I like the hotel, animators are the best ones, especially I’d like to thanks Fatih… he has so energy that did what I have never done before! I will come back just because of him!

It is cleaned and maintained in every corner. The food is delicious and there is possible to select different taste. There are lot of spacious place for relax. The beach is with sand, and sea water is crystal clear

The staff in general was very welcoming, the food is very delicious and I think Alarcha is somewhere I would like to come back again and have a vacation

Sand shoes might be needed depend on person. Service staff is very profesional and always ready for serving you

I would like to praise the local wellness. Willing staff, especially the receptionist, who will advise on the range of services. I chose a discounted package of relaxation massages. Masseuse Nustri from Bali is amazing

It is very pleasant to eat surrounded by palm trees and admire the sea! Remoteness from big cities is a huge plus of the hotel. In general, a wonderful vacation for little money

All the imperfections of the hotel were covered by the first line and the extraordinary cleanliness of the sea and the gentle sun

Fruits are always moderately sweet watermelons, melons, delicious Golden and Gala apples. A huge assortment of both fresh vegetables and salad variations, greens. Olives, olives, cheeses, in a large assortment

There are no special delicacies from food, but no one will remain hungry, there is always chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and fish every day. Large selection of side dishes from rice, potatoes, beans, to pasta

I liked the hammam, the golden hands of the masseurs. Volleyball on the beach, thanks to the animator Timur, made it possible to brighten up the rest. The nearby cemetery did not bother me

The owners save on everything. The food is monotonous, but tasty. The staff is very hardworking, welcoming, friendly. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every three days

No queues at the bar & they all knew our drinks orders before ordering. Likewise the main restaurant were so helpful as we had a lady on a scooter they even helped her taking food back to our table

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. The building is speaking for itself, they did a great job on the architectural aspect. Overall great hotel for couples

They offer a big varirty of drinks alcoholic & nonalcoholic. They have one inside of the facility, right next to the pool and at the beach. Beach bar doesn’t offer alcoholic drinks though

The photographers were great and non invasive. AMAZING HOTEL I can’t believe that there aren’t more English guests here but that didn’t bother us at all. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY

For example, if it’s a Mexican night then you will get to see a variety of mexican food in the dinner and they will present a show about Mexico after the dinner

Behind the pools there is a bar with burgers, fries and much more. The restaurant is very nice and the dishes are delicious. The hotel is spread over a couple of buildings protected by security guards

You may not want to leave Aqua Park, your head may freeze from slipping. The entertainment group was incredibly friendly. I am totally sure that the moment they catch you alone, they will drag you to the fun ahahaha

Once you accept additional costs for instance no WiFi without cost, 1 week is 30 euro for 2 devices. Also need to remember who these package holidays are catered for. We did have a lot of fun and it’s super kid friendly

This hotel is amazing, there is so much to do because of the amazing entertainment team, they work so hard, special shout out to Onur the manager, Ozzy, Melike and Melisa, we especially loved archery with Malik he is so helpful and friendly

The hotel's restaurants were exceptional, serving fresh, delicious cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the Ocean restaurant. As guests of the family section, we had exclusive access to the family pools and sun lounging area

The single bed room featured a TV, a bedside table, a set of large drawers, and a minibar. The enormous bathroom was a luxurious retreat with a vanity area and a large walk-in shower

Our kids had a blast with the mini-golf, trampolines, tennis, archery, basketball, and the kids' club. The meticulously maintained gardens created a serene and peaceful atmosphere

I also recommend to try hammam and relaxing massage in spa very first day of your stay, you will feel renewed and relaxed!

