Overall everything is good, but WiFi is not very good, animators do not work well, not all rooms are in good condition. The location is good, close to the airport.

Wonderful kremlin palace hotel 👌 👏 The hotel is above my expectations, it's really all inclusive hotel, everything was perfect, the staff , lobby, swimming pools, rooms , foods ,drinks I have no negative points for this hotel

The food was good with a decent variety, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Pool & Sunbeds The rule about not reserving sunbeds before 08:30 is fair and generally well-managed. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member responsible for enforcing this rule

Matters escalated to the point where a manager had to intervene after a particularly rude and abrasive receptionist (female, short red/orange hair) shouted over me rather than letting me explain

This was an unpleasant start to what should have been a relaxing holiday. Reception staff are the first people guests encounter, and some courtesy and listening skills would go a long way

When a travel agent provides specific requests—such as ensuring a single woman has a room next to her sister and brother-in-law—there is usually a valid reason for doing so

If the front of house staff were as courteous and had the language skills of the staff who attend the pools and restaurants things would improve greatly

The food was excellent, offering a wide variety around the clock—there is genuinely something for everyone at any time of day

The hotel is beautiful, clean everywhere, the room is perfectly cleaned every day, large pools, they cook excellently there, rich breakfast, lunches by the pool and on the beach, themed dinners

Great place food is good organised. Personal Violeta and Yevgeniya Venera Gorkem Derya from coffe house. Sude very helpful. Pools are nice leasure is good. And everyone very nice and helpful

Even if you have a late breakfast you can still find sun beds around the pool and at the beach. The towel service is perfect. Food is amazing so much choice and very good standard

Just finishing our 11 night stay here and not got a negative word to say. Hotel/Staff: The staff are very attentive and focussed on helping. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch with cleaners always to be seen

The lifeguards were very strict on this and asking all the time and then checking with reception if they didn't believe you. Maybe they should give 12 & 16 year old different coloured wrist bands so they know ‍♀️

Food at dinner cannot be touched and is rather served by staff upon telling them what you would like. The facilities are great with that being the spa and pool areas

We've just got back from a fantastic week, absolutely loved every minute! Stunning hotel inside and out! Food was amazing! So much choice and something for everyone even the kids! Can always get something to eat and drink at any time of the day

You have to be 12 to go on with someone and 16 on your own, which left my 10 year old a bit upset. I personally think it should be a height thing as there are some 12 year old smaller than my 10 year old ‍♀️

booked 2 weeks holiday at trendy lara hotel in antalya turkey we arrived in a late flight where we were able to get a meal when we arrived the staff go above and beyond nothing is to much for them to help you

hotel manager called black boy also goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. the animation team put different games and shows on for all ages they work so hard to entertain you

Lovely rooms with fully stocked minibars in each and access to a balcony from the bottom room. Rooms were cleaned daily, and we had some lovely touches left by Fatma our housekeeper

their is a fantastic tattoo artist on site you can also enjoy a great Turkish baths to end my experience of trendy lara is definitely 5 stars katrina and linda

Hotel is beautiful, not very far from the airport very family friendly, food to cater for everyone with a buffet and multiple ale cart restaurants , plenty of choice for snacks and drinks throughout the day and night

This is our second stay at this wonderful hotel. We love everything about this hotel. The reason we love it so much is the fact that my, husband, myself and my children especially love the entertainment staff

The best holiday location for your family! From being so accommodating from check in, to having a verity of different things to do. The food is available from all hours of the day and drinks on tap

Lovely hotel, great food selection all made fresh everyday, waffle bar ice cream parlours beach bars and pool snack bars too much to choose from! Kids club is best I have ever seen, so clean and modern and safe soft play, ps5 room, crafts and art room, play area out side. Football pitches and planned games at 4pm every for kids was fab

* music is that loud of a night you cannot talk to the person next to you without shouting at the top of your voice * shops inside hotel are very very expensive - don't buy from here * floors outside are slippery - seen a lot of people fall over - very dangerous * flies constantly at the dinner table and is very annoying when trying to eat * jacuzzi in the indoor pool doesn’t work * cats that have...

* children’s food is the same every single lunch and teatime (everyday) * entertainment- awful and thumping all night until at least midnight! If you have young children like myself then you won’t be getting any sleep before then

Would we come back definitely NOT! Is it a 5* definitely NOT! Some staff are friendly and polite and others just don’t want to be there, which reflects in their attitude

WOW!! Where do I start?? The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!

You can walk to the waterfall at a leisurely pace in 20 minutes, preferably in the evening when the lights turn on. Of the minuses, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, if you don’t use your own Internet it will be annoying

We had a rest on our own! We booked the first days in one room in the club sector! The second part of the rest and accommodation in the main building! Everything is great!  Bars, cocktails, coffee, sea, concerts!!  We really liked it!

