Over 4 hours from the airport. Nobody smiles at food service. Very few speak English. WiFi is rubbish. Downstairs and outside toilets are disgusting and stink. Room wasn't cleaned. Glasses in room were filthy. Food almost identical each day and nothing was hot! Like warm if you were lucky No cold water in bathroom so had to clean teeth in hot water 😫. Little pool not clean. Definitely not 5 star

Positive: Rooms were cleaned daily, staff was pretty helpful, but they speak very bad english tho.. We got sea view room with no extra charge paid! Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5.30am. (Thankfully these awful German guests left) after a few days and there were sunbeds still available at 9am for those coming down to the pool later.

It is not 5* as they claim to be, they don't tidy or change the bed sheets. The day we got there, everything wss dirty (including the bed) and the bed was broken and the shower cut my husband's foot. This hotel is clean and you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes, on the beach they have a cantina and a bar where you can order without go back to the hotel. They have a lot of activities daily. Structures and facilities of an European 5 stars, but service lacks a bit of professionalism, and there are to many payed extras, even with the all-inclusive offer. Great place for family vacations, nonetheless.

Visited the hotel 3 years ago. I had one of my best vacations there. Variety of well-made food, regular cleaning, nice beach. In 2019 everything was excellent.

We returned yestarday. It was the best vacation, ww were there only woman, 4 adults and 2 kids. But the negative was: internet, was on order only on reception, on 4th day we bought wifi cards-at last. The food was normally, nothing special, but many people equals many kind of food. Swimming pool was only for us cause there were a few people👍. Personal was cute. We were very, very satisfied🙏❤️.

Food is beautiful , you have very big choice and it's very delicious . It has many pools , for babies , for bigger kids and for adults . Rooms are clean , there are people that clean rooms almost every day , people in the hotel are all friendly . I recommend , if you go in this hotel , you go like all inclusive .

We visited this hotel in August, 2014th with my ex-wife (Hi, Kate). So, I think that this hotel is enough comfortable in part of placement, food and service. In my memory are only positive emotions. I could recommend to visit this hotel for peolpe who wants a take quiet and economy vacation.

+: very good food (even better than the restaurants), good service, quiet area, clean rooms and staff, good aircondition. -: very bad internet (barely any internet in the rooms, only in lobby, pool area and restaurant). The food was only served for a very short time and wasnt according to the time given to us.
