What i will say is that I've just had a massage a Mr Naleen is the best, he definitely knows massage and very polite and professional as are all the staff too I highly recommend this place and would like to come back again when more is open

Here for Christmas and new year and so far lovely, this is a lovely hotel the food is good with a big selection, unfortunately the slides arnt open but their is a warm swimming pool and entertainment every night in different bars

I spent 5 days here, it was amazing, I hardly take on the effort to write a review unless something totally mad strikes me

Can't wait for the new years eve gala they are holding

The intercom phone to call the reception was not working, so I had to go to the reception to ask for the bell boy to help with the luggage

Due to heavy rain, corridors were flooded, which was a hazard. Most of the lifts were not working

We had a fantastic time in Kremlin Palace Hotel. The resort has everything you need for your holiday. Private beach is 500 mtrs away. Service and food are awesome 👌. Local markets for shopping couple of miles away

Family friendly hotel with a great pool area and great area too. Lots of activities and big grounds to keep you occupied. Lots of food and drinks stations dotted around so easily accessible

Would return there at a drop of a hat! Go and see for yourself!

If you dont speak turkish or russian you might find it very hard to speak or have any conversation with the staff. Good location, kitchen a bit poor for a 5 star resort, beach somehow good, pool overpopulated

Unfortunately this hotel is not local to anything within walking distance if you dont want to walk around on your hokiday, The nearest shop was around 25 mins walk

Be prepared for a tour guide to put stuff under your door to book through them, use a booking guide online they are sometimes cheaper and offer transport to

This is my recommendation for improvement to the hotel management

Hotel looks splendid and lavish (some will say tacky) from outside as well as the main hall. But rooms and bathrooms are starting to show their age

Most of the staff is very friendly, but few of them can speak good English and large number don't know it at all. Air conditioning in first room broke, they give me a new room, door lock is broken, 3rd time is the charm

There is a number of beach and pool bars with food and snacks but I didn't eat much at them. Wine selection looked quite poor or the waiters don't know their wines. Didn't try the spa, found it to expensive

Food selection appears enormous at first but not everything is really nice and breakfast and lunch will eventually become boring. For dinner every weekday has a theme so variety is much better

Water is very nice in the morning and noon but almost every single day in evening there will be wind and waves and water will get murky and it will be difficult to swim

One tip is try and book directly with the resort if you can to get the best deals as one of our rooms got cancelled because the resort was overbooked by a travel company. I would have given more stars if possible

They would not accept my statements because it "wasn't on their computer system. Staff bring this quality down to a 1 star hotel

An amazing uber luxurious place in Antalya - we planned so many activities outside the resort but we were so much happy with the resort itself that we cancelled those and just enjoyed our resort stay

Help yourself to beach towels daily. The hotel is around 15 years old, the way it's decorated inside you would think it was older. Overall I give a 5 star rating. Excellent hotel and we are really enjoying our stay

Booked this hotel as an indulgence escape - and that was exactly what it was. Living life of pure luxury and indulgence. Excellent service fit for royalty as was the room we stayed in

This does need addressing as no one wants to come on holiday and not be able to use the out door pools. Apart from that the place is beautiful

The cleaners also did an amazing job, cleaning the room daily and making us little swans out of the towels( which was a lovely touch!) The food was also delicious and had alot more variety then I imagined! As we arrived at night, the doms bistro- which is pretty much open whenever the main restaurant isnt- was very useful and also had a good selection of food to offer in the form of a bufffet

Swimming pools usual problem of reserving sun beds. You needed to get there before 9am to stand any chance of getting a bed on the sunny side. Plenty of beds that were in the shade for majority of the day

I've travelled around the world to many 5* resorts, this hotel far exceeds any expectations. Beautiful modern hotel, grounds and facilities are excellent. Always something to do, but also always somewhere to relax

This is a review from a couple of early 60s. Lovely hotel, although not 5*. Rooms are a good size, but are very dark. Air conditioning is very noisy and I believe it's centrally controlled

