Nice restaurant at 14/F with full sea view. Great staffs with great services. Room is a little bit old, just a thin blanket and no comforter, so strange and this is what I don’t like

Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk at the over night shift on the days of our stay (07/8/2024 ). Everyone speaks English and provided complementary stuff that was great. The spa and massage was terrific

We stayed at Divan hotel for 6 days. Breakfast choice was good and the service was phenomenal. the waiters attended our specific needs, always helpful with a smile. Service from Can and kaan were lovely too

Great service, nice people, walking distance to promenade and shopping mall. We spent really nice weekend in this hotel. Breakfasts were great, and there are some really good wines at restaurant upstairs.

Kaan and Ufuk (manager) are truly a gem! I am traveling with my mom and they made sure she was well taken care of. The service is SUPER. 5 stars! For hotel and their staff.

I wish I never walked to the beach, it was easy enough to get to, I just wish I didn't because it was smelly, dirty, no lounge chairs and just weird. if you just want to hear the sea from your room, then awesome for that

Personal, professional, polite, warm, welcoming and I could go on and on. The ammentities are awesome, the pool, gym (is of good standard and quality equipment), the steam room and sauna

Recommend for business more so than pleasure with the luxury of taking a break and dipping in the pool. Service is awesome, staff is very kind and attentive. The area is not good if you're looking for a nice beach

Good value for money, nice view from the room. During the high season, i recommend booking a room without breakfast because of the enormous number of people at the restaurant

There is a bowling alley next door and some decent food places near by. But does have a bike/walking pass on the sea if you can tolerate the smell in that area

Absolutely normal hotel, but often smoke-filled rooms. As for Turkey and not resort region very adequate staff. Minus - no next the sea beach, sea and beach no(. Good option for business trips

The hotel is very good for its location. As it is on the waterfront and quick access to marina. The rooms are clean and tidy and has more than enough space. The wifi speed was slowing after 20

I can not comment on breakfast or restaurant because i did not tried it. Has enough free parking space. The only strange thing for me is access halls to the 3 parts of hotel was tricky

I stayed 2 nights on a business trip. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was clean and everything worked flawlessly. The breakfast was clean and sufficient. The hotel has its own parking and valet service

Good location of the hotel, accessible to plenty of shops. Celal Katmer from the hotel is very friendly and a helpful person during my stay here.

Everything was great - the service, the food in the restaurant, the room. The room was perfect, is spacious and there was everything what you need for comfortable stay. Even a sewing kit.

I'm staying now in the suite room , visiting from Canada , the hotel is good compared to others in the city , rooms are good size with some sea view , good internet , my room bathroom needs some fixing because the sink leaks ,, the fridge in the room is too loud I had to unplack it to be able to sleep,, good wall sound insulation , breakfast is not bad , but the staff need to be more friendly...

Another bad point was the content of the free "fruit basket" offered on the website when reservation was made: all the fruit were raw, on a plate. I will leave here a picture of the so called basket

Stayed one night on our way back from Cappadocia. Internet is stable, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. To the sea to go quite far. In general, its money is worth it.

More of a business hotel located along the main roadin the business district. 3 star hotel with 4 star service. Excellent hospitality and a genuine warm welcome. It was an excellent base to work from

It is a very nice hotel and has 3 wedding halls. We held my brother's wedding here. It also has tolerant staff. We would like the prices to be more affordable.

Even more so considering the current Covid crisis and the applicable curfew. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable

Room was small for a 3 star hotel. 00 TL per night including the buffet breakfast. Swimming pool was empty during my visit. Annoying element was the noise from the school next door. The staff were kind and friendly

Spacious rooms, convenient location for shopping and sightseeing, nice staff and competitive prices. And add the warm weather on top, it may turn out to be quite an easy going stay

Extremely friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to basically everything, 5/5 would recommend.

The hotel is pretty old and all the furniture in the rooms need renovation. Air conditioner is very old and noisy. Wi-Fi is free but ask for more account in case you have several devices.

The best was the breakfast, the Room was a little small but good relativ to the price. The People in the recepcion were always ready to help

The pool and its surroundings are beautiful, but there seems to be no problem other than some orangutans leaving hair in the pool. I've already stayed for 1 day. I can't say much about their communication and attention

The TV was small and ok, it cannot be said that it showed many channels because there was no signal, there were only 2-3 at most. There was one socket at the head of the bed

The spa salon was under renovation and was due to open in October. It is a quiet and calm place, suitable for you if you are going to rest your mind or have a family trip

I don't know if they serve breakfast because I'm a late riser. I've never seen a main course. It said there was a gym on the website, but it wasn't there when I asked

If you are going to stay in a single room and need more than one socket, get a 3-way extension. Other than that, it's a good place

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, thank you to the employees, we stayed for 2 days as a family, the hotel environment is disgraceful, the houses are 5 floors, the man has been abandoned for years, beautiful Mersin does not deserve this, the sea coast people are number ten, but there is a zero corrupt urbanization out of 10 in the municipality

The neighborhood seems troubled, but it is suitable for those who are looking for a place to sleep. Air conditioning TV etc available. They also serve breakfast in the morning

They wrote all over what the great leader said, but they are not perceived, I think the municipality is not aware of this word

The swimming pool was not working. The breakfast was ok, the treatment is good. Compared to the price 400 TL for one room for two persons the hotel is good.

Suitable for business trips, late 90`s furnitures, clean and kinda comfy beds. Breakfast is mediocre, price range is mid low.

All hotel staff were warm, friendly and responsive. The staff occasionally tried to express themselves in English while we attempted speaking Turkish. These made communication quite easier and helpful

Favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was incredible, two floors. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing, as we were just given bread and lots of butter, honey and jam

Breakfast was nice- especially for the price!!! People working in this hotel are very friendly- they let me leave my bag for few hours (free of charge) they call me a taxi to the big bus station which was pretty far away but taxi wasn't expensive

I stayed only for 1 night but I had a great time in this hotel. Hotel is cheap but standard is high (I have never stay in this sort of place for such a littel money). My room was big and beautiful

A very nice budget hotel, with very pleasant helpful staff. Yes it is a the docks end of town but a cheap 15 minute taxi ride will get you to all the restaurants non the front.
