The heated pool was particularly welcome, and the professional massage services offered excellent value with their special deals.
The resort's recreational facilities were top-notch, including a well-maintained tennis court and a conveniently located pool bar. Each evening came alive with high-quality entertainment programs, ensuring there was never a dull moment during our stay.
The combination of luxurious amenities, outstanding service, and attention to detail made this resort truly memorable. I'm already planning my return visit to experience this exceptional hospitality again.
There are a few improvements they can make:
-Pools are kept warm during peak times
-There should be a person on the drinks bar at the Moppet Club for kids
-There was no plug socket on my side of the bed. This would have been handy if I needed my phone charging whilst I slept.

Food was good, drinks and alcohol drinks were shocking good. Staff were kind and helpful. They all speak english good. Every where was clean and felt like new. Lots of bars, snack bars, cafe and restaurants were in the area, hard to choose from. You will need at least 6 days at the Concorde resort to chill and enjoy all activities. Spa was also clean and misuses were professional.
Its a good place to chill or to have fun, you can enjoy with friends or family members, either ways it has its own experience😊
The room was clean, spacious, and offered stunning views. Housekeeping was thorough and attentive, ensuring our room was always in perfect condition. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and various activities they offered for both adults and children.
The dining experience was exceptional! The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and the restaurant/bars staff were always accommodating, especially to our kid, making each meal/drink a delightful experience.
What truly made our stay memorable was the incredible service. The staff consistently anticipated our needs and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect.