Overall if I was a family I would recommend this hotel as plenty to do for children, but as a couple in their 60s expecting a quiet holiday with not many kids (as kids were not on school holidays in England) but they were in Scotland, Russia, Poland and lots of other countries

Just back from our second visit. We loved being back and as expected the hotel and staff gave us a fantastic holiday, especially Barska at restaurant entrance

There is so much to do and the night time entertainment can be really good although the children's bit is a bit repetitive

We reported the air conditioning in room 6033 as not working to a female member of reception, she was dealing with us when he came over to ask what was wrong, she explained she was dealing with it only for him to ask again what was wrong, I explained to him that the air conditioning wasn't working to be told , you need to close your doors , i told him we did and he said well if the red light is on...

They were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Zehra at the lobby, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hospitality extended by the entire team made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived

The female staff member looked a little embarrassed and told us someone would be at our room in 15 minutes. I thanked her and as we walked away,he said in a very sarcastic voice, have a lovely evening and laughed

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in August, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Despite it being the peak season, the hotel was not too busy, which was a pleasant surprise

In middle of nowhere, looks like beirut! Tower blocks of flats for rooms nothing like 4-5* hotel. Having to fight cleaner toget more than 2 teabags and 2 sachets milk. On all inclusive this is ridiculous

We had a wonderful week stay here. Staff were lovely. Room was good. Food was nice. Lots to do/ entertainment was amazing. Plenty to do for the kids. Will come back again!

The hotel rooms are as expected (basic) & could be updated, the food in the hotel is very random & very repetitive but plenty of it & drinks there is a great choice

All staff very nice and attentive, nothing is a problem, very helpful. My family all enjoyed the food there is something for everyone. My youngest son is a fussy eater and always found something to eat

The restaurant staff and staff around the hotel were not as great or friendly as they have been when we've visited other places in the past. Irem from guest relations was lovely and very friendly though

Sunbed situation really only happens at the main pool. We managed to get sunbeds on the grass everyday in a good spot. Entertainment was fine, the drifters and the party night were the best to watch

This place in Antalya is a really good. We went for all inclusive package

The food at their restaurant is really nice at at times during dinner they have different theme so you have food from differ countries. Overall had a nice experience

Food delious piping hot and full of variety Entertainment Absolutely amazing but who need the credit most of all is the Entertainment lady playing games in the day she was fab full of fun and made us laugh everyday

They also have spa rooms which is really good. If you need to go out to town and don’t want to take the kids they have a day care centre where they will look after the kids which we found to be really useful

We went on off season so couldn’t try out the outdoor slides which is something we really wanted to try out but it’s our fault for not checking before booking. However they do have indoor heated pool

Now my wife and I understood why Turkish hotels are so fond of, especially with the all-inclusive system

One of the best resort hotels in Turkey. Very close to the airport and on the beach. Great amenities and staff is very friendly. You have everything from food, drinks, pools and kids entertainment. Highly recommended.

We also ate at the kebab restaurant as well and this was very good too. The entertainment at night was brilliant and the kids loved it

Spend a nice vacation in this hotel late April. Excellent hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. I enjoyed the variety of food in the restaurants, the relaxed atmosphere and the great staff (very friendly)

There are numerous different restaurants within the hotel with different cuisines. Water park and slides are one of a kind, perfect for kids and adults. Beach club area is also lovely and service there is incredible

We have been one night meal on nirvana sea club. Foods were delicious and fresh. Live singer and waiters were perfect. Our waiter Mr Sefkan is a polite boy who did any thing that we and my child asked with a nice smile

Fabulous all inclusive hotel in Antalya that is so close to the airport. They arranged our airport transfers both ways. Fair to say it is centrally located. Spacious rooms with great amenities

We cannot thank the hotel staff enough, everyone is so wonderfully friendly and helpful. They even have a michelin recommended restaurant chef within the hotel. Slow elevators but that’s okay

