take showers tile so slippery. We have to put towels on a floor order for us to take a shower out. You slipped and pulled the door fall off the jam door on us. My wife in the room at 11 o'clock at night. Our condition stops every time.
The room is great. Perfect for what you need. We had a faulty hairdryer that was fixed very quickly.
The kids keep saying “they are in paradise!”
Sometimes the chicken was not entirely cooked which can be dangerous. Or some of the staff (one or two or three) were not really nice with non Turkish speaker which was really discriminating for a tourism hotel. Also our room was on the side of evening live music and our daughter kept waking up because the music was too loud and the windows are too thin and don’t cover any noise from outside (we were on the third floor). That was our biggest issue.
But all in all I’m glad we did go there on vacation because the hotel in itself is really clean and beautiful and we spent 9 incredible days but the little things were sometimes really annoying.
The rooms are clean, the animation staff is incredible, the pools are magnificent. The activities for the little ones are great. I do believe this is family hotel. The food is really good and varied.
Food is every where you can’t stay hungry for a minute, Ice creams, fresh fruits, drinks any time available.
Beach, aqua park and all water sports were amazing.
I highly recommended for any family having kids, btw there is fantastic club also for new born kids. ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is not safe for kids. My child was hit by another woman, and there was no security or lifeguard present. If I hadn’t been there, she would have continued hitting him. When we complained and requested the hotel to remove the woman, they refused, saying her apology was enough. However, they eventually kicked her out only after she yelled at them. It seems they consider yelling at adults more serious than hitting a 3-year-old.
The rooms are old, and the biggest issue is the understaffing. In the kids' club, there are only 1 or 2 supervisors to watch over the children and ensure their safety. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel; at best, I would rate it a low 4 stars.
I’m giving it a 2-star rating because I didn’t get what I paid for. They need to do one of the following: either reduce their prices to match 4-star hotels to set the right expectations for their customers or enhance their standards, from the number of staff to the indoor facilities.
What a truly fantastic hotel this is.
It is beautiful. The hotel itself is not one of these ugly modern looking hotels but has great architecture and the hotel grounds are green and very well kept.
Plenty of pools which are all very clean inside and around.
The buffet restaurant is fantastic. We were here for 2 weeks and never got bored of the food as it did vary each night. Breakfast is amazing, especially the omelette place.
I highly recommend trying the steak restaurant. (You do have to pay extra for this). It is well worth it! The steaks I had here were amazing. To be honest probably the best steak I have ever had was the “steak Dallas” and I have eaten steaks in a number of places.
The staff were all fantastic throughout the stay. All very friendly and attentive. Special mention to Ikander in the kids club. She was brilliant with my two children Ross and Chloe.
The rooms were kept clean daily and once again the staff were lovely.
Rooms comes with a safe to keep your belongings in as well at not extra charge.
The mini bar in your room is well stocked with soft drinks and beer.
The alcohol which is part of the all inclusive is amazing. So much choice and top quality liqueurs.

Despite these minor setbacks, the staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was clean, and the entertainment was fantastic. We also had the pleasure of meeting families from all over the world, which added to the experience. While the rooms felt a bit outdated, the overall atmosphere, service, and food quality, including the barbecue and snack bars, were excellent. Plus, the proximity to the beach was very convenient. Overall, a great experience with some areas for improvement.