We are here for the second time this year and we love every minute of our break in this hotel! The animation team is so nice and helpful and we are all having a lot of fun with them! Games all day if you like, great shows, mini Disco and Entertainment in the evening! The DJ is very good! We haven‘t had one boring minute! Everywhere is clean! We will be back next year:)

This place is out of this world. Fantastic location right on the beach, expansive grounds with well thought-out layout. Buildings are a maximum of two stories high. Great restaurants, lovely bars, shows and live music

We have just spent 10 amazing days here. We came here 2 years ago and as soon as we left, we knew we were going to book again as it was the perfect holiday. The staff are amazing and are always dedicated to help

I visited Paloma Finesse Side last week with my family and it was the best! The food is so delicious and the aesthetic of the hotel is so beautiful! Mr Talha was very helpful and kind when it came to recommending places to visit around Antalya

The food both at the buffet and the sit-down restaurants has been excellent (especially the latter) and the drinks selection is great. Some of the entertainment shows and live bands have been really outstanding

The only slight downside so far has been the activities - while there are a good selection of free things to do it’s not super clear what is running and when

The service was top-notch, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The variety of dining options was a highlight, offering delicious meals every day

Cons: not helpful staff, old towels, paid Wi-Fi, few evening events, a sea of small pebbles + sand. Very many Turks and Europeans. In General, the hotel is good

Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:). Absolutely requires renovation very soon

However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)

Also, the gym was fantastic and provides a good environment for serious gym heads and body builders alike. The beach is also in close proximity and has all inclusive (free) drink and food service right on the shore

This all inclusive resort caters for everyone. The massage centre, food and the general ambience was great. The staff were very serviable. The staff were funny and very helpful

The view of the sea was amazing. The fact you could also walk to the beach and have your own private section was amazing with one of the best kitted out beaches I have ever been to with snack shacks, a bar and restaurant

A very pleasant stay as the location itself was amazing, 3/4 min drive from beach and the ancient city. Shopping was nearby too and restaurants. Would recommend this place and would come again

There were nice beach, but unfortunately during our stay there was always full and we had a problem to find free place. Sea was clean and had good temperature

We spent a wonderful week at tĥe hotel between 17 and 24 September 2024. We were completely satisfied with their service. The rooms were clean,the garden was tidy, the food was varied and delicious

The offer of food and drinks were always wide and I think everybody found what was needed. Hotel is children friendly, there were a lot of activities for them. We can recommend the stay there

I thought the evening programs were a great idea. We wanted to ask each of the 3 ladies for a bag with the hotel s logo as a souvenir, but unfortunately it was not passible until we left

It is an exquisite place where you can stay with your family or individually, where everything is just perfect after you check in to the hotel, newly renovated, a very clean environment that hosts the flavors of the gastronomy city Gaziantep, as well as friendly staff

A huge plus that there is Wi-fi throughout the hotel! It catches well even in the room. This was a pleasant surprise, as many hotels charge Wi-Fi. The rooms are freshly renovated, comfortable, have everything you need

Perhaps only a kettle was not enough, but you can order tea in the room :) The hotel has a pool, it is cleaned every day! We had a great rest, the atmosphere in the hotel is conducive to a calm, measured rest

There is a free shuttle to the beach every morning at 10:00. The beach is good, the coast is sandy, there are always free sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel has good hearty and delicious breakfasts

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

Couldn’t have hoped for a better holiday experience - amazing infrastructure, everything is clean, well maintained and well designed, very well thought through to make sure they cater to everyone’s needs and preferences

The regular buses just outside of the hotel (as well as taxis) also meant it was incredibly convenient to get around and visit the main nearby places (Side old town, Manavgat Bazaar etc)

This is the first time we stay at Voyage Sorgun with my family and we are happy to be here. Night shows are exceptional, drinks are high quality with great variety, entertainment for kids broad and fulfilling

I have just returned from a week here and can't rate it highly enough. I was with my wife, my elder son and his wife and two young children and my other son. So 5 adults, a 4 year old and an 8 month old

We had a point of contact on a WhatsApp group and everything we requested - extra coffees/tea for the room, a child seat for the toilet, a baby bath, for example was acknowledged immediately, and delivered within minutes

The food was delicious in the main restaurant. A lot of vegetables, grilled fish, sushi, Turkish sweets. But! During our 8 days of vacation, we never saw seafood. We could only try it in a la carte restaurants

