From start to finish it was just an amazing holiday. Our first time staying here and definitely won't be our last! Friendly and attentive service from the staff Our Villa was lovely. Stayed there in February and had a generally positive experience. The hotel has a lot to offer, but there are also some areas for improvement.
Positives:
-Big, well-maintained territory with a beautiful garden
- Spacious kids’ club with plenty of activities
- Restaurant area for kids
- Nice variety of food at the buffet
Negatives:
- Outdated bathroom in the room (see photos) – not up to the expected 5-star standard
- Staff doesn’t greet guests in hallways
Cocktails made with non-branded alcohol, resulting in a strange taste
Overall impression: for the price paid in the low season, the stay was decent. However, I’m not sure it would be worth the higher rates charged during peak season.

When I went to this beautiful and gorgeous resort, it felt like I was in a palace. I went for a summer vacation with my family and they also said the same exact words that I’m gonna say right now.

Rooms were always clean. The restaurant was on perfect timing. We also relaxed in the Mediterranean Sea and it also has bars nearby. Same for the pool. And the Euros 2024 was going on at the time. And I had fun watching it in the auditorium. The spa was also nice. It also had a waterpark that was really fun. Everything was nice, if I went to it 1 time, then I have to go to it again.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room throughout our stay, ensuring we always returned to a fresh and comfortable environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than adequate for a luxurious experience.

The hotel grounds are simply breathtaking. The beautifully landscaped gardens, palm trees, and multiple pools create a tropical paradise that is perfect for relaxation. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and offered both lively and quiet areas, catering to all preferences. The beach, just a short walk from the property, was equally impressive, with fine sand and crystal-clear water.

Dining Experience:
One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, from international cuisine to local Turkish specialties. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Service:
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations team, particularly the young lady who assisted us during a minor misunderstanding. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to resolve the issue made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure that we felt valued and that our stay continued seamlessly.

Entertainment and Activities:
The entertainment team did an amazing job organizing shows and activities suitable for all ages. From live music to water sports and kids’ programs, there was always something fun to do. The spa and wellness center were also outstanding, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Despite the small misunderstanding we encountered, which was quickly and professionally handled, our experience at IC Hotels Green Palace was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious facilities, excellent service, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable holiday.

We are coming towards the end of our trip and it has been really good, despite the wet weather. It is a lovely place for families with young children. The kids club is very good and all the staff are really nice, specially the more older ladies who work in the food areas are just so sweet and warm! We love all the cats and it's so nice to see the staff being loving towards them too it really warmed our heart. Some of the cats are so friendly and loving! The goats are really cute and friendly too!

Overall the hotel leaves good impression. It offers delicious and varied food, a lot of nice spots and activities for children and ways to relax for adults. The rooms are a little worned out but since most of the time you are outside it doesn't really matter. The only thing that really made it difficult for us to enjoy first days was the fact that outside our windows was a stage where DJ played loud music until midnight. Fortunately, we were offered then a room on the other side of the building. So please be cautious and let the hotel know in advance if you need a quiet room.

Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay.

The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed.

Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive.

The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances.
