IC Hotels Green Palace - Kids Concept

Stayed there in February and had a generally positive experience. The hotel has a lot to offer, but there are also some areas for improvement.
Positives:
-Big, well-maintained territory with a beautiful garden
- Spacious kids’ club with plenty of activities
- Restaurant area for kids
- Nice variety of food at the buffet
Negatives:
- Outdated bathroom in the room (see photos) – not up to the expected 5-star standard
- Staff doesn’t greet guests in hallways
Cocktails made with non-branded alcohol, resulting in a strange taste
Overall impression: for the price paid in the low season, the stay was decent. However, I’m not sure it would be worth the higher rates charged during peak season.

When I went to this beautiful and gorgeous resort, it felt like I was in a palace. I went for a summer vacation with my family and they also said the same exact words that I’m gonna say right now.

Rooms were always clean. The restaurant was on perfect timing. We also relaxed in the Mediterranean Sea and it also has bars nearby. Same for the pool. And the Euros 2024 was going on at the time. And I had fun watching it in the auditorium. The spa was also nice. It also had a waterpark that was really fun. Everything was nice, if I went to it 1 time, then I have to go to it again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at IC Hotels Green Palace, and overall, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning surroundings, immaculate gardens, and the welcoming atmosphere of the resort.

Accommodation:
The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room throughout our stay, ensuring we always returned to a fresh and comfortable environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than adequate for a luxurious experience.

Facilities and Grounds:
The hotel grounds are simply breathtaking. The beautifully landscaped gardens, palm trees, and multiple pools create a tropical paradise that is perfect for relaxation. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and offered both lively and quiet areas, catering to all preferences. The beach, just a short walk from the property, was equally impressive, with fine sand and crystal-clear water.

Dining Experience:
One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, from international cuisine to local Turkish specialties. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Service:
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations team, particularly the young lady who assisted us during a minor misunderstanding. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to resolve the issue made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt valued and that our stay continued seamlessly.

Entertainment and Activities:
The entertainment team did an amazing job organizing shows and activities suitable for all ages. From live music to water sports and kids’ programs, there was always something fun to do. The spa and wellness center were also outstanding, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Overall Impression:
Despite the small misunderstanding we encountered, which was quickly and professionally handled, our experience at IC Hotels Green Palace was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious facilities, excellent service, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable holiday.

We are coming towards the end of our trip and it has been really good, despite the wet weather. It is a lovely place for families with young children. The kids club is very good and all the staff are really nice, specially the more older ladies who work in the food areas are just so sweet and warm! We love all the cats and it's so nice to see the staff being loving towards them too it really warmed our heart. Some of the cats are so friendly and loving! The goats are really cute and friendly too!

Overall the hotel leaves good impression. It offers delicious and varied food, a lot of nice spots and activities for children and ways to relax for adults. The rooms are a little worned out but since most of the time you are outside it doesn't really matter. The only thing that really made it difficult for us to enjoy first days was the fact that outside our windows was a stage where DJ played loud music until midnight. Fortunately, we were offered then a room on the other side of the building. So please be cautious and let the hotel know in advance if you need a quiet room.

This hotel is fantastic! Everyone we have met is so friendly. The facilities are incredible! The food and drink is wonderful. I am wanting for nothing.

The room is great. Perfect for what you need. We had a faulty hairdryer that was fixed very quickly.

The kids keep saying “they are in paradise!”

The hotel is overall good. I stayed with my husband and 14 month old daughter during 8 nights. The service is luxury, the hotel is luxury but all in all I cannot give 5 stars because of little things that were annoying like mosquitoes (it was treated when we were there but my husband got bitten bad the first 5 nights). It is normally treated ahead but it was not the case in this hotel.
Sometimes the chicken was not entirely cooked which can be dangerous. Or some of the staff (one or two or three) were not really nice with non Turkish speaker which was really discriminating for a tourism hotel. Also our room was on the side of evening live music and our daughter kept waking up because the music was too loud and the windows are too thin and don’t cover any noise from outside (we were on the third floor). That was our biggest issue.

But all in all I’m glad we did go there on vacation because the hotel in itself is really clean and beautiful and we spent 9 incredible days but the little things were sometimes really annoying.

The rooms are clean, the animation staff is incredible, the pools are magnificent. The activities for the little ones are great. I do believe this is family hotel. The food is really good and varied.

We have had 10 lovely days here at the hotel. Rooms quite ourdated really need a refresh. Showers worked well but very slippy getting out. Food was really good with plenty of choice at every meal. Pools and grounds are beautiful and well looked after. Staff are really friendly and always happy to help. The spa was amazing I had a really good massage for €60 was well worth it.
