There are multiple swimming pools and the beach is very close to the resort and is a part of it.  A lot of activities are offered by the team in a way that keeps the guests entertained and happy all day

All rooms are here very nice. Personal is here friendly. This area is big and amazing. Sea is awesome. I have no idea why is this hotel bad.

If you want a place by the pool, you should be there early. People are spreading their towels early, not using their spot before much later. The picture is from one of the pools at 9am. Lots of towels, almost no people

I liked the hammam, the golden hands of the masseurs. Volleyball on the beach, thanks to the animator Timur, made it possible to brighten up the rest. The nearby cemetery did not bother me

It is very pleasant to eat surrounded by palm trees and admire the sea! Remoteness from big cities is a huge plus of the hotel. In general, a wonderful vacation for little money

Great variety of local cheese, fresh vegetables and fruits, tasty chicken and beef. Clean Swimming Pool checked each day. Nice, comfortable room with garden view. Room cleaning and towel change whenever you need

You can also buy traditional hamam massage at the Spa. Phisiotherapist Vasil can also advice you what to do to make your spine get better. Hotel bus will take you to the beach

This hotel heavily refurbished in this year !! I stay there more than 2 months. Close to beach and local lake. Close to ancient city side and amphitheatre

It's a pleasant peaceful place, about 300 meters to get to the sea. The food in restaurant is ook, but eating it 2 weeks in a row is boring and all the food becomes of the same taste. Staff is polite, the room was ok

We listen to some of it even now ;) Turhish Evening finished with turkish disco was great, learned few turkish traditional dance moves. Toucan club is taking care for little ones in russian language

Very decent Hamam, a sauna(steam room) size 12, normal person is. In season it would be crowded. Services massage and wash$ 35 but once given to understand that bargain

The facilities and rooms are very good, and on the cliff by the sea, the scenery is unobstructed.

Near the hotel there is a lake, a forest, 10 minutes walk to the sea. In winter there is an indoor swimming pool, hammam, sauna. The food is ok.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, the rooms are large with a terrace, only a rooster at 4:00 was extra 😀. We were in March, the indoor pool was cool, sauna from 11 only, not in the morning.

Service in a word, was great, the staff was professional and friendly the only problem was that the sea deepens very suddenly choppy animations so we had a fun time at the hotel ?

The pool was very clean and very refreshing to get into. There is a restaurant on site for lunch and dinner also along with beverages, including alcohol if that is what you choose

We had a non-smoking room with Air Conditioning and a free delicious breakfast and everything was perfect and wonderful and clean and comfortable. plenty of parking for our car

It was within a few minutes of the travertines. A few minutes away from all the loud noisy tourist area, which we were glad we did not have a hotel right in the middle of that

They offer a big varirty of drinks alcoholic & nonalcoholic. They have one inside of the facility, right next to the pool and at the beach. Beach bar doesn’t offer alcoholic drinks though

On every wednesday there is an À la carte restaurant option for dinner with a limited option. (+) Pub & Bar * Between 10:00 and 24:00 you can use any bar you want for free

It is made of sand but as soon as you enter the sea you realize that the sand are gone now you are stepping on a rock

Staff all work very hard, rooms are very clean and well kept. Entertainment team are fab and work very hard making sure all guests are having a great holiday and lots of fun! Always happy and smiling and very welcoming.

Entertainment was a bit loud for my children by the pool. Libby was really cool and so were rooms! Staff were pleasant. Not as accommodating for children as some I have been too in turkey

More service around the pool, no loud greeting as you entered dining room, more service at breakfast and someone serving drinks when eating

Good food, attractions, evening events, games, and many other things. The people are mega cool and the atmosphere is awesome. But I especially want to say something about the drinks

Had such an amazing stay here at pegasus world. The staff were soooo friendly from the beginning to the end. Lovely hotel, clean rooms, lovely cleaning staff, clean pool and well maintained

