Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

I made a reservation for the month of February/22nd of May via ETS tour. When I called the hotel for confirmation on the day of my stay and to avoid any problems, I received a reply from the reservation. Although I warned about the cleanliness of the rooms. When I went to the hotel I had to stay in an unacceptable dirty and old room. (Room no 106).

The hotel is under renovation, rather under construction. It's a lousy facility. How can ETS tour market a hotel in such a state😡 At the time of registration, they said, "I thought it was because of the noise and it's okay," but we were shocked when we went up to the floor. I went down and looked for ETS tour and here it is. Even though we said it was impossible for me to stay with my family, they said, 'You accepted the room.'

I did not find the exact temperature I wanted and the attention, but it is a hotel where you can stay for one night. The care and attention was not there. The rooms were not completely clean. Please, I would recommend the authorized friends to pay more attention after this comment.

The only shinning candle is Thier breakfast, but room wasn t ready even we arrived by 5 pm. Only 1 of Thier staff speaks English, only 1 electric plug in the room, TV room not working, don t take rooms in the next 7th floor as when breakfast started people start dragging Thier chairs and even you re heavy sleeper,you ll wake up and weak WiFi. For sure not worth the money you pay, and worst thing to do to yourself is to stay in there and last but not least,you have free unshading parking even there will be plenty of places available under shade but since it s free you can t park there. Never again !!!
