The pool was brilliant and the cocktail bar was good although the tiny plastic cups were a bit of a let down and the fact that we couldn’t have cocktails all day as they stopped them when the restaurant was open but it did the job

The amusement team was the best part of the hotel loads of activities and being welcomed it felt great I got to know one of the guys called CAN i got on really well with him and had some great banter throughout our stay we are still in touch now! All in all a good trip and would recommend for a cheaper holiday

The reception were helpful we had an issue with our shower and it was fixed immediately, also the staff were great ARDA was great to chat and banter with

Really hungry as we had been delayed only option for food was a delivery reception staff ordered 2 terrible kebabs for £40! Rooms were spacious and comfortable in the 5 days we were there we didnt see a cleaner

They showed me the room next to ours and that was perfect. However on arrival they gave him a different room totally unexceptable then charged him £50 to move to the room they had showed me

We payed 2€ a day for wifi, but the quality of it was very good! Safe is also for charge 2€ a day. I was sad that they didn’t give us early breakfast so be prepared to not eat if you have an early flight home

For example only watermelon, apples and some citrus fruits. The desserts weren’t so good because the cakes were very similar to one another but it depends from the persons taste in cakes

After relaxing after a delicious lunch, we visited it and were delighted. Nice girls from Bali washed us, gave us a good massage, my friend the massage therapist appreciated it. We were pleased with the hamam

As for the excursions, we walked along the street, found out the prices, but Ali's excursion turned out to be cheaper, he visits the beach and our hotel every day

Respect to the cooks!!! We were also pleased with the drinks, this is not bad beer, wine, vodka, the boys made delicious cocktails. The room is of course simple, we got on the first floor, but everything worked

In principle, we came to the room only to wash, change clothes and relax after an active day. Every evening there was music playing in the bar, people were sitting, chatting, someone was dancing

We took an excursion to a pirate yacht for $ 15, and it was worth it, we were happy. We danced, swam, and sunbathed!! The food was very varied, tasty, every day there was something new

We arrived at about ten in the morning, but were not checked in until two in the afternoon, they explained that the hotel was fully booked. We managed to eat delicious flatbreads

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

The hotel came under new management and they are doing all they can to update and improve its image in light of the negative reviews revived previously

I got massage and Turkish bath and it was very good. Mr Kadir was very professional. The beach had so much stone but pool was good. The staff were good and friendly. We spended 4 nice days on there

So basically if it was not for food poisoning, I would just say it is decent but staff at the reception, pool bar, next to indoor pool really need to improve and act their job with some smile, better responding style

The hotel is decent, common areas look a bit dated in style, but my room was big and very ok. Location is good, opposite the beach, but next to busy road. To me the beach there was lovely

There is a patisserie and a pool bar which serves food if you want a lighter snack. As a family of 6, we were always able to find something lovely to eat. Each day there is even a slot for ice creams and ice lollies

We are currently on vacation (09/30) and couldn’t be happier with this hotel. Everything is tidy and spotless, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the food is delicious, and the staff are always friendly and helpful

Bars are located throughout the hotel, serving drinks and food all day long. The reception staff are always welcoming, ready to answer any questions and assist in every possible way

Overall, the experience was nice, but there are a few points worth mentioning. The food was generally the same every day, except for one evening when they had a special selection including seafood, sushi, kebab, and more

We regularly eat out and we have been impressed with the range and quality of food on offer. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect

Really beautiful view from the balcony! Room is far from the hotel Disco so the noise was not too much disturbing and the disco isn’t every day. It also facing to the road so traffic noise exist

For me it was ok as this noise is everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and good condition. Maybe it can be better but really nice and I like it. Also good for children(lots of families here)

The shop at the entrance of the hotel also nice and has good prices. It is not obviously for such touristic location! Wi-Fi is not free

Price quality ratio is really good, friendly staff, clean and new rooms, food is good, you can order cocktails (incl in ur stay) from morning till evening. Loved it here and might come back next summer

We rested in a large company, 6 adults and 2 children. The food is very well, just very good. Rooms were cleaned daily with flowers and swans. We settled in immediately upon arrival

