Although this is a nice hotel, the location is not ideal, as it is far from tourist attractions. The view is not bad, but take note it is next to the freeway. According to bookings.com it is a 5 star hotel, but in our experience it was 3 star accommodation . With regard to the room, it was very spacious and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Unfortunately I got bit by fleas/bedbugs. Also 2 lights were out...

An extraordinary hotel! Turkish luxury. The service is impeccable. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast super complete and delicious. My room was big, clean, full with toiletteries and a jacuzzi. Super quiet. The staff is the best! specially Nüsret from reception that was always willing to help and with the sweetest smile. Very recommendable!!!

I love this hotel. I came to you years ago stayed for several days. And again last week. The staff remembered me always pleasant to their best to speak English since I'm American. I'm very accommodating I love the cave rooms. The Hills is a great hotel in Nevsehir- Capadocia Area. Great food, specially breakfast. Nice spa as well and in doors pool. The best is it’s friendly people, specially front desk Firdes, Sefef, Yazel and the bellboy Mohammed. Keep in mind that you will need a cab or a rented car to see tourist attractions. (is 4 km away) but the tranquility compensates. For sure, a place to visit again in the future

The good: imposing business hotel in Nevsehir; large, clean & quiet room; great SPA center and rooftop restaurant; kind staff; straight corridor to the mall; The bad: poor continental breakfast; i had a room with no view at the 2nd floor, though I requested the exact opposite; poor free wi-fi; shared free parking with the adjoining mall, closed during the night (22.00-10.00);

I had a first floor room which was big and comfortable without much outside noise. Breakfast is good. Wanted to but could not try their rooftop restaurant for lunch which was only open for dinner during my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Merve who arranged my balloon ride and red and green tour flawlessly. Thank You 🙏

Amazing. The bedroom was impeccable. The service was great. My personal advice - sleep with the curtains wide open. You will wake up with the sun rising on the horizon and with the balloons in an orange sky. It's worth it. And you will witness this with the sounds that come from the mosque at 5am.

A hotel situated in the middle of the town, equipped with a connecting shopping mall that ensures you to have everything you need, what else do we want more? You may also choose the types of pillow that you would like to have for your own comfort, subject to availability. I'd give 5/5 over the facilities provided.

I booked this hotel for my team traveling for a project in Nevşehir. Beside others 7 collaborators from 4 countries were hosted with my team at the same time. From the booking until the end the service have been outstanding. The manager was replying to my question very fast and managing to provide excellent and adapted answers. 2 kişilik odada kaldım. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Fiyatlar makul. I stayed at a room for two ppl. The room were large and clean. Pirce was reasonable. Location of the hotel is close to anywhere you wish to visit. (That might be because the city is small)

Room is good and spacious. It has good accessibility to attractions like the Jeep safari and Hot air balloon Ride.

It's a nice hotel. I booked through a travel agency but everything was ok. Drinks weren't included meals and prices are very expensive compared to other places.

I if know there were an ancient city near the hotel I never miss it to seesight it I will never forget I missed it

A clean, newly built hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very luxurious and sufficient for modest people who do not seek variety. Cleaning is also good. Employees are at work. I think they will gain experience in crisis management over time.

Last year I was there for two weeks in winter. This hotel is located in the city center so it is easy to get to for entertainment. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

Fatima was a wonderful host. Goreme is a must see, Lavender cave is a tranquil retreat from the hustle bustle of Goreme. They got us the cheapest rate for balloon ride with out bargaining - 33% less then best rates I could negotiated in town. The taxi picked us up at the hotel.

Thus, we completed our Nevşehir tour in this hotel. You start the day energetically with a wonderful mixed breakfast. Even the salad and tomatoes at breakfast are delicious, like organic. The location of the hotel is close to many good attractions...

My whole family had an incredible stay at AsyAda Suites. Our hosts were so friendly, warm and welcoming. They are such wonderful people. They made us a delicious breakfast, the kind that I long for and miss while living in the US. They had so many different types of jams, breads, cheeses, olives, etc etc 😍 The rooms were so so clean too. The rooms were so original, just like the ones is Turkish classic...

2 nights.. only for sleeping, breakfast and diner. Even at 4.00 o'clock in the morning you can ask for coffee. Amazing place wich i recommend!

We made a reservation without seeing the hotel, looking at its rating, but it was a complete disgrace. They really exaggerated the nostalgic thing, there are hairs on the bed. Pillow faces are yellow. There was accumulated water in the bathroom, and as if that wasn't enough, cats were trying to get in from under the door. We could only stay for 15 minutes, fortunately, they refunded the money we paid...

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel manager Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Ecem. It was a plus that it was a quiet place, perfect location and family run room cleanliness is excellent Centrally located in a side street, intertwined with history.

We stayed for 5 days and were very satisfied. Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Ecem are very sweet, smiling and pleasant people to talk to. They were very helpful and interested in everything. The stone room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable, it was extremely clean. The breakfast was very good and delicious. Its location is very close to everywhere in Ürgüp bazaar. A must place to stay.

While I was thinking with my wife where we should stay in Ürgüp, where we came without knowing the path, I had the chance to meet my brother and his wife, Mehmet. With their personalities and conversations, we felt as if we were in a friendly chat, not in a hotel in Ürgüp. Our place to sleep was clean and our breakfast was very delicious. Probably one of the best places in Nevshir. The hospitality was fantastic and the owner was very kind and made himself totally available for all our needs. Convenient point to move to Goreme and the other places. Very close to the airport. Great view of the panorama from the terrace.

Most charming hotel with an amazing view of the city. Staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. Baby friendly. Clean. Great amenities. Route to the hotel is well identified. Would stay there again!

This hotel is a GEM !!!! If you want to go to Cappadocia this is the perfect hotel to book ! This entire area of Avanos is so authentic, real, raw and full of traditions. Amazing hotel and hospitality! The rooms are really preatty, plus we even had our private hamam in the room. The location is very good, and in the night you can find options in the same street for a drink and music.

as we were treated at Casia Cave Suites made us feel very important and special! all our wishes were satisfied, and some were not very handy! they helped us organize a breakfast exactly when the balloons fly, exactly in the most beautiful place! they provided us with their full support!
