When we arrived late at night with no reservation the hotel was full but the kind reception staff had a word with the manager who very kindly agreed to us having his private suite

We really loved the suite and the whole place oozes a fantastic atmosphere. Lovely comfy beds and well equipped rooms. The staff were very welcoming and overall good and ( Gazi ) very very good I'll come again goodbye

We have just spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean with a good atmosphere and smells really good

So no experience really with this feature but something important to consider if that is one of your reasons to choose the hotel. Not a big deal for us that day. Service: Reception was very kind and informative

Rooms: Very nice, all clean, as pretty much the same as you see in their pictures. Spa: FYI, Unfortunately was closed for this time of the year. We wanted to relax more after the long day but did not realize about this

Central location, great view from the rooms. The Manavgat river is almost in your room. The ambiance is nice. It is a family hotel with very good service, staff attention, cleanliness and breakfast.

It is centrally located and the view is very nice. The breakfast was also good in this view. The content of breakfast is considered medium. Price is mid-range but rooms are empty, could have had a few coffees and kettles

The one I discovered this year, which is usually preferred by marketers like me. One of the hotels where I stay 1-2 nights every two weeks. Staff are really friendly and helpful

The view is very nice, although it is a 2-star hotel, it has a better view than most hotels. I ate breakfast at a sufficient level, only water is offered in the mini bar.

Staff is friendly. Owner is around and helpful. Rooms are not small and balcony's are big. It's a little bit far from the old town. 3 swimming pools not big but good maintained. Nice process for beverages and food.

The manager is a great guy and when you have a problem so you go, talk to him and he will solve it! In the room we had everything that we needed, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, tv, air conditioning and so much more + the room was clean (the clean lady is cleaning everyday!) Everyone here are super friendly and will help you with everything! We also had great food and drinks that were totally worth it...

Lovely small hotel. Large rooms. Very clean. Good location. Close to the beach and to Side Old Town I would thoroughly recommend it.

I don’t agree with half of the reviews that are written here. We had such a nice stay in this hotel

The next day after breakfast I asked if a hairdryer was available. , I was asked to see the Manager and when I went to see him one was there waiting for me. All my holiday nothing was too much trouble

I was welcomed with a lovely smile at 2. My bag was carried to my room. I was shown how to use the tv and air conditioning. I was given the time for breakfast and asked if I was ok

The breakfast includes a basic Turkish breakfast, and tea/coffee/bread at no additional cost. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning these items were at an additional cost – but this didn’t appear to be true during my stay

I had a lovely stay at the Semoris! The hotel is family run and you feel right at home. The hotel is in a fantastic location - close to lively bars, restaurants, banks, affordable convenience stores, and the beach

A huge perk of the Semoris is the free beach club. They have an affiliation with Sea Side Beach Club (a private beach spot with bar/restaurant and comfy sunbeds). Semoris offer free entrance to all who stay

The hotel bar is relatively affordable, offering beers such as Efes, a range of spirits/cocktails, local wines, and ice creams/pool-side snacks. They allow you to open a tab and pay at your convenience

There doesn’t seem to be an option to customize breakfast (it arrives as one set menu) – although I admit I didn’t ask to customize. But this didn’t bother me as it was inclusive and did the job

The pool side area is chilled, clean, and a sun-trap! I never struggled to get a sunbed, despite the hotel being fully booked up. The slide is super fun for children and adults alike

The pool is beautiful. Problems are taken care of. Bird's eye view to the sea 600 m. 1.5 km on foot. Since I was a child, I went by car, but the road is very, very bad, but short. the beach is really beautiful

We arrived late at night and were looking for a place to sleep. We found Papaya Apart Otel nice and almost clean with reasonable price.

If you want calm, then you need to take the hotel bus for 5 minutes, and if you like jumping on the waves, then walk for about 15 minutes. In general, we had a great rest. It fully justifies its 3 stars

The food is monotonous, but everything is delicious, a lot of vegetables, fruits, watermelon, grapes, apples, oranges. Well, in general, we were not hungry. And what a gorgeous sea, warm, clean, sand

Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioner, TV. The beach is shared with the Joker hotel, it was not very convenient. When they brought us at 9:00, all the sun loungers were already practically occupied

The beach itself is very dirty, there are a lot of gobies (well, the guilt of the people is the pigs who throw them). It would be possible to install a couple of trash bins. Would we come here again? Perhaps yes

The staff were very friendly. Arslan, the hotel manager, is a legend. Our suitcase was lost and found our suitcase in a few hours. We love you Arslan, you are mine Superman.....

Basic hotel but all very clean, I'm a fussy eater but the food was lovely and all fresh. Pool was fab and the staff are all friendly. lovely relaxing holiday!! Plenty of bars near by if you want a later night

The hotel is/was lovely and staff amazing/funny & interacting with all guests. Some tweeking and this would be an amazing little get-away. This lil hotel is a 2min walk from SKYS & THE FLYING HORSE

5am Call To Morning prayers woke us up (not bothered coz early birds anyway) so went for a wander which is AMAZING! there is so much there (will get to that later). Got back to the hotel at 7:15am

99% Food and drinks good Communication in English and others, difficult but possibly through Google translate. Leaded by Lena and Özil doing great job as we learned from our 3 kids

Bathroom condition is very bad. The flush doesnt work properly and they dont clean it properly. There is no fridge in the room. It is noisy, you can hear people outside the room so loudly

Overall it is just very dissappointing It is one of the dirties hotel we ever stayed in

This is a great hotel if you want a bit of quiet and relaxing and good service👍! Me and my two kids (17y ,and 11y) was there for two weeks, and we would defently go back

They have a great cook at the hotel as well, we tried eating at other places, but found out this was the best place to eat, amazing!!! I would recomand the plank steak, and tournado bernaise
