Central location, great view from the rooms. The Manavgat river is almost in your room. The ambiance is nice. It is a family hotel with very good service, staff attention, cleanliness and breakfast.

It is centrally located and the view is very nice. The breakfast was also good in this view. The content of breakfast is considered medium. Price is mid-range but rooms are empty, could have had a few coffees and kettles

The view is very nice, although it is a 2-star hotel, it has a better view than most hotels. I ate breakfast at a sufficient level, only water is offered in the mini bar.

When we arrived late at night with no reservation the hotel was full but the kind reception staff had a word with the manager who very kindly agreed to us having his private suite

We have just spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean with a good atmosphere and smells really good

Rooms: Very nice, all clean, as pretty much the same as you see in their pictures. Spa: FYI, Unfortunately was closed for this time of the year. We wanted to relax more after the long day but did not realize about this

I love the pool with the water slide.

Staff is friendly. Owner is around and helpful. Rooms are not small and balcony's are big. It's a little bit far from the old town. 3 swimming pools not big but good maintained. Nice process for beverages and food.

Every day there were activities and music at the hotel pool area, and there was a wide variety of food — breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus snacks and drinks. The transportation to the beach and clubs also worked well

Was a nice hotel for the price when we came the food wasn’t very good but there are plenty of places to eat near by the beach was about a 10 min walk or they offered a shuttle there the room s where cleaned but not the greatest we met a rep there called Yunus who I am still in contact with now and it’s been over a year I have used him again when I went to a different hotel in September 2024 and again...

The only thing which was disappointing was the energy kept going off which restricted up being able to get a drink when wanted. Other than that was a nice holiday met some lovly people

Went to side legend for 5 nights. Beds was comfy cleaned rooms every day. Could be better but I managed to find something to keep me going. Good selection of drinks and juices

The manager is a great guy and when you have a problem so you go, talk to him and he will solve it! In the room we had everything that we needed, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, tv, air conditioning and so much more + the room was clean (the clean lady is cleaning everyday!) Everyone here are super friendly and will help you with everything! We also had great food and drinks that were totally worth it...

Lovely small hotel. Large rooms. Very clean. Good location. Close to the beach and to Side Old Town I would thoroughly recommend it.

The next day after breakfast I asked if a hairdryer was available. , I was asked to see the Manager and when I went to see him one was there waiting for me. All my holiday nothing was too much trouble

I was welcomed with a lovely smile at 2. My bag was carried to my room. I was shown how to use the tv and air conditioning. I was given the time for breakfast and asked if I was ok

The hotel bar is relatively affordable, offering beers such as Efes, a range of spirits/cocktails, local wines, and ice creams/pool-side snacks. They allow you to open a tab and pay at your convenience

We had a lovely time at the Semoris hotel Side. You can walk to the beach aprox 10 mins, however free bus, three times a day to the beach. This is great as lots beach bars and free sun loungers

Burak who runs it helped us book days out, stayed up till later to make sure our taxi came to take us to the airport, incase there was a problem he was there to help and just overall made the holiday a great experience

Me and my son stayed here for a week this was an amazing experience. The hole team are very friendly and go above and beyond to help wherever they can

I had a lovely stay at the Semoris! The hotel is family run and you feel right at home. The hotel is in a fantastic location - close to lively bars, restaurants, banks, affordable convenience stores, and the beach

The food was very nice with excellent table service, my room was clean on schedule and whenever I needed any sort of help burak and it's team have always been there for us. All the best and see you soon again

We had a great holiday, the staff are very caring, the rooms are very big and comfortable, the pool is very good, the children had a lot of fun on the slide, it is centrally located and it is possible to find everything around, there is a service to the sea, but I recommend it to everyone within walking distance

The staff was friendly and helpful. A good pool for the kids with a waterslide. Easy access to town center and aswell as the beach on only 10 minutes walk. Resturants and shops just outside the door

I like the slides and the pool, the people that work here and the nice city with stores and nice resturants that got lots of nice foode and the jdjdjdosnsjdlbdjdbdiddkdnkdhudonvdobdjdbvdondybldheldbdkn

Very nice hotel! Staff are lovely and always ready to help. Would highly recommend to anyone! They also have an amazing Restaurant right next to the hotel and the food there is also very yummy

If you want calm, then you need to take the hotel bus for 5 minutes, and if you like jumping on the waves, then walk for about 15 minutes. In general, we had a great rest. It fully justifies its 3 stars

The beach itself is very dirty, there are a lot of gobies (well, the guilt of the people is the pigs who throw them). It would be possible to install a couple of trash bins. Would we come here again? Perhaps yes

5am Call To Morning prayers woke us up (not bothered coz early birds anyway) so went for a wander which is AMAZING! there is so much there (will get to that later). Got back to the hotel at 7:15am

We have been to amazing hotel the best hospitality group I have ever had thanks to Kenton workers and specially F&B team and the bar manager Nebi which is brilliant boy.

The animation team have been phenomenal- Laila has been greay with all guests, interacting with everyone, always happy fun and energetic, leaving you wanting more

Tugce has been adopted by my 6 year old, for her kindness, happiness, friendly manner and always open arms ! Thank you all for making our holiday a truly fantastic experience

They have a great cook at the hotel as well, we tried eating at other places, but found out this was the best place to eat, amazing!!! I would recomand the plank steak, and tournado bernaise

Nice place, clean, near every thing, not far from the beach and shopping area and a nice owner Berk who speaks very good english. There are single rooms and appartaments.

Food is traditional Turkish and so far everything is delicious. Do not listen to petty comments - I’ve paid very little for this and I’ve received excellent service from the minute I arrived

Solo woman traveller and hotel have helped me with everything so far. Reception greet you and carry your luggage. Rooms are outdated but they are clean and the bed is very comfortable

The 05:45 call to prayer each morning took some getting used to & no hot water in a morning which was never sorted despite asking several times, evening showers were no problem

Food was ok, as a vegetarian there was always salad & vegetables. Overall, a basic hotel, good base to travel around, clean with friendly, helpful staff
