I came here with my mom and stayed for 7 days. We both loved everything here. The entertainment crew was amazing with fun daily activities for everyone, those people deserve a raise.The food was delicious, and it had a lot of variety, rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and nice, everyone was smiling. I wish I could have stayed more.

Great hotel. Great food, nice gym. We even saw a chameleon and tiny turtles hatching!! Friendly staff, huge meat selection and good wine. Events and shows are awesome. We had a lot of fun with 2 kids of 5 and 1.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the Kaya Side. We were happy with our room, paid for a terrace garden view which would definitely recommend. The hotel location is poor. Its at the end of a long winding road about 8miles from Side. The hotel is sprawling over a large area. Our room in the garden area is really poor, small and oddly shaped. Rooms in the main hotel are nice, much larger and conventional shape. The service is good but I certainly would not come to this hotel again.

It is a clean and decent hotel, the rooms are comfortable, they have hot coffee 24 hours a day (it is important for me:) breakfast is good, the only problem is that the sound insulation of the rooms is a bit weak.

We tried several other "recommended" places only to find they were populated with crowds of Monster Tours buses with lots of pushy foreign tourists. These places are expensive and not worth it. You tour guests dont know what you miss! You pay far too much for so little! Irmak was so nice and was almost the best Khavalti we have had....

The view is very nice, although it is a 2-star hotel, it has a better view than most hotels. I ate breakfast at a sufficient level, only water is offered in the mini bar.

It is not a 5 star resort! The room has been cleaned once, only self service! Is a pity because from far away it looks modern and nice but once you get closer you can see that it has gaps in the food and beverage section! You can go to a beautiful hotel but if the management is bad it shows! Never coming back!

The service in Alarcha has been perfect, including the staff, the room, the cleanliness. One of the entertainment team members, Sena Topuz is such a positive and lovely girl, always making sure the clients are having the best time. The staff in general was very welcoming, the food is very delicious and I think Alarcha is somewhere I would like to come back again and have a vacation.

We were here in May for two weeks on holiday. I have been traveling to Antalya region for the last 12 years and have always stayed at 5* resorts. This was one of the worst experiences we had, so far. Hello We booked in here after our flight was cancelled and so pleased that we did, one of the most beautiful places to stay, very close to the harbor and great restaurants. We really loved the suite and the whole place oozes a fantastic atmosphere. Lovely comfy beds and well equipped rooms. The staff were very welcoming and overall good and ( Gazi ) very very good I'll come again goodbye.
