Majestic Hotel

Stayed here for a cheap break after our wedding. We didn’t pay a lot so didn’t expect much. The facilities are clean and the pools are very nice. Ate at the hotel restaurant a few times and the food was nice. Staff were all very helpful and kind.
The location is great to catch the dolmus and just a short walk to the strip / beach front.
The rooms are basic but were cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels.
The balcony’s were quite small however this wasn’t an issue for us!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, offering drinks while we were sat around the pool. We arrived early in the morning and someone was there to meet us straight away. Rooms very nice and spacious, had 2 single beds pushed into a double. Only improvement would have been a bigger balcony.

Buffet breakfast was good quality. Had a lot of options from cereal and toast to hams, cheeses, omelettes and pancakes. Hot trays changed daily.

2 good sized pools with plenty of sun beds spread around for everyone. Cheap, convenient shop just a 2 minute walk around the corner. The main strip filled with shops, bars and restaurants only 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was tasty, I missed more fruit options. Aircon works perfectly. Bed was very confortable. Cleaner was a superstar, all shiny!! You must know they charge extras like: £2 per day for kettle and safe or £5 per day for a fridge. Make sure that if you need any of this extras or, anything to be fixed in the room, you report it before 5pm as we were told in different days at the reception that there is not technical service available after 5pm. First day the toilet pum was off, we called them and they came quick to fix it. Then we discovered the pump was closed because it was causing a lick, also the main light in the room didn't work, and we requested a fridge on the second day. We reported these little issues to reception but technical services not available after 5 pm. Next day lick was fixed but we didn't have hot water. Again was 5pm so it could not be fixed until next day, they woke up us in the morning to come and make the hot water come to us. If you are allocated in room 604 probably the light still not working. We never received a fridge in our room, so we were buying ice from next door shop every day. We paid extra £35 for a late check out that they advertised until 5 pm, but they said I have to leave the room at 4pm. Also, our shuttle transfer was delay, we were worried we were going to miss the flight. Even it wasn't even 5pm we called to the office and it was closed. We managed to find an emergency phone and they didn't spoke with us in English so we had to ask to the evening receptionist to call them and finally, we received some help from him after 5pm!!!!!! We were sad we didn't have more cash to give him some tips, even he was not helping other days, for me this last call gave me much calm for my last hours in Oludeniz. I would book it again as for the little you pay, you must suffer a little bit 🤣. Staff probably doesn't get paid much, is not even well paid in England 🤷

That was an amazing experience at the hotel the whole staff was great especially we have had great time up at the the roof bar . Franco has served us and he was very kind, professional and respectful person. Thank you for the great experience we have had.

Spent a week here in 2 rooms . Rooms were clean and tidy but a bit dated , air conditioning was great although the unit looked damaged /scruffy . Had an issue in 1 room with shower rail that took 2 complaints and 2.5 days to rectify. Rooms cleaned daily which is fantastic. Pool area was great no need for sun lounger wars as plenty available here and pools were brilliant with background music. Bar and bar food ok nothing to get excited over and drinks a little over the area price but to be expected. Breakfast wasn’t great standard although the pancakes and omelette cooked to order were helpful , we ate breakfast out most days. Great location for the resort though and most staff were cheerful and friendly. Amazing views from the pool area of the mountains.

The hotel is beautiful, good standard. nice service, especially thanks to the waiter "Suleyman". He was very helpful and was smiling all the time. The pool area was very clean and the area around the hotel is really beautiful. The only negative thing about the hotel is that it is worth improving the air conditioning in the room as it blows directly to the bed at night :) and it would be nice to have water, tea included (now drinks are extra charge)