On the day of arrival we were given a beach bag and a T-shirt, and they also brought a compliment to the room. There is entertainment for every taste

A true all inclusive!! This hotel has all a family need to relax and enjoy during a vacation! There are only two things that could make it above perfection! The rooms in main building could be a bit bigger specifically for families with kids they are small

Getting a car to go into town, the aquarium or Land of Legends was super simple. The pools are cool, the night shows are better and the night spots to dance with family and friends was super fun and incredible

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants

Antalya is a great place to go away to, be safe and have a great time

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day

We found other waiters to sometimes get the order incorrect and bring us a different drink as to what was actually ordered. Some waiters were writing the order down which would have helped if they all did the same

We did find the next day they had managed to fully fix it while we were out during the day. There is a mini bar fridge in the room. this is free and topped up daily with water, drinks, beers and snacks

Drinks are served to guests by waiters/waitresses on roller-skates. Zeynep was fantastic at getting the drinks and snacks orders back to us promptly and more importantly the order being correct

The staff have been absolutely fantastic for the whole week. The hotel is all-inclusive, so food and drink were plentiful, again food was lovely, fresh and of high quality, something different every day

Excellent hotel. The rooms are a bit tired (clean and cozy, but time takes its toll), but everything else is at a very good level.

Aside from the incredible food which was the best food I've ever had on an all inclusive ( variety and quality is top). The staff is absolutely incredible

Perfect holiday! Located close to the airport, so transfer time is less. The private beach is big enough, there are enough sunbeds, the water is clear, no rocks

Kids' club amazing - Selin and the young girl (her name starts with B) did a fantastic job, every day different activities during the day and mini disco and performances in the evening. Our room was spacious and clean

A wonderful large beach within walking distance, but there is a transfer every 30 minutes, plus every hour you can leave on a boat along the canal, very cool! There is a disco until 2 am

The beach is 10 minutes walk away, which is not very convenient, but it is equipped wonderfully, there is everything you need

The food is simple, but everything is fresh and tasty! Waiters ride on roller skates! The rooms are large, but there was no hair dryer! In general, I definitely want to relax here again! The staff is attentive, the staff is tidy, they will always help! There is a sauna and hammam for free from 9 am to 5 pm

The girl doing yoga which i went to about 7 times - sorry i did not catch her name but she was fab. Every staff member says hello as you walk past. They made our holiday and we felt so valued as guests

The staff are all the nicest people, you didn't see a single one without a smile on their face and they work tirelessly. My young niece left her bag in the restaurant and was distraught

I had the most tender beef I've ever tasted and my brother said the lamb was the same. There's food all day, kebabs by the beach, crepes, pizza, jacket potatoes, chips, hot dogs and multiple options in the food hall

there were never sunbed wars tho whole time we stayed. Always somewhere to get a bed or a cabana. Staff constantly cleaning, tidying, gardening, watering grass etc , the grounds are beautiful

One staff member came over and gave her a hug, promising he'd find it. Messages were radioed around the hotel and within half an hour it was located. The food was amazing with so much choice

For a family definitely the beach pools for kids to be entertained with water play section. Great food choices and drinks

What can I say! Just back from an amazing holiday and stay at Ramada Lara! It was a last minute booking so I had been reading the reviews a little unsure what to expect but honestly, I am fussy and this was just amazing and met our every need as a family of four

We also had a brilliant pool view. Mini bar stocked up with water, coke and fanta and the beds were so comfy! Food wise, I had read mixed reviews but we genuinely didn't have a problem

I have never seen so many puddings as there are in an evening either! There is food available all day long and you can help yourself to big bottles of cold water and ice creams too

Yes there's not British sausages and bacon each morning but for us that wasn't a problem and we don't go away for British food, it was nice to have a mix of different style foods

One of my children is a 'beige eater' and he was absolutely fine mixing it up between chicken nuggets, chips, spaghetti, toasties and fresh pancakes in a morning

I have used the laundry option which hast cost me 2,100 TL = £40,,, it’s a lot!!! You’re not allowed to bring or get foods outside of the hotel area, due to an overpriced restaurant operating by the hotel, not allowed to buy drinks from the restaurant bar and take to your room

It's a bit outdated but has a wonderful view of the sea. Unfortunately, it is noisy around due to building on both sides of Lara. Cleaning seems to be done daily

Only 1 small lift for all the guests, which is shocking! I’ve seen elderly guests are struggling with the stairs at points. Beds not the best, noisy and not very comfortable pillows to my comforts

Regular shuttles to the beach, rent a car transfers available and multiple pools

We didn't stay at the hotel, but went to the beach club to grab a bite to eat. We had some pizza and iced coffees. The triple cheese pizza was a highlight. The views from the bar area is stunning.

Also, the beach was inaccessible during my visit as work was being completed, the free breakfast included in my package was really bad too I could barely eat anything on the daily menu, those few issues stopped me from giving a five star review

The pool might not be the biggest but it’s an average size, it’s not a massive hotel but it’s very lovely. any questions or concerns just ask the front desk, they are lovely and very helpful