I enjoyed my vacation at the kirbiyik resort. It is a nice resort with two swimming Pools and a nice quit private beach. The people who work thee are nice and helpful. The food is really good and varied

The sea is beautiful and the beach well maintained. The Hotel offers a bright variety of activities and although some of the guests are a little older, there are a lot of opportunities for the kids and younger visitors

Second thing, for me personally i was sad that there was no possibility to order shisha in the hotel, would have been great with the great view, this point is strictly a personal opinion, apparantly there was the possibility for shisha last season, but it got forbidden this season

Cons: main pool is a bit cold (october); meal menu is always the same; a-la-carte restaurant is barely available (if you don't instantly ask about it at the reception when you arrive, you can forget about getting the service); paid services are provided without a receipt; every time you order the same signature cocktail you'll get something you didn't expect - could be better or could be much worse...

2 nice pools, always a wide choice of food at the buffet (the same reliable options every day aswell as different new things every day), the spa (for an extra price) was also one of the best ones I've been to but also the cheapest one! The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice view of the mountains, the neighbourhood and the sea

The only big downside is the little shops/salons inside the resort that have workers that harras you to buy product/services from them every time you walk past them to the pool

(And is about 30 minutes away by transfer/taxi) But if you are looking for an all-in resort experience on a tighter budget that is still fun, clean and relaxing I would highly recommend choosing hotel Michell as the good definitely outways the bad here

They are very abrasive and even offensive at times (saying your hair/eyebrows look bad and need their services), this really takes away from the luxury and relaxing vibe when you dread seeing them

The city of Alanya is also a sad sight, completely ruined by resort tourism sadly

The food was moderately varied, providing enough options without being overly exciting. However, a significant drawback was the prevalence of smoking throughout the hotel, especially by the pool

We particularly enjoyed the lush green surroundings, which added to the relaxing vibe, and the very close proximity to the beach was incredibly convenient

The staff were consistently very nice and helpful, which significantly contributed to a positive experience. Our rooms, while of average standard, were quite spacious, offering ample room to move around

There were no designated smoking or non-smoking areas, and people smoked everywhere without much consideration for others. This made the hotel feel unfriendly for children in this regard

Finally, the lack of a drink menu was noticeable, with the barmen seemingly having complete discretion over what "drinks" they served

Overall, Club Titan Hotel has its strengths, particularly its cleanliness, green surroundings, and excellent staff

So still out of their control and they’ve still done their best for their hotel guests!! Highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to visit Turkey, I’d happily come to this hotel again as our experience has been amazing! From Owen & Abi👏

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

*Location* The previous reviews are correct, the hotel is set in the mountains which offers an amazing view and view of the sea but at that cost there are steps and hills to get everywhere - some are quite steep

This was the same in the evenings. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

Takes care of you; - main facilities like: resort, private beach, bar, restaurant, pools; - food is fresh all the time, large variety and tasty; - no mosquito or other insects inside of the resort

As a hotel it is one of the rare hotels in Alanya that is located right on the sea in a beautiful location, I can say that I have been there a few times, the grounds are very large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and very good, the rooms are very good and very clean, they keep the standards at a high level, customer satisfaction is very good, there are many options for food, it appeals to...

Staff is amazing, all of them, doing their best to satisfy you. Food is so delicious and varied. 3 pools around the property, 2 tennis courts, free parking, excellent wifi all over the place

Location is perfect: right in front of the beach and only 10 minutes to town. Food is exceptional good: different recipes for every lunch and dinner

We had a birthday during our stay and we got a bottle of champagne and a cake thanks guest relation for that. We will definitely come next time

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel

Hotel on the hill with an elevator to the beach! 🤩 If someone wants to experience something special, interesting and completely relaxed, this is the hotel for them

It is a special and unusual feeling to reach the beach by elevator, and if you get thirsty and hungry, there is a restaurant and a bar. Sunbeds are available to everyone

