I would like to share my comment about SPA. Firstly, It is very over price so if you are willing to pay this much amount, you are expecting to get good service which you will NOT get it. They sell the massage packages as a full body massage which I asked who can make strong massage too.She has zero power and making the massage with her finger bones and elbows which was very unpleasant. Great experience! Not easy to find cured and cared service like we found at Divan. The staff very attentive made our experience . Suphi and Umut have always been on top of anything needed and also the rest of the team and managers, especially Gültekin and Tekin, such of nice and attentive too!! We went for dinner and atmosphere was just fantastic. I will recommend it to visit again and again!

Divan spa was super nice the Turkish bath was different I would do research first if you’re American. Additionally great customer service, the masseuse was awesome a d the place is very clean and elegant! I would come here again and u highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended

Good value for money, nice view from the room. During the high season, i recommend booking a room without breakfast because of the enormous number of people at the restaurant. Taking into consideration that the buffet is very rich and the service is exceptional. Clean room, a bit spacious.

Favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was incredible, two floors. The staff were great. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing, as we were just given bread and lots of butter, honey and jam. I do think that it was worth it though, as we paid £23 for one night and the room absolutely blew my mind.

All hotel staff were warm, friendly and responsive. The staff occasionally tried to express themselves in English while we attempted speaking Turkish. It was great & i would really thabks Abdullah for his help & support specially because he ones arabic he make it easier, concerning the room i took the family room it was comfortable. Ana the hotel locatioj is in the middle of z town you can make shopping aeasily, far from the sea 15min walk

I stayed on the 4th floor. The room and lighting were nice. The bed and linens were good. Air conditioning was working. Bathroom with classic shower. There was no toilet paper. The balcony was good with mountain and city views, but the chair was dirty, I cleaned it myself. The TV was small and ok, it cannot be said that it showed many channels because there was no signal, there were only 2-3 at most...

We spent Four Days here. The Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful. A good Breakfast is served on the Roof Terrace, but sadly don't expect spectacular views. Our room we felt was a little on the small side for two people so my advice is to book a larger room.

It's neat and clean, beds are comfortable, good breakfast. Stuffs are friendly, can speak English. Location is great, with the Mersin Forum. You can find all Turkish brand & good restaurants there. Overall it was a good stay.

It is well decorated clean,well designed 5 star hotel standard hotel. The price range for a room between 140Tl upto 180TL. I didn't go for meal option so no idea what the food was like there. It'd be definitely a nice stay with a good sleep if you go for it unless the noisy AC doesn't intervein.

It is a very nice hotel with a quite nice location and very good rooms. These are quite nice part and the spectacular part is the crew. From the very first second that you enter the facility, you feel the profession, care and the smile together.

An excellent hotel, both breakfast, rooms and location. Only the sink and bathroom in our room were clogged. Other than that it's very nice and clean.

As a family, we checked in around 23:00. The reception at the reception is very nice and friendly. Our room is very nice. However, after 1 person shower, the water from the bathroom overflowed to the toilet side. They cleaned it at 1 am. We couldn't see the shower and sink needs. It was disappointing to face such a difficult situation. Sorry.
