enough to experience the hotel terrace being transformed into a Hollywood-themed 'outdoor nightclub' on the Friday night, a one-off special event to launch the summer season. It blew us away and was the cherry on the cake of a truly memorable holiday. It is not often I consider returning to a hotel, but in the case of the Adalya Elite Lara, that's exactly what I'll be doing! I’ve also posted a short video on my @hallmarkfitnessuk Instagram account .

This place is amazing. Not just the grounds, food and rooms but the staff work so hard to keep this place going. Everything is kept immaculately clean. The food choices are fantastic and the drinks are also of a high quality. The pool areas are beautiful and they even bring your drinks to you whilst you are say by the pool. We travelled with a 3 year old and an 80 year old and both were kept happy. We will definitely be returning.

I visited this hotel for 7 nights and stayed in room 2058, I checked out today what an amazing hotel. This was my first visit to Turkey, and I had an amazing holiday! Adalya Lara Elite is a beautiful hotel, it is very clean and has beautiful decorations, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. All the staff smile, greet guests daily, and work so hard, as it is Ramadan at this time, the staff must be commended for remaining so happy and hard-working while fasting. I would like you to recognize a few staff personally for making our stay so wonderful. In the Avalon spa I had 2 massages with Chanel & my partner had 2 with Tatyana they were both friendly and very skilled at their job, I suffer from back pain and both my partner and I have shoulder problems and the ladies helped these greatly. Derya kept our room immaculate, always making pretty folds on the toilet paper and towel arrangements. Ramazan, Rotinda, and Tercan made our evenings in the mahall bar very enjoyable, ensuring we always had a seat and making beautiful cocktails. By the beach, Aydin took care of us so well and always said hello as he passed us around the hotel grounds. By the pool, Oguz made us smile every day on his roller boots, always very attentive. we were never without a drink, and he was always such a welcome sight when we relaxed by the pool. But our biggest thanks has to be to Bengul in the lobby bar, alongside her Manager Huriye, they spent so much time finding and creating new coffee cocktails which were always wonderful, they worked so hard to make my stay at your hotel the best experience I've had on a holiday. Bengul coordinated with my partner before arrival to make the room so beautiful with flowers and chocolates she is a big credit to the hotel and goes out of her way to make guests feel so welcome and special. I so very much hope to return next year to see all their friendly faces again.

Dreadful time at hotel “across the road” prompted a speedy change to this amazing hotel. So welcoming and shoulders went down straight away! Staff smile genuinely and are proud and happy to work in the Adalya and this shows in the fantastic customer service their visitors enjoy. My daughter visited for the first time and was so relieved and happy that we had moved. Our room was spotless and we enjoyed fresh linens every day. Food was as ever varied and delicious and drinks were superb. Good to see and be remembered by Cemille Aslan (Guest Relations Manager) who always makes our stays richer with her knowledge and recommendations- will be back 7th March and really cannot wait enjoy a great 2 weeks with my sister at this amazing hotel.

Travellers were married couple in their 40s and a female in her 30s with a 15 Yr old boy. All from Scotland We visited during the school February break. We travelled for 5 days. Hotel was stunning. From the drive up to the entrance we were wow'd. (We have also stayed in Titanic Lara so have something to compare it too). Rooms - we paid for a side sea view. We looked on to sn empty pool also which would be lively in summer as looks like there would be fountains also. Room was big and shower stunning with raindrop shower head and small balcony. We were happy. Staff - from checking in and through all 5 days we couldn't fault the staff. They were very welcoming and friendly. They know enough English to have a short conversation and help with your order or point you in the right direction. If they don't they will use Google translate. Cleaner was also fabulous, she kept our room spotless, left us lovely styles on our bed and a wee treat as we were leaving. They obviously really appreciate a tip. Food - there was a good variety of food to suit all countries. It changed every night. There was fresh omelettes being made with any ingredients you liked at breakfast and fresh pasta at lunch n dinner also with any ingredients you liked - we had carbonara made at least once a day as it was delicious. Sometimes the food wasn't as warm as I would like it so there is a microwave (at the children's buffet to heat up baby food) I pinged my plate regularly as I like my food piping hot. This is not a complaint as you expect this from a buffet it was a great thing having a microwave there. There's a lovely wee coffee area at the back of the main reception level. It does cakes and waffles freshly made and lovely coffees. Winter concept - 1 outdoor pool and 1 indoor pool both heated and when I say heated i mean it was warm what a difference as this wasn't the case in Titanic when we were there. There was burgers being made down near the beach at football pitch on the dry days and 2 outdoor bars. Darts and other activities were being played but we didn't actually see them or take part as we're busy elsewhere. Entertainment indoors at the bar and on the nightclub, it was usual turkish entertainment and when football was on this was shown on a tv in the bar and there was also a channel on ur room tv showing football. Drink - drinks were strong and waiters kept them coming when you gave them a tip at the start of the night. They also brought Crisps and nuts to ur table. Location - some shops are near by and from 1 end of lara to the other it's a 5km walk check we did there and back and it was lovely. We stopped for a drink once in a restaurant/ bar as we needed the toilet and price was very expensive. You'd think they would be more competitive to try to encourage the all inclusive people in but they weren't but they were very friendly. We did a lot if shopping in lara - preferred the shops that advertised prices as no need to haggle. We are regulars in marma
