Ultra all inclusive: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner – Swedish table, late Breakfast, snacks and ice cream during certain hours, snack, ice cream, midnight soup, day and night, some imported and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Room service 24 hours, special alcoholic drinks are not included in the concept, hookah – for a fee.

Even areas with non smoking signs and children nearby - folk were smoking and staff didn't do anything.
Reception folk were very dismissive.
Guest relations folk though were great
24/7 buffet food might be cold.
A la carte restaurants were good.
Our room came with spider webs, rust and mold.
Had to change our room due to the cigarette smell inside it. Told our luggage will take 5-10minutes to arrive. After an hour we found it unattended next to the elevator.
The hotel has several restaurants with buffets. however the food quality is not good. The food is not always fresh, it seems that for some dishes they use prepared can. For example for the omelette in the breakfast I saw that they did not use fresh eggs, instead they were using liquid scrambled eeg mix in pocket or for example the burgers that they serve in the small restaurant next to the big pool are very basic prepared frozen ones. I could not find also a good coffee in the hotel. Furthermore, three of us got food poisoning
In summary, a great hotel with low quality food!
Lots of activities and big grounds to keep you occupied.
Lots of food and drinks stations dotted around so easily accessible. Cannot recommend it enough. Would return there at a drop of a hat! Go and see for yourself!
Would I stay here again hell yes without a doubt or second thought.
