Delphin Diva Premiere

Pros:

There's always something to eat or drink, almost 24/7 in different areas of the resort, and not just snacks, real food, cocktails, everything you need.

The food is diverse and fresh.

Roller skating staff are everywhere, ensuring you have everything you need at all times.

All areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained.

Amazing view from our window.

Free amusement park for kids.

They agreed to a late check-out, free of charge.

Cons:

Despite Romanians being the second most numerous guests after Germans, there is very little Romanian language support. Most materials, activities, and greetings are not available in Romanian, which can be frustrating. Russian, however, is widely present, despite fewer Russian guests.

For 3 out of 7 days, our room was not cleaned in good time, so around 1 PM when we returned from the beach to prepare for lunch we had no towels; although we specifically requested cleaning before 12 PM after the first incident. On our last day, the room wasn't cleaned by 4:30 PM, and I had to complain again at the reception.

Extremely loud music plays until 11 PM every night.

The mattress was overused and deformed, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

All in all, based on the fact that it felt the most "all-inclusive" compared to other hotels in Antalya we've been to, I will give it a 4 out of 5.

We had a great time for a week doing nothing but Pool, Beach, Eat, Rest, Repeat with the family. If that's what you're looking for can 100% recommend.

This was our 3rd visit to Antalya, and it was a decent one. The hotel is good, staff are friendly, service is fast, and food and amenities are on point. That said, the Delphin Diva is less Diva-esque as compared to its bigger brother, the Delphin Imperial. However, it still delivered. My only pushback here is that the hotel and the vast majority of it's staff are all set up for German holidaymakers.. as in they all speak German.. and somehow expect you to be German also. The shows, the DJs, heck even the watersports in the main pool, were all in German. The main pool is ok, not the largest in Lara, water slides here are mainly for under 8s.. the rooms get a 4/5. They put us in a horrible location on our first night, right next to the lifts on the ground floor, which meant listening to people's noise up till 3am. The next morning I had to pay to be upgraded to a better room. If you take all this away, the hotel is half decent, but it wouldn't be my first choice if we returned to Antalya, again. Hope this helps.

PS: we've stayed at the Delphin Imperial and the Titanic previously. I would return to the latter.

Great food - excellent Rock Bass fish prepared by Mr Abdulraman the fish MasterChef with big heart! Super donner (lamb, beef and chicken) prepared by Mr Suayip at Doner corner! Excellent services and serving at main restaurant by Mr Ercan, Muslum, Ramazan and colleagues! Rapid serving and exellent services by Skate team at heated pools! Quality corner food and excellent idea with watermellon and sheep cheese at the pool! Great shows in the evening and in activities in the day and thank you Boran (our Robin Hood in the shooting activity), thank you to the entertainment team - Yusuf (Crocodile / Crocodaci /Timsah), Jakub, Stepan and Mr. MC with black suit and white snickers! Thank you to the warm people at Luna Park - Mr. Saban and Mr. Nursun Dusret at bumping cars; Mr. Ramazan at jumping cangaroos; Mr. Suleiman at pirate sheep, Mrs. Kubra Fatma at the wheel! Thank you for the management team for continuous focus on improving services!

It's great for kids. I really enjoyed at this hotel. I have the best memories from Turkey from this hotel. ✨️

Amazing holiday. Plenty of entertainment day and night.
Friendly staff, nice food with plenty of choice.. lovely beach area with pier bar serving nice cocktails.. hotel is immaculately clean, if anything spilt the cleaners were there within seconds.
The only negative is the games arcade and bowling

Great hotel and amazing staff, went with family and friends for 7 nights. Lots to do for all ages from kids shows and childrens slides and pool to hamam and massages for Adults. Great variety of food and drinks not just in the restaurants but also snack bars which are located all around the resort. Lovely private sandy beach which is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Highlight for me was the amazing service and a shout out to Hikmet who looked after us in the main restaurant and Halima who cleaned our rooms and left us a little heart shaped surprises on our beds. Very friendly staff in all parts of the hotel, at the reception they also offered a good discount to upgrade the room for the family friends who went with us shout out to Ulaz, Yunus and Sema for this. This resort is situated dead in the middle of Lara with lots of shops and shisha bars out side the hotel on the main road which is a short 5 min walk and only 20 mins from the airport.Hotel also does a free shuttle service to Old Antalya for those who like to shop around Antalya city and old bazaar etc. Pick up for shuttle is 9.30am and return at 2pm. I will definitley be returning soon and recommend this hotel for families. Overall a 5 star.

High-quality service, cool service, works as a single organism. The hotel has a lot of features: a luna park, a bus to old Antalya, a dozen places for a snack, etc... The only downside is the taste of the food, the variety is huge, but the taste is mediocre.

Yesterday we returned from vacation. For the tenth time in a row we vacationed at Dolphin Diva. Although this year, due to a 25% increase in prices for vacations in Turkey, we thought about going to Europe for the money. But after a thorough analysis of the offers, we returned to " OUR HOTEL." If you say something stupid, let's discuss it. 1) Where are there hotels that have 8 A la carte restaurants, we were in all of them, the cuisine is excellent, this year they added a French restaurant and made a pleasant impression. 2) Where there are hotels that have 6 varieties of ice cream every day from 10 to 18 o'clock. 3) Where there are hotels that have 12 bars. 4) Where there are hotels that have free attractions for children and adults...etc. etc. Three days before departure, Teztur, by the way, went through it for the first time, ruined our vacation with the message that our return flight from 20.30 had been moved to 10.30, i.e. They deprived us of a day of rest, and we were given a collective transfer from the airport to the hotel; before that we only went on an individual basis. But when we arrived in Diva, the mood changed to a positive one. We were given a wonderful room within 15 minutes with a side view of the sea, thanks to Irina working at the reception, and at 11.30 we already went to the sea. The hotel is perfect for a family holiday with children. Nearby there is construction of a new hotel, the Dolphin Imperial, a grandiose building, but the construction does not interfere with any noise or dust, that is, we did not feel any discomfort. Friendly staff, who have an “unhealthy” interest this year to the Russian language, by the way, the staff took a three-month course in the Russian language. A wide variety of dishes in the main restaurant, no queues, the presence of free tables, continuous wishes for a bon appetit and clarification “if there are any wishes.” We love it when they “lick” us and we are there “ lick." Before the trip, we found out in the reviews that bungalows on the beach are only available with a paid reservation - 20 euros per day, but it turned out to be wrong. There are paid ones only to the left of the entrance to the beach and there are not many of them, but a large number, those to the right of the entrance, are free! Only the principle “who gets up first gets the slippers”, but don’t leave before 8.30 or else the things you left will be collected and taken to the towel pick-up point. Take a seat, wait until 8.30 and calmly go have breakfast. By the way, the beach worker Odnan is an attentive and responsive worker. Unless you can get a star from the sky! Many thanks to the guest relations manager Lina, she surrounded us with care and attention and made our next vacation in Diva UNFORGETTABLE ! Wonderful animation, Turkish night, foam party, beer party...etc. I can write a lot, we are happy with everything, despite the fact that this is our tenth time vacationing in Diva. Go to Dolphin Diva - you won’t regret it!!!
