The view from level 12 was just what I needed after for travelling hours on a bus with my tour group.
We stayed for two nights for the Cappadocia balloon ride, caves and sights. The hotel is a 15min ride from the ancient Cappadocia sight seeing locations but it was the best hotel we stayed on the tour.
My room was spacious, modern and came with bathrobes. I just loved the circular corridors. View of the city was beautiful and some rooms have views of the Nevsehir Castle and Cave city - such an impressive sight.
The inclusive morning buffet was a treat, especially all the cheeses and croissants. The wholemeal croissants were also tasty, something we don’t get back in Australia and a healthy alternative.
Desserts looked impressive but it was over down with sugar. Hard to taste the different fruit or caramel, vanilla, chocolate flavours. A real shame.
If you want to use the indoor pool, you have to buy a swim cap which was priced at an exorbitant price, 500 lira when the next hotel we stayed at only charged 50 lira. The sauna was relaxing though and staff provide a turkish towel.
Would highly recommend if staying in a cave hotel is not your cup of tea.

Decent in every sense of the word…. I think one of the best in Kappadokia. Mall is neighbouring. Entrance with the hotel room card, you can find anything needed. We stayed 01-05 June , it was the best choice to travel round around the kappadokia without changing hotel every day….

Perfect stay at Crowne Plaza ! The team is very friendly and they helped us organise all our activities around the area, the room are spacious and welcoming, the spa is very large and has lot of facilities and the food is delicious throughout the restaurant outlets. Great hotel!

very disappointing experience. items of a certain value were left in the room and not found when we came. disgusting customer service, no efforts made whatsoever. to be able to communicate a translator is needed making everything 15 minutes longer. Crown Plaza has an international reputation : Cappadocia’s franchise was not up to those expectations. receptionists barely speak english. the least should’ve been some sort of compensation about the loss. we were supposed to be able to speak to a manager - we waited for that manager from 8pm to 9am…. i still don’t know them. total lack of transparency. disappointed once again.

The worst hotel in Turkey, bar none.
Arrived at the hotel at 10pm, but the hotel couldn't find the reservation, so I contacted ctrip urgently and checked in successfully after a lot of trouble.
Arrived in the room, found that there were no toiletries or slippers, and I had to call to get them, speechless.
You need a passport to connect to Wi-Fi, and it didn't work for half an hour. When I asked the hotel, they said they were too busy and checked in immediately. It was 12pm, I don't know what they were busy with.

What can we say that hasn’t been said already? We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival and welcomed with lovely fruit and nuts. The hotel is conveniently connected to a mall, which proves useful in case you are in need of any supplies.
The service. Wow. The staff is beyond kind and hospitable. We felt like we were treated like royalty and we were just on a free IHG night! Our favorite part of this trip was the 360 degree 13th floor restaurant. It had incredible views along with delicious food. We didn’t get a chance to check out the Turkish bath or pool, but we took a quick enough tour to regret not having enough time to enjoy it.
For the staff: excellent work and thank you so much!

Good service and good location. We went and flew hot ballon in the early morning. After checking out, the hotel helped locating the money exchange and called taxi as there was no taxi from the app downloaded.

Because the hotel was fully booked that day, I booked two rooms of the same type. One of the rooms was very small, which was totally different from the room pictures shown on Ctrip Business Travel. The hotel facilities were also very old. The most bizarre thing was that there were no slippers and quilts in a five-star hotel. The room only had a blanket as thick as a disposable bath towel. I don't know why Ctrip platform allowed such a hotel to be sold online. It was simply deceiving consumers!

Although it is Crowne Plaza, don't have high expectations and you will be disappointed. The room is clean, but there are some problems with the wifi. You need to be careful when parking on the roadside.