And as an additional plus, the room has a minibar, coffee and a safe. At first I was surprised that there wasn't much choice in the restaurant, but that's not the case. Very tasty food, varied and something for everyone

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

One of the best Hotels in Alanya. The best one from Tosmur region. Great place for families and young couples. We stayed there for 2 weeks and we had no problems, great staff, great food. Strongly recomand. 👍

Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian

Pool is also fine, but make sure you get up at 7am to take sunbed because there are not enough for all guests

Had a really good time staff were really helpful broke a tooth and was picked up by a dentist in 5 minutes, offer free transfers to a lot of places and are helpful with any needs. Location is lovely right in the beach

Very nice hotel with great service! The food is very good and traditional but also for every taste! Many appreciations to the animation theme for making every night a fun one!!

Only small issue at beach beds umbrella and drinks are paid and sometimes wait for a bed at the pool. About 10-15 min by bus to the center, costs 70 cents

is pure peace! The sea is crystal clear, the beach is calm and comfy. Lying on the sunbed while listening to the waves is just perfect. The staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is so welcoming

The public areas were always being cleaned and tidied up. There was enough choice in terms of food. With a tunnel directly from the pool you were already on the beach

Initially, we were extremely disappointed with the food and the reception staff. I flew to Turkey to enjoy Turkish food, not eat "German food" almost every day for two weeks. This was not good for our stomachs at all

After we complained about this, they told us that they couldn't change it because no other bed was available. (Pictures are included below). So we had to find a solution for our baby on our own

The room was equipped with a travel cot, which was completely dirty and broken. When we complained about this, hours later, they brought us another travel cot, which was also completely broken

The food left me flatulent for three days, with vomiting and diarrhea. After we ate only outside as a family, we felt better. We had booked a family room (two adults and a baby)

We booked hammam in the hotel. Massages were wonderful (masseuses Ayu and Era). Beach is clean with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Hotel is offering free bus to the city center

Beach bar is great, rooftop bar is great for sunset. Wasn't sure what to expect as half the reviews seem fake but is a genuinely good all-inclusive hotel for the money

The Beach bar at lunch time was much nicer and better quality. We also really enjoyed the food from the snack bar/ ice creams

Excellent service from start to finish. They did nit rush took their time and gave us a great service. The 2 hour service is worth the money as you will get all the things you need. It's all well worth the time and money

All inclusive hotel drinks are not all inclusive best drinks cost extra Air-conditioning in rooms is heating only because it's winter season

The only let downs were the lack of seating in the evening (perhaps due to the winter?) and there was not enough space to sit for meals on occasion so we had to wander around looking for space

The musical events have been organized in the bar of the hotel, where everyone could take a part. In the cellar floor there is a nice SPA center, where one can get a quality massage

Occasionally, we added a bit of salt or sugar to taste, but overall, we found the food enjoyable and filling. We didn’t make use of the children’s buffet or the beach bar’s offerings

Pool & Sunbeds: Unfortunately, the typical “sunbed wars” were an issue here

Some staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to seat us together regardless of the time, but others seemed visibly annoyed or ignored us altogether

The beach bar offers soft drinks, beer, and some light lunch options, which was a great touch

Food & Restaurant Service: The restaurant was a highlight, with a great selection of food that suited everyone in our group—including the fussy eaters! However, we did run into some frustrations as a larger group

On one occasion, a waiter didn’t clear our table or even acknowledge us, which was disappointing and felt out of place considering the rest of the staff were generally very polite and attentive

No issues with cleanliness at all, and any problems we did have (such as a faulty room lock) were quickly resolved by the staff. The in-room safe was available at a small charge (€1

Room size didn't bother us because we only used our room to basically shower and sleep and we had a nice balcony that was partly facing the sea so even better

The hotel feels very luxurious and actually has pretty good food i liked the shower and toilet the view isn’t anything special but if you pay more you will get the rooms with the better view

Ibrahim very helpful man, cares about guests and is there to help at any time with a smile on his face. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend this hotel, it’s hard to complain about anything 😊

A good safety feature was the tunnel that went directly to the beach from the pool area, because the traffic is a bit crazy