The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive, they are very invested in ensuring you enjoy your time and nothing is too much trouble! When you arrive you are added to a WhatsApp group with a hotel assistant who is on hand to answer any questions or help with any issues during your stay

The kids club was much enjoyed by the 4 year old, as was the mini funfair. The food was superb, we ate in the main restaurant for breakfast and evening and used the other restaurants or the main one for lunches

Locally, there are plenty of supermarkets, cheaper type food places, Kebab shops and the requisit "British style" bars with the usual types watching football and eating Sunday roasts

There's a lot of context in this review on why it deserves the 5 stars. We arrived very late (2am) and were very tired. We knew we had to pay for aircondition/wifi/safe separate but didn't realise it was cash only

 They told us we could pay the next day but luckily we'd withdrawn lira at the airport. Despite knowing about the air con it does sour the checking in process having to spend a chunk of money on arrival

Totally quiet afterwards! - great location with dolmus buses going into the old town but also directly to Nova Mall and also to Manavgat. - The pool was ALWAYS clean, even at the end of the day

- The hotel transfer bus goes to a lovely clean sandy beach which has drinks service. - Lots of cats to cuddle! None jumped up on the tables. - If I had a choice I would not eat breakfast here

Lots of discarded pool inflatables  you can use that are left by previous guests. We don't reserve Sun beds but we were always able to get one even if we arrived back at the hotel at 3pm

We stayed 7 days at this hotel and it was a great value of money. The sea room view was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful, always there to help with anything! Fish, lamb and beef every single day

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

Lastly, we missed 2 days of our vacation because of gastrointestinal problems (one in the hospital due to the severe dehydration), which, unfortunately, is common in Turkey. So make sure you have your travel insurance

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

Rested in January 2017, unfortunately were disappointed with the hotel as it did not work and poor service, we had all inclusive, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner food was very little, maybe it was not the season, a large number of Germans, which serve much better than Russian, nice beach, nearby the hunger of side and Manavgat can be reached by bus and walk!

Lovely hotel! Cons were noted, except not very sanitized area around the hotel. But it is possible to close eyes due to the fact that the hotel was built not so long ago - in 2015. Food, service, service on all levels.

Rooms are nice, but we had very bad view - some field with agriculture :( and we piad All ultra inclusive. Still this is good value for money hotel because food is great and you can eat and drink all day

It is rated as 5 * hotel but still I think it is not 5*. The hotel is not on the beach and you need to cross the main road and walk around 300 m to reach the beach

We had our entrance on the second day of the holiday, I lived in Antalya for 2 years, I went to so many hotels, I have never seen such a good service, all the staff were great, the food was amazing, especially in this period, the hygiene was extraordinary, don't worry, you have the opportunity to eat every hour, the toys for the children in the rooms really impressed me

Our holiday, which started with the friendly welcome and interest of Ms. Eda at the reception, was magnificent. The staff working at every point were polite, courteous and smiling. You won't be plsman if you come too

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff,immaculate, great food choices,lovely large rooms, pool side room was a bonus ,but make sure you're not on the kids pool side, alot busier there, if you prefer a quieter holiday

The beach club restaurant is great the food is freshly made to order. I would recommend this hotel to anyone family's couples or lone travellers. The only down side is that it is a bit on its own

We rested from 4 to 11 September 2017. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, immediately settled in and fed. We drove from the airport, about 1. The hotel is new and modern, built according to the smart home system

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

The rooms are equipped with silent air conditioners, there is a mini-bar, which is updated every day. The only negative hotel is located very close to 2 other hotels (the area is new, all hotels are close-close)

Everything was great the staff is very friendly. Reccomend it! Very cleaning animation team is so good foot is sweet and very good thank you for everyone

The only other pools I can remember is the one at the bottom of the waterslides which is very shallow, small and usually packed since the waterslides are only open for 1-2 hours at a time twice a day

On the last day, my sister and I went around this hotel and found 3 different restaurants that were not being used, another cafe, a club, a game room and bar also not in use. That was another downside to this hotel
