We stayed at this hotel for the weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and beautifully designed, with an excellent location. The staff was absolutely lovely – so friendly and helpful

Clean, friendly and nice sea view. Very close to Mersin marina, mall, and many other shops. Transactions around the area are so easy and not expensive at all. staff were so friendly with us. Highly recommended.

The breakfast at Zest Bar, executive lounge, and Ichella restaurant was rich, open buffet, and the areas were always clean. They took all our care and showed great care for their little furry guests

However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great

All the staff are smiling, positive, positive. They offered and served everything we wanted before we even said it. The food was always fresh and delicious

The fact that it is a pet-friendly business also won our appreciation. They always offer every flexibility and privilege they can in every matter

The rooms are nice and very clean! Had a quick lunch in the hotel restaurant and Mustafa was great! So far my stay has been amazing!

The reason I deducted one point was the spa section, the steam bath in the women's section does not work and is very small, when there are 5 people inside, unfortunately there is not enough space

Absolutely normal hotel, but often smoke-filled rooms. As for Turkey and not resort region very adequate staff. Minus - no next the sea beach, sea and beach no(. Good option for business trips

Other than that the hotel was good loved the Area around it walk by the beach , shopping center,and great restaurants

The hotel is very good for its location. As it is on the waterfront and quick access to marina. The rooms are clean and tidy and has more than enough space. The wifi speed was slowing after 20

I can not comment on breakfast or restaurant because i did not tried it. Has enough free parking space. The only strange thing for me is access halls to the 3 parts of hotel was tricky

Rooms are large and comfortable. Location is very good and close to Marina, cafes and bars

I do not think this hotel is good for disabilities

Everything was great - the service, the food in the restaurant, the room. The room was perfect, is spacious and there was everything what you need for comfortable stay. Even a sewing kit.

I'm staying now in the suite room , visiting from Canada , the hotel is good compared to others in the city , rooms are good size with some sea view , good internet , my room bathroom needs some fixing because the sink leaks ,, the fridge in the room is too loud I had to unplack it to be able to sleep,, good wall sound insulation , breakfast is not bad , but the staff need to be more friendly...

Another bad point was the content of the free "fruit basket" offered on the website when reservation was made: all the fruit were raw, on a plate. I will leave here a picture of the so called basket

Nice place with helpful staff in quite place contain one pool and volleyball stadium

All hotel staff were warm, friendly and responsive. The staff occasionally tried to express themselves in English while we attempted speaking Turkish. These made communication quite easier and helpful

Favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was incredible, two floors. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing, as we were just given bread and lots of butter, honey and jam

Breakfast was nice- especially for the price!!! People working in this hotel are very friendly- they let me leave my bag for few hours (free of charge) they call me a taxi to the big bus station which was pretty far away but taxi wasn't expensive

I stayed only for 1 night but I had a great time in this hotel. Hotel is cheap but standard is high (I have never stay in this sort of place for such a littel money). My room was big and beautiful

A very nice budget hotel, with very pleasant helpful staff. Yes it is a the docks end of town but a cheap 15 minute taxi ride will get you to all the restaurants non the front.

Stayed one night on our way back from Cappadocia. Internet is stable, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. To the sea to go quite far. In general, its money is worth it.

It is a very nice hotel and has 3 wedding halls. We held my brother's wedding here. It also has tolerant staff. We would like the prices to be more affordable.

The neighborhood seems troubled, but it is suitable for those who are looking for a place to sleep. Air conditioning TV etc available. They also serve breakfast in the morning

The TV was small and ok, it cannot be said that it showed many channels because there was no signal, there were only 2-3 at most. There was one socket at the head of the bed

The spa salon was under renovation and was due to open in October. It is a quiet and calm place, suitable for you if you are going to rest your mind or have a family trip

I don't know if they serve breakfast because I'm a late riser. I've never seen a main course. It said there was a gym on the website, but it wasn't there when I asked

If you are going to stay in a single room and need more than one socket, get a 3-way extension. Other than that, it's a good place

The swimming pool was not working. The breakfast was ok, the treatment is good. Compared to the price 400 TL for one room for two persons the hotel is good.

It is well decorated clean,well designed 5 star hotel standard hotel. The price range for a room between 140Tl upto 180TL. I didn't go for meal option so no idea what the food was like there

The Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful. A good Breakfast is served on the Roof Terrace, but sadly don't expect spectacular views

It'd be definitely a nice stay with a good sleep if you go for it unless the noisy AC doesn't intervein

Our room we felt was a little on the small side for two people so my advice is to book a larger room

There is no Soap in the shower the TV doesnt work. But its position is well in the center of mersin, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable

Room was small for a 3 star hotel. 00 TL per night including the buffet breakfast. Swimming pool was empty during my visit. Annoying element was the noise from the school next door. The staff were kind and friendly

Clean rooms, the hotel is clean too. Car service to the airport that’s 45 minutes away. Near by to the restaurants open 24/7. Good family friendly hotel, got 6 rooms for a wedding

Nice room.. spacious.. the food is ok.. the only problem i had was the wifi connection in my room.. hard to connect.. but overall experience is good..
