It is very pleasant to eat surrounded by palm trees and admire the sea! Remoteness from big cities is a huge plus of the hotel. In general, a wonderful vacation for little money

All the imperfections of the hotel were covered by the first line and the extraordinary cleanliness of the sea and the gentle sun

Good animation and sea, but bad food and rooms

Fruits are always moderately sweet watermelons, melons, delicious Golden and Gala apples. A huge assortment of both fresh vegetables and salad variations, greens. Olives, olives, cheeses, in a large assortment

There are no special delicacies from food, but no one will remain hungry, there is always chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and fish every day. Large selection of side dishes from rice, potatoes, beans, to pasta

I liked the hammam, the golden hands of the masseurs. Volleyball on the beach, thanks to the animator Timur, made it possible to brighten up the rest. The nearby cemetery did not bother me

It is cleaned and maintained in every corner. The food is delicious and there is possible to select different taste. There are lot of spacious place for relax. The beach is with sand, and sea water is crystal clear

There is plaground for kids, nights show and waterpark for entertainment, also during the day other activities. Highly recommend for families :) Thanks Prime Travel Kosovo, for trip organizing

The staff in general was very welcoming, the food is very delicious and I think Alarcha is somewhere I would like to come back again and have a vacation

Sand shoes might be needed depend on person. Service staff is very profesional and always ready for serving you

I would like to praise the local wellness. Willing staff, especially the receptionist, who will advise on the range of services. I chose a discounted package of relaxation massages. Masseuse Nustri from Bali is amazing

They offer a big varirty of drinks alcoholic & nonalcoholic. They have one inside of the facility, right next to the pool and at the beach. Beach bar doesn’t offer alcoholic drinks though

We went for our honeymoon but they didn’t do anything special even though it said in the website I bought. I wouldn’t go for honeymoon but for holiday it’s a nice hotel. Good food, nice pool, nice bar

It is made of sand but as soon as you enter the sea you realize that the sand are gone now you are stepping on a rock

sun beds do get taken earlier than the 7. 30 time slot ,but was 6 of us and at 8am could still get some. if not there is some but waterside that open at 10. Honestly was brilliant holiday and was a shame to come home

Entertainment was plentiful ,lots of facilities! The spa was soooo good, highly recommend the turkish package, me and my 13 year old son had it and wow. again staff were lovely in there too! Waterside were cool

I would especially like to note the excellent work of the animators, especially the volleyball player Emil. I recommend this hotel to everyone for a vacation and don't forget about sports!

Had such an amazing stay here at pegasus world. The staff were soooo friendly from the beginning to the end. Lovely hotel, clean rooms, lovely cleaning staff, clean pool and well maintained

But very impressed with all the courses. Sitting alone on the beach in that enclosure with the sunset was the best 150. My wife loved it and that is all that matters. If anyone reads this, please book it

We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers

We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel

We didn’t leave the hotel once (which is rare for us), because we really didn’t feel like we needed to. Everything had been thought of and we wanted to enjoy all of our time within the hotel

I visited Paloma Finesse Side last week with my family and it was the best! The food is so delicious and the aesthetic of the hotel is so beautiful! Mr Talha was very helpful and kind when it came to recommending places to visit around Antalya

The food both at the buffet and the sit-down restaurants has been excellent (especially the latter) and the drinks selection is great. Some of the entertainment shows and live bands have been really outstanding

The only slight downside so far has been the activities - while there are a good selection of free things to do it’s not super clear what is running and when

Also we had dinner in the seafood restaurant, it was amazing, very tasty, our waiters were Hidir and Yuzuf, everything was very good! All the interior of the hotel is stylish, but the main restaurant is not so, i think a little bit old, maybe u will change it

Comfortable with privacy. Not brand new but all facility included in useful sweet semi-detached house. Clean Pool surrounded with fun, illuminated at nights. Cosy Garden covered with green. Feel freedom and relax.

