Visited at start of the season, paid for upgraded room on arrival as wanted to be close to facilities, after upgrade we were told the only pool that was heated was the infinity pool up the hill

We always made sure to sit in his section because we knew the service would be top notch and we’d leave with sore cheeks from laughing so much! He genuinely made us feel welcome and added something special to the whole trip

The team from Guest Relations, especially Eren, was very supportive, friendly and helpful! The landscape is gorgeous and you'll have breathtaking views all around the hotel! The color of the ocean is as well breathtaking and the water was clean, no plastic on the water surface or on the beach! That was a huge plus, especially when you have vacation with little kids! The beach was of course also clean

The staff were brilliant, really friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The Turkish restaurant deserves a special mention. We’ve never tasted lamb like that before

The new beach area has been enlarged and relocated to the right of the terrace to form a gently sloping curve down to the sea. Imported sand looks natural and potentially it can be perfect

I found a place everyday never queued. The Plaza bar was a great place to unwind at night, the waiters work extremely hard here. A very busy beach with the Paragliders landing on the grass area outside

My husband loved it and went with Dragonfly £125 of sheer adrenalin souring above. Gorgeous jewellery from Eternity Diamond was a great treat too. This place has everything you need for a great holiday in the sun

The beach is okay for good swimmers, but if you’re not a swimmer it can be a bit tricky, the waves are high, strong and frequent, the ground beneath your feet gets steep really fast

Good day! The hotel grounds are very beautiful, the beach is a 10-minute straight line away. The location reminded me of Spain, Lloret de Mar. The rooms are old, but everything was clean

Me & my partner have just returned from a weeks stay at the oyster residence, What can I say!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the manager murat, this gentleman was so nice could not stop smiling, took our cases of us and showed us to our room

She was like the mum of the group. The restaurant area is situated right on the beachfront with breathtaking views. Everywhere is simply spotless and the waiters cannot do enough for you

Only downfall for us was the hill going up to the hotel plus the stairs when we got up the hill in 35 celcius degree heat was a killer. If you don't mind a good hike to the hotel you won't be disappointed

Little tip to owners is to trim the flowers on the balcony just enough to not obscure the amazing views and paint the rooms white to brighten then up a bit. Great air-con 👍 it was amazing in that heat

In the evenings we had a cocktail or 2 at the terrace bar overlooking the whole of Olu deniz and had some great conversations with the lovely Murat who looked after us well

Very cute, modern hotel with an amazing Turkish breakfast (included with your stay). The rooms have digitized icons for DND, cleaning requests, etc. with small balconies overlooking the pool

For example, we had a very early flight and that meant we were going to miss the breakfast buffet, but they agreed to pack us some sandwiches and fruits in a lunch box, which is honestly very nice of them

My friend and I had the nicest stay at Unsal. The hotel room was very big and we had a nice little balcony, and a jacuzzi bath! All the finishes and interior design in the hotel were gorgeous

its lovely place to stay with very coperative Mr Hussain and his wife who are running the hotel in off season without whole staff. Actually we went in off season so lot things are missing

Its was amazing everyone was so friendly and the villa was also amazing if you didnt rate at least 4/5 your brain isnt working

That said, it is 1km to walk into town (okay) and the SugarClub hotel directly in Front has a serious sound system that on one night turned off early and was fine and on the next night (Saturday) hosted a wedding and was crazy loud

A rating depends on the price you pay, - for the rate we got (well below the advertised internet one) we thought was good for the cabin we had in an expensive part of Turkey

You can enjoy paragliding, boat trip to blue cave and butterfly valley and scuba diving

I stayed for 2 nights and it was really fantastic. The room was very clean and price was reasonable. Got swimming pool and the beach is just 7mins away I really strongly recommend this hotel really!!

We had a very noisey room neighbour for several nights keeping us awake until 3am, which is not the hotels fault and the music by the pool was quite loud at times but overall had a relaxing time and would go back

And also, they should definitely install AC in the restaurant since it's boiling like sauna. The pools are clean and lovely. The staff are all helpful and smiley especially the Guest Relations Manager Murat

There is a shuttle bus to sugar beach or you can walk to several beaches near or on the lagoon which is very busy but pretty. Lots of activities to do nearby if you want

We checked in at the hotel at half one in the morning and were taken to our room shortly after. We liked our room and had no problems with the cleaning. If I'm being honest about the food, I was not overly impressed

We have just returned from 9 nights at the Katre, we went with our two grown up children and their partner/friends. The pool area is lovely with new sun beds and stunning views of the mountains

They have a new restaurant and bar with lovely outdoor seating area. Breakfast is an assortment of cereals, fruit, veg and either freshly cooked made to order pancakes or omelettes

The rooms have had recent upgrades, our bed was massive with very comfy pillows! The towels were fluffy and changed regularly. The housekeeping team worked very hard! The hotel grounds are clean and tidy at all times
