Location: 14 km from Antalya airport, 16 km from the city centre, p. Lara, in 200 m through road from a city beach.
The hotel consists of four 9 - storey buildings.
Total area 25 000 m2.Total 896 numbers.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach 200 m away. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for the Deposit. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach – 250 m.
Food. All InclusıveAll inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Swedish table, late Breakfast, snacks, sweets and ice cream at certain hours, night soup, diet and vegetarianskoe menu, children's menu, local alcoholic and soft drinks (10.00-24.00).
Imported drinks, fresh juices, all bottled drinks, services A'la Carte restaurants, all drinks and food after 24.00, mini bar (except water) - for a fee.

many different options every evening. Different entertainment every night for kids and adults. Can be loud if your room is too close too the stage. Found it almost impossible to get close to the pool unless your up at 6am to put your towel down. I'm on holiday not to get up early 😂
Lots to do/ entertainment was amazing. Plenty to do for the kids. Will come back again!
The staff were incredibly rude, including the cleaning staff, who showed no respect for our privacy. Housekeeping would knock and then barge in within seconds, which is completely unacceptable. None of the staff could speak or understand English, making communication extremely hard.
I decided to get a manicure at the hotel's spa, which was another disappointment. The lady doing my nails was rude and dismissive. After applying the nail polish, she told me to go outside and hold my hands up to dry them—ridiculous and unprofessional!
The rudeness didn't stop there. The security personnel and bell boys were also impolite, laughing and making jokes amongst themselves while ignoring guests. The hotel lacked basic amenities like air conditioning in the corridors, making the entire experience uncomfortable.
We had to change rooms multiple times because things in our rooms were either broken or unsafe. No one apologized or made us feel welcome. We weren't even informed about breakfast timings or locations upon arrival.
To top it all off, finding a sun lounger was nearly impossible unless you woke up at 6 am. Which is not a relaxing holiday! I’m Addition there is a horrible sewage smell outside by the pools which is really off putting and not pleasant to be smelling. Having traveled to Turkey a few times, this experience was by far the worst. This hotel is unprofessional and not worth the money, especially if you're coming from England. I would strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. We will not be coming back.
The beach is not part of the hotel you actually have to walk across the road about 500 meters to get to the beach. The pools are nice but bid crowded and you have to save your spot early morning.
Bathroom has no shampoo, soap, creams whatsoever just towels.
Only local drinks are served anything else you need to pay extra.
Entertainment at night was good especially Capacodia The night was spectacular.
The food in most restaurants is average however at Buffet restaurant is not bad as long as you get there on time, otherwise everyone wants to eat BBQ and you are left with nothing.
Tulip 24 hours The restaurant is pretty okay too at least you can eat something though out the day.
Be aware there are cats everywhere in the hotel 24 hrs a day.
The hotel rooms are as expected (basic) & could be updated, the food in the hotel is very random & very repetitive but plenty of it & drinks there is a great choice.
The staff in the spa where you change your towels are extremely rude, we ran out of time to change our towels the night before so when I took them back the next morning he wouldn’t allow me fresh ones, his words “no chance” & kind of shooed me away with his hand! I sent my husband back to get the fresh towels & they gave them to him…
There are a few shops outside the hotel & a pharmacy but that’s about it & the beach you can walk to within 5 mins or if too hot use the shuttle (which is a golf cart). At the beach it’s very busy but plenty of sun beds, big snack bar & bar unlimited water etc. worth checking out.
