Visited the hotel 3 years ago. I had one of my best vacations there. Variety of well-made food, regular cleaning, nice beach. In 2019 everything was excellent.
We returned yestarday. It was the best vacation, ww were there only woman, 4 adults and 2 kids. But the negative was: internet, was on order only on reception, on 4th day we bought wifi cards-at last. The food was normally, nothing special, but many people equals many kind of food. Swimming pool was only for us cause there were a few people👍. Personal was cute. We were very, very satisfied🙏❤️.
Food is beautiful , you have very big choice and it's very delicious . It has many pools , for babies , for bigger kids and for adults . Rooms are clean , there are people that clean rooms almost every day , people in the hotel are all friendly . I recommend , if you go in this hotel , you go like all inclusive .
Nice Hotel on the Riviera of Alanya. Very nice and clearly Water and wunderful Beach. The hotel hafe a little Aquapark Two Swimmingpools and Softanimation but the Meals was not ok. Not fresh enough

Booked through Airbnb but the hotel name was not mentioned in the app. Stayed at a family room. Clean, spacious and had a glimpse of the sea from our unit. Service however was not that good. The AC in the living room was okay but not in the bedroom. Upon complaint the receptionist told us a technician would be arriving in a couple of hours. None arrived until we left. Great place to stay. We managed to get an entire 1 bedroom unit, literally a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living room. Balcony and WASHER included. Yes we did laundry which isn't that common while on holiday. Great staff and very friendly. Wonderful breakfast. Only steps from the beach. It isn't in downtown Alanya but a quick drive gets you there. There's a migros in the area...
It’s very good value for money hotel one down side was the food. The location is bit far away from town and restaurants due to this would make more sense if they add half-board or all inclusive with extra cost.
Everything about room was good enough and clean. AC had no problem for the entire holiday (one week). Very big rooms. Good conditioners and clean. Friendly and professional staff. Easy access to the beach and supermarket. Very good transfer with reasonable price. Sometimes, on the night shift, the receptionist speaks only turkish. Menu in the restaurant is not exceptional but nice and tasty. Usually only 4 hot dishes and soup.
I stayed in this hotel with my family for a week in February 2023. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and wonderful handling. this hotel will be the perfect choice for that. Nice average hotel when you don't want to pay a lot of money for a luxury hotel, As an unpretentious person, it was enough, small cozy rooms and food was excellent, Every evening there was a program and a good pool table, It was close to the beach via the underpass, There are very good markets and bazaars behind the hotel. The negative thing is that at the reception they ask 20€ per week for wifi.

It was great weekend as always. I have been guest of this hotel since 1989 and there still same people working as staff. Can you believe it. It’s like a second home for us. We are not the only people coming back for 35 years. I know lots of German families doing same thing. Thank you guys for making aş so happy every single time.
Nice and clean hotel ,,near to the beach,, unfortunately no WiFi in the Rooms. The food was good but not so many Main dishes in the lunch and dinner( 2 or 3 ). We love the animation show was great. The Gym was bad and the lady who works there was really rude . The stuff can't speak English

Everything in this hotel was amazing, the service was fantastic! The food was fascinating! And the room was also really nice! But I wanted to say, the bands they put on the arm was actually pretty annoying and I couldn’t sleep comfortably with it on. I recommend trying something else instead of the bands, perhaps a card or an app would be way more comfortable and nice instead of those bands!

Good hotel, not 5 stars actually, but a very good 3-star hotel in Alayna, Turkey. Food is not so good, but it was not a bid deal for us during our vacation.
It is not 5* as they claim to be, they don't tidy or change the bed sheets. The day we got there, everything wss dirty (including the bed) and the bed was broken and the shower cut my husband's foot. This hotel is clean and you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes, on the beach they have a cantina and a bar where you can order without go back to the hotel. They have a lot of activities daily.
