Super entertainment with life music every night annd variety. You don’t get bored. excellent animations. The animators are very friendly as much professional, during the day and evenings. So much fun and friendly games - our favorite game volleyball mornings and afternoon!. You have fun playing and watching. Real vacation!

Just got back from a lovely trip to this hotel. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was very good but similar most days. Pools were lovely and entertainment was very good. Someone mentioned in another review that they were the same people, if they were they disguised it very well.
Couple of things stopped it being perfect.
Cleaners room next to our room was always open and looked untidy.
Cleaning took a while, one place opposite us had choc milk splattered on it all week.
Bottles and cups were often in places from the night before, round the pool, gardens etc.
Broken glass in lifts.
Lack of understanding from some staff.
Lifeguards??? there were some but not doing much. Tended to be hard to find and didn't spot 2 people repeatedly jumping from the waterfall into a shallow pool. couldn't even find one to tell.
And the perennial people claiming sunbeds at ridiculous o'clock. So that by 9am all front ones had gone.
Oh and 10 yr olds not being made welcome to play volleyball or surfboard games in the pool.
This was very good as a holiday and is not far off perfect with a little attention to detail. The beach was nice also.

Quite a tired hotel. Rooms 3 star at best. All lifts had broken glass in them and were frequently out of use. Main water slide out of action for most of our first week. Just taped off without explanation.
Entertainment was mostly the same team dancing and miming to a different theme each night. Staff were friendly and helpful though. Beach access is good. Pools are good with plenty of space for guests to spread out, so never felt overcrowded. Food choice was OK for us but some may expect more variety. Lara Beach is a great location with several impressive hotels. I suggest you choose another one of them.

29.06.2024.-9.06.2024. Family vacation. When we arrived at the hotel (at around 6 p.m.), the staff at the reception were friendly, as were the waiters at the bar. we quickly settled in the room and then went to dinner. All in all it was nice although there are some flaws.
The water slides are really great as are the pools. There are many things for children and adults alike. The beach is clean, and the sand is very fine and pleasant for the feet. In addition to animation during the day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, there are various games in the hotel complex. And in the evening, around 9 p.m., there is first a live show and then a disco at the bar on the beach.
What they could improve is cleaning the room, and maybe even renovating some parts of the room such as the windows or changing the appearance of the room.
Also there are cats around the beach which is cute, but for those who are allergic to them maybe it's bot a good option.

I appreciate the hospitality during my recent stay at the hotel. I would like to extend my gratitude to the waiters, Sevgi and Gulbahar, for their attentive service, and special thanks to Gilbert for his outstanding assistance. However, I observed a few areas where the hotel could consider potential improvements.
Upon arrival, we encountered a technical issue with the safe box, which was a bit unexpected. Additionally, it may be beneficial for the hotel to undergo renovation and thorough cleaning. I also noticed some inconsistencies with the bathroom amenities, such as insufficient initial towel supply and irregular restocking of toiletries.
While the hotel management encourages guest feedback, I felt that some of my comments were not fully acknowledged, particularly when they were removed from the hotel's social media page. I believe that embracing all forms of feedback, whether positive or negative, is crucial for the continual improvement of the hotel's services.
Despite these observations, I must emphasize that I had a peaceful and restful holiday at the hotel. My previous visits have left me with fond memories, and I trust that the hotel will consider my input to enhance the overall guest experience.

Great hotel and location for a family holiday. The service here is impeccable the staff really go out of their way to help serve and involve the residents in all manners of activities. Rooms looking a little dated but comfortable hence the dropped star.

- The room was not good enough for 4 people, two adults and two children 9 and 15 years old. There was only one room with one double bed and two single, and no space! We asked for a bigger room and paid extra 400 euros for a bigger one with two bedrooms!!!

I went here last February and i really like it. Me and my family found the staff really friendly and the food was amazing and we really liked how each night of our stay there was a different theme in the restaurant. My only concern about this hotel was the water slides were not open for my children to play on, we found this very disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Location wasn’t great either every time u left the hotel premises you would be then forced into many shops in which you probably don’t want to go in and be almost forced to purchase items, the locals can be friendly at times but quite an annoyance when trying to stroll around the streets of Lara. My children really liked playing with some of the cats on the hotel grounds and we really liked how this hotel seemed to be cat-friendly and the cats were very playful and gentle. Also i liked that there was a kids club for my kids to stay in whilst me and my wife had time to ourselves at the beach which was also amazing and the sand glider in between my toes. The pool at the top of the complex is freezing in the winter so if u are planning on going to this hotel I would suggest going in between the months of May-September. The gym looked out on to the seafront which i found very lovely and relaxing.

Great hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful in every department. Rooms are good, we stayed in room 1429 with a great pool view. It's a big complex but easy to navigate around. Food is a good choice, sometimes not the hottest but it's fresh. Beach is clean. Plenty of sun lounges at all times.

Just arrived home last night! Wonderful place to stay, staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Drinks are sometimes a little strong. Forgot the mixers 🤣.
Food something for everyone, different selection so people who complain there's nothing for them is their choice.
Loads of sun beds and places to go in the sun. There are lots of pools to choose from and a great beach.
Heated pool by the hotel was like a warm bath great for the water aerobics although I think we laughed most of the way through it (4 friends with no coordination between us).
The spa is excellent we visited twice, staff are very professional and excellent services provided. We had Turkish bath and massage and returned for hot stones and deep tissue massage. Both were amazing, fully recommended.
The hotel is clean and in a great location.
