The view from level 12 was just what I needed after for travelling hours on a bus with my tour group. We stayed for two nights for the Cappadocia balloon ride, caves and sights. Decent in every sense of the word…. I think one of the best in Kappadokia. Mall is neighbouring. Entrance with the hotel room card, you can find anything needed. We stayed 01-05 June , it was the best choice to travel round around the kappadokia without changing hotel every day….

Perfect stay at Crowne Plaza ! The team is very friendly and they helped us organise all our activities around the area, the room are spacious and welcoming, the spa is very large and has lot of facilities and the food is delicious throughout the restaurant outlets. Great hotel!

Although this is a nice hotel, the location is not ideal, as it is far from tourist attractions. The view is not bad, but take note it is next to the freeway. According to bookings.com it is a 5 star hotel, but in our experience it was 3 star accommodation . With regard to the room, it was very spacious and the jacuzzi was wonderful. An extraordinary hotel! Turkish luxury. The service is impeccable. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast super complete and delicious. My room was big, clean, full with toiletteries and a jacuzzi. Super quiet. The staff is the best! specially Nüsret from reception that was always willing to help and with the sweetest smile. A well located hotel, reasonable prices & friendly reception staff.

A clean, newly built hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very luxurious and sufficient for modest people who do not seek variety. Cleaning is also good. Employees are at work. I think they will gain experience in crisis management over time.
