I had a wonderful stay at Divan Hotel in Mersin! The service was exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and elegant. I would like to share my comment about SPA. Firstly, It is very over price so if you are willing to pay this much amount, you are expecting to get good service which you will NOT get it. They sell the massage packages as a full body massage which I asked who can make strong massage too.She has zero power and making the massage with her finger bones and elbows which was very unpleasant. Great experience! Not easy to find cured and cared service like we found at Divan. The staff very attentive made our experience . Suphi and Umut have always been on top of anything needed and also the rest of the team and managers, especially Gültekin and Tekin, such of nice and attentive too!! We went for dinner and atmosphere was just fantastic. I will recommend it to visit again and again!

Divan spa was super nice the Turkish bath was different I would do research first if you’re American. Additionally great customer service, the masseuse was awesome a d the place is very clean and elegant! I would come here again and u highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended

The rooms are nice and very clean! Had a quick lunch in the hotel restaurant and Mustafa was great! So far my stay has been amazing!

All the staff are smiling, positive, positive. They offered and served everything we wanted before we even said it. The food was always fresh and delicious. Good value for money, nice view from the room. During the high season, i recommend booking a room without breakfast because of the enormous number of people at the restaurant. Taking into consideration that the buffet is very rich and the service is exceptional. Clean room, a bit spacious.

Great location, nice hotel, big rooms, the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel their showers kept getting flooded due to drain problem. I had 2 room with the door in between for family, so I was able to use both rooms at the same time but both bathrooms had the same problem. Other than that the hotel was good loved the Area around it walk by the beach , shopping center,and great restaurants.

The hotel is very good for its location. As it is on the waterfront and quick access to marina. The rooms are clean and tidy and has more than enough space. The tv, bed was good. Absolutely normal hotel, but often smoke-filled rooms. As for Turkey and not resort region very adequate staff. Minus - no next the sea beach, sea and beach no(. Good option for business trips. There are folk festivals, weddings and 23.00 with pyrotechnics.

Nice and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Very good location, close to the Marina. Personnel is kind of pasive. In the room, the fridge was noise, being annoying during the night. Another bad point was the content of the free "fruit basket" offered on the website when reservation was made: all the fruit were raw, on a plate. I will leave here a picture of the so called basket.

Everything was great - the service, the food in the restaurant, the room. The room was perfect, is spacious and there was everything what you need for comfortable stay. Even a sewing kit.

I loved the hotel , but please , to the manager of the hotel , the music in the elevator is so loud , very annoying , could you please turn it down .other customers mentioned the loud music in some reviews too ,,, some people would have headaches , or high class taste of music ,,

I'm staying now in the suite room , visiting from Canada , the hotel is good compared to others in the city , rooms are good size with some sea view , good internet , my room bathroom needs some fixing because the sink leaks ,, the fridge in the room is too loud I had to unplack it to be able to sleep,, good wall sound insulation , breakfast is not bad , but the staff need to be more friendly...

Favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was incredible, two floors. The staff were great. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing, as we were just given bread and lots of butter, honey and jam. I do think that it was worth it though, as we paid £23 for one night and the room absolutely blew my mind.

All hotel staff were warm, friendly and responsive. The staff occasionally tried to express themselves in English while we attempted speaking Turkish. These made communication quite easier and helpful. The room and general environment were serene and quite relaxing. Our daughter loved the simple play area and forged friendship with Sila (the chow chow dog). The meals were tasty and our child's preference...

A very nice budget hotel, with very pleasant helpful staff. Yes it is a the docks end of town but a cheap 15 minute taxi ride will get you to all the restaurants non the front.

Reasonable price top notch service

First of all, I wanted to write that they are friendly. I stayed in Mersin for 22 days, stayed in many hotels, apartments and hostels, I stayed in the last two days. I discovered the Aegean hotel, it's affordable and clean, there is no need to explain, I need to go and see it, thank you, Aegean hotel managers, I hope my way to Mersin again This is where I will stay if I fall. 🙋🏻‍♂️

Stayed one night on our way back from Cappadocia. Internet is stable, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. To the sea to go quite far. In general, its money is worth it.

For the name of the hotel I was disappointed I stayed in a much lower rating hotels around the çarś and they still much better than liva hotel You won't feel any luxury at this hotel It's a three star hotel Don't get wrong it's good hotel but not as rated or a four star hotel The price doesn't reflect the provided services For the breakfast most of the hot food was cold, disorganized layout. It is an up scale hotel, nice room, nice and wide lobby, staff speaks a little english prices around 100$

Its not a five star hotel the rooms needs updating but location wise is in best in town

It is a very nice hotel and has 3 wedding halls. We held my brother's wedding here. It also has tolerant staff. We would like the prices to be more affordable.
