It is cleaned and maintained in every corner. The food is delicious and there is possible to select different taste. There are lot of spacious place for relax. The beach is with sand, and sea water is crystal clear

I would like to praise the local wellness. Willing staff, especially the receptionist, who will advise on the range of services. I chose a discounted package of relaxation massages. Masseuse Nustri from Bali is amazing

You won't be fooled if you try

Hotel is very noisy and crowded, there were a lot of excursions (high school children and primary schools). There is only one pool and it's constantly crowded. But what bothered us the most was the situation with towels

We were here in May for two weeks on holiday. I have been traveling to Antalya region for the last 12 years and have always stayed at 5* resorts. This was one of the worst experiences we had, so far

It is very pleasant to eat surrounded by palm trees and admire the sea! Remoteness from big cities is a huge plus of the hotel. In general, a wonderful vacation for little money

All the imperfections of the hotel were covered by the first line and the extraordinary cleanliness of the sea and the gentle sun

Fruits are always moderately sweet watermelons, melons, delicious Golden and Gala apples. A huge assortment of both fresh vegetables and salad variations, greens. Olives, olives, cheeses, in a large assortment

There are no special delicacies from food, but no one will remain hungry, there is always chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and fish every day. Large selection of side dishes from rice, potatoes, beans, to pasta

(+) Transportation * There is a minibus line between the Manavgat main bus stop and the hotel (10 minutes for 4, 5 lira) * There is also another line that connects the ancient city of Side to the hotel (10, 15 minutes for 4, 5 lira) (+ / -) Beach * Beach was quite big and there were not that many people in the middle of the August

It is made of sand but as soon as you enter the sea you realize that the sand are gone now you are stepping on a rock

(+) Room * The room was big enough for a couple but the bathroom was quite old school. They only offer bath tube and not a normal shower cabinet. They offer hair shampoo, conditioner, shampoo, soap and hair cap

* Every night after the dinner firstly songs and games are being played for the children in the stage after that the animation team is taking control of the show offering different countries’ dances and songs

They offer a big varirty of drinks alcoholic & nonalcoholic. They have one inside of the facility, right next to the pool and at the beach. Beach bar doesn’t offer alcoholic drinks though

On every wednesday there is an À la carte restaurant option for dinner with a limited option. (+) Pub & Bar * Between 10:00 and 24:00 you can use any bar you want for free

The room was fantastic, being cleaned daily if required, the complex was spotless , the pool area so clean, and well supervised, the food was constantly varied and of ex quality, the staff were friendly and helpful ( shout out to the head chef who went out of his way to provide for our allergies, even fetching gluten free ice cream for my wife

This hotel is amazing, there is so much to do because of the amazing entertainment team, they work so hard, special shout out to Onur the manager, Ozzy, Melike and Melisa, we especially loved archery with Malik he is so helpful and friendly

This hotel is great with an amazing entertainment team. A stand out of the holiday was definitely archery with Malik he helped us a lot and made it an enjoyable experience.

FOOD AND DRINK: Pros: Great snack bars, delicious ice cream, Asian night in the main restaurant was good, nice a la carte restaurants, and a hit with the kids - the chip truck. Cons: Main restaurant wasn't for me

HOTEL: Pros: Immaculate place, well kept grounds. Location is in the middle of nowhere, luckily, transport is available across the road. WiFi only covers two devices at a time

Strange closing time for the main restaurant - 9pm on the dot! If you arrive after 8pm, you get scraps, and by 8:30pm they make you feel rushed and uncomfortable

We originally stayed in a mixed double room but were unexpectedly, and very gratefully appreciatedly, upgraded to a penthouse room on the 5th floor which had a double balcony, separate sleeping area for adults and kids and a hot tub on the balcony

In fact, we've barely wanted to leave the room since moving as it's that nice! The cleanliness of the hotel is incredible. It's never dirty! Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided

The food was delicious and in the week we were there, we never got bored. Drinks are brought to you by the pool, at meal times you are also brought drinks and are never left waiting around

You also get pool/beach towels and a beach bag provided so no need to bring your own. I'm a moderately picky eater but was never stuck for choice in any of the restaurants

It has recently been refurbished this year and it's absolutely stunning. Every single room has been redecorated and had new furniture and they're beautiful

There's different entertainment on every night either inside or outside. We stayed at the piano bar every night as it was lovely and cool

The animation team were absolutely fantastic. We joined in with the activities everyday and they were all so friendly. It really made our holiday special. Special mention to Can and Rumeysa for being so lovely

Best hotel really clean resort friendly had the best time here entertainment at night could be better but was still good beautiful food best place to come with couple or family absolutely loved it !!

The restaurants were all lovely and the food delicious (yes at times repetitive but what all inclusive isn’t) The pool and beach areas were immaculate and we really loved the swim up bar

The Paloma Orenda was pure sunshine! The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fantastic, with buffets and al la carte restaurants catering to every craving

We loved lounging by the pool and splashing around in the water park. The entertainment team was a blast, with shows and activities keeping us smiling all week

The rooms were good but no privacy for the bathroom as such. However, this didn’t affect our holiday

We’re a family of four staying in a sea view swim-up room. We’ve had a pretty flawless stay so far - the rooms are modern and spacious, the hotel is well laid out and has a really nice modern design

The food both at the buffet and the sit-down restaurants has been excellent (especially the latter) and the drinks selection is great. Some of the entertainment shows and live bands have been really outstanding

The only slight downside so far has been the activities - while there are a good selection of free things to do it’s not super clear what is running and when

We have had a lovely stay at Paloma Finesse, the food in the restaurants is great with so much choice and everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful

This is a pretty minor point though - overall we’ve had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel

A word for the staff too who have all been really friendly and helpful throughout

Never had such problem in my life ever. They also stayed packed in the sea side so it was difficult to pass to enter in the sea. Other than that it was fine, my kids enjoyed a lot

The sea is warm, there are always waves but you can swim. There is a bar and snack restaurant at the beach

Special thanks to the hotel's nurse who, despite not knowing English at a conversational level, continued to help us with everything she could, used a translation service to understand us and invited a doctor to the hotel to check our child

The beach bar also was like an old abandoned grey building, not a nice olace to stay. Next problem was the quallity of the people. Vast majority of the clients were Rusian people and their attitude often was not correct

The fridges outside offered barely any drinks other than whater. I ordered a mohito once and it was horrible, I did not drink it. The balkony was never cleaned from what we could see and the bathroom was substandard

We had an incident once, they had blocked the passage between the sunbeds rows and I had to move their empty sunbed, they moved it back right after so my family behind me could not pass and the lady screamed at us

The view of the sea was amazing. The fact you could also walk to the beach and have your own private section was amazing with one of the best kitted out beaches I have ever been to with snack shacks, a bar and restaurant

There is also an on site Doctor and Hairdressers which we had our daughters hair braided. The rooms were very clean, modern and had options to request room cleans and do not disturb by this panel on the wall

There was always an opportunity to get a sun bed at the beach and also by the pools. The slides were so much fun and you have options of two big pools. There were shops close by the hotel for a nice walk

Megasaray Resort Side is MEGA 🤩 Thank all team for great holiday!!! Beautiful garden and space around (we had room view on lake&mountains), good rooms, sandy clean beach, many additonal atractions (like foam party on the pool or disco on a beach) and amazing food

I will begin by saying this was such a beautiful hotel, in a brilliant location. The entertainment was incredible and the activities that went on during the day time was so much fun

The following day we were moved to another pool side view room and sent to guest relations to see if there was anything else which we needed to make our stay comfortable, however we were just happy how quickly they were able yo resolve the issues so rather than this being a problem I would say it all worked very well 👏 Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend this to guests...