Everything is super clean, easy to notice that they paid meticulous attention to every detail. When they say it is all inclusive, they really mean it

Bottled water is available everywhere in the hotel, I also saw that staff uses that bottled water to prepare drinks and whatnot. Highly recommend to people who are afraid of this kind of travel issues

Never had a problem to find a free spot even though we used to get down to the pool late, like well after 10:00. Also, pool was cleaned every day. Highly recommend doing one day swimming pool then one day the beach/pier

Another amazing place from the STONE GROUP and for us our second time in one of these Royal hotels. First time we visited Royal Wings which have been our favorite since. Royal Holiday Palace is very beautiful

To sum up the health topic: I cannot complain and I'm a very sensible person in this regards. Swimming pools are perfectly designed. The main one is made in a shape that makes it to be never overcrowded

Great hotel for a lazy vacation. Very hygienic, we used to eat everything, drink beverages with ice, absolutely no gastric problems. Quite the opposite, never felt that well fed and healthy

In general we all felt well cared, respected and we could totally focus on having fun and resting without any troubles or issues. Well done, keep up the good work!

A really Deluxe hotel, food, rooms, service, grounds all 5+++. Only one minus, the Internet is bad in the room, at the pool, in bed and restaurants more bearable.

Such a great hotel! Rooms have very good size and well equipped! Food selection is great and high quality. There are lot of activities and something is always happening in and around the hotel

The entertainment at the resort was grand and constant, ensuring there was always something fun to do for every member of our family. Whether it was the poolside games, or the evening shows, there was never a dull moment

Me and my kids stayed for 6 nights. We truly enjoyed each day in this Hotel. My son was in wheelchair , I am so great full in this hotel they have great facilities for disabled or less mobility people’s need

First time in this hotel and compared to other hotels in the region we felt it’s more a family / older public hotel. It does have good swimming pool facilities and enough space

It is not true that they don't have alcohol drinks. Beers (tuborg, efes), wine, votka, raki etc. Stuff is soooo nice, they are aaaaamazing, super nice. Everything is very clean, hotel and rooms

Great hotel, rooms more than enough. On arrival the welcome was a bit rude but nevertheless a good hotel good beach and drinks

Lovely hotel, nice selection of food, A La Cartes are good but under utilised which is strange, drinks limited and no / limited premium brands for example all local liquor and liquors, only one beer, entertainment is good, no sea pier compared to neighbouring hotels and beach bar/food isn’t great

However rooms are too small (our agency wrote on web that rooms are from 25m2 and up, but they are not even close to that, in reallity they are about 15m2) and a lot of rooms don't have terace, most od them don't have even french balconi and that is only one minus, for me and it is a big minus, maybe someone don't care about that

Alongside with Hasan that gave us the best improvised cocktails and of course the rest of the people there were doing their jobs amazingly good, smiled all the time and been respectful

The room is a bit dated, there is mold and damages on the furniture. It feels like drinks in the bar are made from diluted alcohol and Coca-Cola (if you know how Coca Cola tastes like)

I don't know how they manage to do all that! I am super thankful to the wonderful entertainment team for making our 2-weeks vacation the best one we have ever had! Each of them deserves a "Bravo!": Diego - a total star - energetic, easy-going, naturally fun

As great as everything is, what I am most impressed by is definitely the entertainment team!!! There are number of people, who take care of everybody's mood, they have a unique and personized approach towards every guest

That is very difficult and I highly appreciate the hard work each and everyone of them puts! In the evenings there is either a theme party or live music. The entertainment team joins and it is always a blast

Good food and all you need there. Right at the beach, many bars, restaurants and pools. The gym is great, enough there to keep the pump. And all the workers are sooo kind and give a real home feeling

First and foremost you will rarely find someone who can speak English. Food was everytime cold but it was unlimited in buffet or any of their restaurants

The one of my best experience in Antalya, the service is so great, food variety was good but they can do better with the food quality and taste, but my experience was more than good, the guest’s relation was so helpful and polite, definitely considering back to Kremlin Palace in my next visit to Antalya