* great facilities lots of pools and slide to keep everyone busy. *food was lovely and well cooked. A big effort is made for adults meals we enjoyed the food in the evening and breakfast

but there is a basic icecream hut near the kiddies section too. which is not the hotels control at all. mosquitos seem to love the place as much as I did. take plenty of spray for night times outside and even in the room

sun beds do get taken earlier than the 7. 30 time slot ,but was 6 of us and at 8am could still get some. if not there is some but waterside that open at 10. Honestly was brilliant holiday and was a shame to come home

Entertainment was plentiful ,lots of facilities! The spa was soooo good, highly recommend the turkish package, me and my 13 year old son had it and wow. again staff were lovely in there too! Waterside were cool

I try new places every year as i like to experience new things. but i would definitely consider coming here again! Yes there is icecream and smoothie stations at a cost

A big shout-out to the children's animation team who were absolutely wonderful! As a family, we enjoyed the lovely beach and pools, which were, surprisingly, swimmable in early November

Food, service, and cleanliness were on point, as always. We had a corner suite this time and loved the views of the sea from our room on the 5th floor

We especially love this property in Side as it's in a nice, quiet, natural location with birds singing in the morning. My husband enjoys going for walks/jogs in the forested areas near the hotel

We've stayed at other ultra all-inclusive properties in this region of Turkey, and, for the price, you really can't beat this property. Multiple other guests we spoke to were also repeat customers

I visited Paloma Finesse Side last week with my family and it was the best! The food is so delicious and the aesthetic of the hotel is so beautiful! Mr Talha was very helpful and kind when it came to recommending places to visit around Antalya

The WiFi is also good and can be used all around the hotel, but it does cut out when you’re on the beach sometimes

The hotel also provides a taxi service to see local attractions. Last of all the staff are brilliant and the bistro is open 24/7! I would definitely recommend x

Even though it seems close to full it never feels crowded and you can always find space at mealtimes, by the pool and on the beach

The only negative note was the bathroom too small and the bathroom sink not really comfortable. We will definitely suggest this hotel to family and friends and probably come back

The patisserie looked great but the cakes where the same as what you have at the buffet lunch and evening and again same everyday. The pool snack bar served strange pizza, lacked variety and the same everyday

The reception were very helpful and moved us rooms with no hassle, moved all of our luggage for us and could not have been any better, this was very much appreciated and gave us a very good first impression of the hotel and their attitudes towards guests

Shout out to our house keeper who was so friendly and a beautiful person. We had asked for rooms near amenities for my elderly parents and they delivered. Even the entertainment pool still had beds at 9

Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:). Absolutely requires renovation very soon

I really liked the hotel! For the price everything was great! The room was huge! Friendly staff! Bars , restaurants. I was all set my son also loved it! The sea is warm only because of the waves of pleasure boats

However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)

Russian language all understand English too. In October, there 80% Russians, 10% Germans, Britons, Ukrainians. The food at the restaurants delicious. There is a cafe on the beach and near the hotel

Good first impression! It could’ve been that we timed our stay well and got lucky, but throughout our entire stay, there was no issues getting sunbeds at either the pools or sandy beach

Just back from here today and what a whimsical experience it was too, the surrounding areas were just beautiful, just to get from our mansion building to breakfast or dinner gave us a nice walk through the forest lands past all the cats

Staff were very attentive, the only thing I would mention is having the entertainment on earlier if you weren't going to watch the theatre for a better experience than waiting till 10

All the bars have queues since even in the main pool bar there is always 1 barman. Main swimming pool sunbeds are so close one to the other that there is not even space to access the pool

As we didn’t care about swimming in the sea we enjoyed swimming pool

We spend 11 days at this hotel, coming from Uk. The amenities are very good and the swimming pool are child friendly and have warm water. The room are very big and the cleaning service is excellent at the rooms

Cleaners are amazing making our room look fresh as a daisy thank you for the best experience I had the best time amazing pools, amazing beach and Roxanne the kind woman helped my dad into getting cheese pizza because the man working wouldn’t do it and Roxanne made sure it did happen

Swimming pools are getting quite dirty with multiple cups during the day as well. Also at lunch and dinner, service at the restaurant is very basic, tables are not getting cleaned regularly