Upon arrival, we were allocated a spacious and well-appointed family suite with a generous balcony area. The room was cleaned daily and mini-bar kept stocked up

Our thanks also go out to Riza, and also to Oscar who made a special effort to come out of his shop and say hello every morning when we passed. The lifeguards also made sure that the children were having fun

Any requests made at reception were always provided for very quickly. The reception staff were always on hand to help, but special thanks to Sem who really stood out and was very helpful

Although the hotel appeared to be understaffed during this busy period—most noticeably in the bars and restaurants—service remained as attentive as possible

English wasn't widely spoken at the hotel as most guests were from all across Europe but this actually provided a refreshing change of atmosphere

We would also like to thank Tarik, who was a highly professional barman and consistently provided outstanding service

But the smell of cigarettes sometimes lingered in the toilet (it was quite cool for us in February, the air conditioner could not cope. Because for such a price you will not always find such a tidy hotel with breakfast

A huge plus that there is Wi-fi throughout the hotel! It catches well even in the room. This was a pleasant surprise, as many hotels charge Wi-Fi. The rooms are freshly renovated, comfortable, have everything you need

There is a free shuttle to the beach every morning at 10:00. The beach is good, the coast is sandy, there are always free sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel has good hearty and delicious breakfasts

Located 15 minutes walk from the center and the Ancient City. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The hostess and the receptionist speak Russian, which is very convenient

I recommend this hotel for budget travelers and not only. There were no strange smells in the room

We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day. By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools

Wifi good but you need to sign in every morning. We upgraded direct to seaview apartments and got "corner" rooms which was nice and spacious. Most staff at reception speaks English

Food was good, a little bit repetetive at times but you can have a good variety if you choose well. Most staff in restaurant friendly and helpful. Coffee with milk is not a thing so google it and ask in Turkish

Spent a fabulous five nights here. The hotel is immaculate, service is incredible as are the facilities. The food offering is wide and something for everyone, any place and anytime

Locally, there are plenty of supermarkets, cheaper type food places, Kebab shops and the requisit "British style" bars with the usual types watching football and eating Sunday roasts

There's a lot of context in this review on why it deserves the 5 stars. We arrived very late (2am) and were very tired. We knew we had to pay for aircondition/wifi/safe separate but didn't realise it was cash only

 They told us we could pay the next day but luckily we'd withdrawn lira at the airport. Despite knowing about the air con it does sour the checking in process having to spend a chunk of money on arrival

Totally quiet afterwards! - great location with dolmus buses going into the old town but also directly to Nova Mall and also to Manavgat. - The pool was ALWAYS clean, even at the end of the day

- The hotel transfer bus goes to a lovely clean sandy beach which has drinks service. - Lots of cats to cuddle! None jumped up on the tables. - If I had a choice I would not eat breakfast here

Lots of discarded pool inflatables  you can use that are left by previous guests. We don't reserve Sun beds but we were always able to get one even if we arrived back at the hotel at 3pm

This summer I was on holiday with my wife in this hotel. The main advantages: proximity to the sea and quite a varied cuisine. Even if your flight is late in the evening, you will be able to have dinner until 12 at night

The room with a sea view was pleasing to the eye every day. We will definitely return there again

The location is perfect—right between the lake and the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal

Boredom was simply not an option! A special shout-out to Yusuf and the entertainment team—such great energy and lovely people! A few suggestions: • Some guests were reserving beach sunbeds overnight by leaving towels on them, which made it harder to find good spots in the morning

Meals were a real treat! Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and enough furniture to easily store all our belongings. The pool area was well customised, offering plenty of shaded areas

Everything was simply wonderful: from the beautiful location to the amazing entertainment team, the high-quality services, and the genuine attentiveness of the staff

Rested in January 2017, unfortunately were disappointed with the hotel as it did not work and poor service, we had all inclusive, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner food was very little, maybe it was not the season, a large number of Germans, which serve much better than Russian, nice beach, nearby the hunger of side and Manavgat can be reached by bus and walk!