A STELLAR entertainment team, much better than in similar hotels we've been in for reasons I won't spoil, but I'll give special mentions to Darina & Daryna, Dasha, Alperen among all the rest that definitely deserve high praise

We are here now and the hotel is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate. Staff everywhere are friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Mazlum for your wonderful service at the Terrace bar tonight

Looks to only be happening on bars without a post mix machine as the staff is too busy to search for a new bottle or return to the customer to say they're out

Absolutely amazing for families with children, especially smaller ones - the shaded children's pool and the baby lounge (Alisa was great!) among the tons of other facilities including quite a big waterslide park made this a stunning experience

We had an absolutely brilliant holiday at Seven Seas Hotel Blue and cannot recommend this venue highly enough. The welcome when we arrived in the early hours of the morning was phenomenal

But the smell of cigarettes sometimes lingered in the toilet (it was quite cool for us in February, the air conditioner could not cope. Because for such a price you will not always find such a tidy hotel with breakfast

A huge plus that there is Wi-fi throughout the hotel! It catches well even in the room. This was a pleasant surprise, as many hotels charge Wi-Fi. The rooms are freshly renovated, comfortable, have everything you need

There is a free shuttle to the beach every morning at 10:00. The beach is good, the coast is sandy, there are always free sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel has good hearty and delicious breakfasts

Located 15 minutes walk from the center and the Ancient City. There are many cafes and shops nearby. The hostess and the receptionist speak Russian, which is very convenient

I recommend this hotel for budget travelers and not only. There were no strange smells in the room

Been here for a day now and wow its beautiful from the moment we checked late lastnight we was welcomed the room they gave us to sorting out a few little issues was fantastic everyone are so friendly and helpful especially hotel relations the lady gizem I think her name is was so helpful with information and making reservations for my family activities within the resort

The sea is two minutes away from the hotel. To be honest, despite all the cons, I would like to come back here again. I went with a friend and we two were bored. So if you go company, you will not regret!

We have been a group of 9 people enjoying our holiday at Arcanus Hotels Sorgun. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The Hamam turkish bath was amazing plus we got 7 days therapeutic massage

Nice room. Cleaning not too thorough. Big area for pool or seaside relaxation. I Love the all-inclusive concept. Too small fitness room. Very serviceminded people in the massage area. I'll give it 4/5 all-round.

The check-in process was seamless, and the level of service provided by the personal assistants, cleaning staff, bar staff, and restaurant staff was simply outstanding

My family and I, including our twins, recently enjoyed a vacation at Voyage Sorgun Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish

We paid extra for a sea view, but it was near the cooling system and thus noisy. The rooms are a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations

The surrounding hotels are very noiy with the music, so by 24:00 is achallenge to fall asleep. Otherwise it was all worthy and we definitely visiting again!

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

Of the minuses: you may not be lucky with the number, but if you are not satisfied, they will immediately change it

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

Cons: - not a 5-star hotel to Western European standards; -The rooms are spacious but old, there was a brick under the toilet seat and mould in the shower head; the bed was clean but the mattress was very uncomfortable and too hard

- not enough seats at the beach and the beach is not friendly for young children as it is quite deep already in the shallow part, and rocky. - very loud music after 00:00 mostly coming from Neighbour hotels

But it's not super needed because the all-inclusive service covers all your needs. The location could be a little better. The hotel is located at a very busy road. Traffic noise is non stop, but it's not too annoying

What an amazing family holiday, this hotel is amazing, two great pools, loads of activities if want to football, tennis, pool, table tennis, numerous bars two excellent restaurants on top of the buffet restaurant

One of the most memorable holidays we’ve had as a family. The hotel and staff are genuinely so kind and affable which made the entire experience so amazing. Our kids are sad to go but we shall we back very soon

Fantastic hotel which is kept spotlessly clean. Our room (2315) was excellent with a beautiful big balcony and full self catering facilities. The maid service was excellent and our room was always clean

