I am severely disappointed in the customer service of reception and guest services. For a 5 star hotel such as the Titanic, their staff are not appropriately trained to place a guest's needs first. On our first two nights we had an excellent waiter, then he got moved to far end of restaurant and we nodded in passing. Rest of waiters service poor, left us with no drinks, and when they did they were never refilled. Once it started raining and everyone was inside...

I really liked the hotel, there are some small shortcomings, but it did not affect my vacation. A wonderful large beach within walking distance, but there is a transfer every 30 minutes, plus every hour you can leave on a boat along the canal, very cool! There is a disco until 2 am. Excellent hotel with a very tasty buffet. Not much variety. But in Turkey, food is very important in terms of taste, a lot of meat. This is key, so we recommend it. Excellent service and cleanliness, the staff is very careful about the cleanliness of the pool, sun loungers and public areas. Very cost-effective hotel. The staff is friendly, the room is big, and the food is delicious. The hotel has convenient transportation. There are many places to shop and eat around. If I come to Antalya again in the future, this hotel will be my first choice.

I really liked the attitude of the staff. Despite the late flight, they allowed me to go to lunch and sunbathe by the pool after check-out. Very tasty and varied food.

Wonderful holiday. The cleaners are very poor, I understand they work hard but I wouldn't say it was the cleanest. The red light outside the room indicates your in there. But when my daughter was in the room, they just barged right in and didn't knock. This made her feel unsettled. Food was okay. Really nice in top restaurant for fussy eaters. Got a bit repetitive but the steak was lovely, best ever...

We stayed here for a week in May as a large family group of 15. From arriving and checking in the hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. We had a few issues with the air conditioning in our duplex room on the first night, repair staff came in and tried to fix it but they couldn't so we moved rooms on day 2. Bit of an inconvenience but we were in a much bigger room with two separate bedrooms...

Just back from a weeks holiday staying here. The hotel was lovely. We were in Jacuzzi room (1229) and the views were really good. Unfortunately, the beds were terrible and it felt like you were sleeping on a brick. We did however ask for a mattress topped and it made a difference. Towels were changed everyday. Towels for the pool were everyday too. No rush for sunbeds in the morning as always...

Review time Just returned from a 14 night stay at saturn. 2 adults and two boys aged 13 and 15. We had the most wonderful stay. It's been by far our best holiday as a family and we have been to Turkey 4 times along with Greece and canaries. Highlights... The staff make this hotel. From the moment we entered Saturn palace, the staff were fantastic. The hotel was everything we hoped it would be.