This place stats five star plus and my god does it deliver on that statement. Entertainment was the best I have ever had and the food options the same. Would I stay here again hell yes without a doubt or second thought

The negatives would be the food, well presented and well cooked but if your English then you may find it limited. The other negative is the lifts which are a nightmare, take ages to come and are small

Maybe only too much eating delicious food from which it was hard for me not to try. ! delicious Baklava of which I had to try all types 😇 Wonderful time Beautiful peaceful place right by the sea

Wet and wild brilliant for my family of mixed ages 3- 64 Evening dining sometimes a bit chaotic due to number of guests but we managed most nights to all sit together

This hotel is fantastic! Everyone we have met is so friendly. The facilities are incredible! The food and drink is wonderful. We had a faulty hairdryer that was fixed very quickly

The kids keep saying “they are in paradise!”

The only thing that really made it difficult for us to enjoy first days was the fact that outside our windows was a stage where DJ played loud music until midnight

Fortunately, we were offered then a room on the other side of the building. So please be cautious and let the hotel know in advance if you need a quiet room

The hotel has an impressive level of chic. Huge well-groomed green territory. Your water Park and pier, zoocorner, 6 pools, 9 restaurants, a football field, all kinds of entertainments for every taste

Overall the hotel leaves good impression. It offers delicious and varied food, a lot of nice spots and activities for children and ways to relax for adults

In Royal Seginus for twelve days of rest there was live music twice, a dance show of animators, a couple of times karaoke, a Retro Party (animators dance to the music of the 90s), a couple of times the game "Guess Who"

Stayed here for a week end of November. It was huge with a walk in wardrobe & a steam/shower room. I am not fussy with food & the selection was great, especially the desserts

As soon as the staff realised this was affecting our holiday, they opened the snack bar as an additional restaurant area for non-conference guests. Thank you to the entire team for a fabulous holiday!

Great hotel with 24h ultra all inclusive. Rooms are huge , great house keeping, each day they refill the fridge in your room. I recommend lighting the green button for house keeping service in your room

I went to 5 different hotels in Antalya. This is so far the best one. The hotel is clean, the stuff friendly and you have everything you want. The rooms are new build and it is a real pleasure

Staff were attentive, however there was a conference on for 2 days & some staff clearly only concentrated on their own, overlooking the guests who were there before/after the conference

Wonderful Experience, Great Place for Holidays, Staff is courteous. All Services Indoor swimming pool, bars, restaurants, spa etc all are excellent. For family with kids milk and baby food always available free of charge

We had a great time for a week doing nothing but Pool, Beach, Eat, Rest, Repeat with the family. If that's what you're looking for can 100% recommend.

They put us in a horrible location on our first night, right next to the lifts on the ground floor, which meant listening to people's noise up till 3am. The next morning I had to pay to be upgraded to a better room

For 3 out of 7 days, our room was not cleaned in good time, so around 1 PM when we returned from the beach to prepare for lunch we had no towels; although we specifically requested cleaning before 12 PM after the first incident

Roller skating staff are everywhere, ensuring you have everything you need at all times. All areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained. Amazing view from our window. Free amusement park for kids

If you take all this away, the hotel is half decent, but it wouldn't be my first choice if we returned to Antalya, again. PS: we've stayed at the Delphin Imperial and the Titanic previously

Lara Barut is one of the best all inclusive resorts I ever stayed at. Comparing to Hawaii, Mexico and Bahamas, I will definitely be coming back to Lara Barut

Absolutely stunning resort, impeccable service and well worth the money you pay for this hotel. it's the first hotel on Lara beach and the location is perfect as you get amazing views of the sun rise and sunset

Many great restaurants, the main buffet left us speechless… variety of food was just something else, everything we tried was fresh and delicious

The beach was clean with cabanas (for guests in villas) and beach beds, towels were available on every corner, staff is on the beach at the bar and around the area. The hotel has its own water slide on the property