Shops in the hotel, spa etc Rooms are spacious, really clean, comfy and modern. The food in the buffett restaurant is amazing, standard is really. high - same for beach bar fresh cooked food amazing

Facilities at the hotel are excellent with multiple swimming pools and always loads of sunbeds available. They offer a free bus service to the private beach which is only a 10 minute walk away

Rested in January 2017, unfortunately were disappointed with the hotel as it did not work and poor service, we had all inclusive, Breakfast, lunch, and dinner food was very little, maybe it was not the season, a large number of Germans, which serve much better than Russian, nice beach, nearby the hunger of side and Manavgat can be reached by bus and walk!

Lovely hotel! Cons were noted, except not very sanitized area around the hotel. But it is possible to close eyes due to the fact that the hotel was built not so long ago - in 2015. Food, service, service on all levels.

Rooms are nice, but we had very bad view - some field with agriculture :( and we piad All ultra inclusive. Still this is good value for money hotel because food is great and you can eat and drink all day

We had our entrance on the second day of the holiday, I lived in Antalya for 2 years, I went to so many hotels, I have never seen such a good service, all the staff were great, the food was amazing, especially in this period, the hygiene was extraordinary, don't worry, you have the opportunity to eat every hour, the toys for the children in the rooms really impressed me

Our holiday, which started with the friendly welcome and interest of Ms. Eda at the reception, was magnificent. The staff working at every point were polite, courteous and smiling. You won't be plsman if you come too

But a shirt taxi or bus ride into side were you can shop eat and drink if you fancy going out all in all a great holiday thanks to all at the sunwing for your hard work and making my holiday a great experience 😀

The beach club restaurant is great the food is freshly made to order. I would recommend this hotel to anyone family's couples or lone travellers. The only down side is that it is a bit on its own

The beach is about 700meters from the hotel a bus is run to the beach every 10 minutes and its free. It's not a bad walk but when it is very hot take the bus the last bus from the beach is at 18

Excellent hotel!!! Everything is super !!! European level, the sea nearby, indoor and outdoor pools, varied food. I liked everything very much, perfect for a family vacation

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

There were discounts in January. But because of the small area we did not go. And besides, you have to go to the beach. This is also not very convenient. Considering that the animation is on the beach

The hotel in itself is beautiful. The lobby has so many seating options and the chandelier, the lift placements and the fact everything is gold make this hotel look so nice and very photogenic

On the last day, my sister and I went around this hotel and found 3 different restaurants that were not being used, another cafe, a club, a game room and bar also not in use. That was another downside to this hotel

The hotel in generall was very good. Good service, entertainment, food/drinks etc. The location is a little bit off the city centre but there are some smaller shops nearby and there goes bus to the beach every 10min

The downside is that the rooms are very noise-sensitive. We could here all out neighbours in the middle of the evening/night. The rooms are standrad, nothing special

The location of the hotel is very nice - city center is located only 20 min walk away, or 3 min with a taxi (fixed price is 10€)

But all the inclusive services was excellente and nothing to complain about

The entertainment was poor, the stage and tables set out like a theatre don't work. The shows were mostly in German and Turkish, very few staff actually speak much English. Sunbeds is the biggest issue at this pool

Unless you are down before 8 am you have no chance. Turkish families were just taking towels off beds and this caused lots of arguments between families. 5 times I saw almost fighting over sunbeds

In general, if you would like to find fault, then there is nothing to complain about

There are few vacationers from Turkey (which can please many Russians)))), but we also didn’t come across many Russians. But this did not affect the rest in any way, as it was more than cool

The whole staff is very polite, they always greet you with a smile The food is really delicious, thank you to everyone at the hotel who made my vacation unforgettable

Very responsive and dealt with some minor queries we had. Teenage club can be low on intakes but the TUI support team would participate to allow the kids to play. Lots of aqua exercises for those interested.
