Staff were great, location awful. Food was disappointing and I'm not fussy. Had a couple of massages which were brilliant. The entertainment staff were fabulous, not only keeping everyone happy with the activities, but we had lots of great conversations with them.

At the start we arrived after being awake all day due to a delayed flight … however as the day Got going the pool was packed with people the bar was constantly open from 10 … the food is lovely here and all staff are friendly weekdays have adult and children entertainment..the sun beds need abit of seeing to but apart from that everything seems alright a lot of happy people and everyone seems to get...

Nice place food pretty good. Clean and staff first class. It's a bit far out but taxi to town around 6 pounds and fethihey 8. They don't change money so take some with you, you can pay in town in pounds or euros but not in supermarkets etc.

Great place to relax and chill. A bit isolated if you wanted a lively holiday. Staff friendly and helpful but slow with drinks service during meals. Only one type of beer available - more selection would be an improvement. Overall I had a good holiday

Brilliant holiday location. Variety of.pools, food and drink. The staff are helpful and fun. Lots to do and it is perfect to relax. Easy to get a taxi to the beach and town centre.

I like your hotel very much. We had a lot of fun with our friends, especially at the newly built beach. I would recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone. It is also a great environment for friends who are interested in photography.

The hotel, which is formed by the combination of lush trees and deep blue sea, gave a lot of pleasure during my two-day holiday. At the same time, the interests and relevance of the employees were very friendly. The best hotel to choose to enjoy the sun on the beach in the best way.

Quiet Mountain location within easy reach of Ölüdeniz beach and Fethiye Town. Lovely pool setting for Turkish Kahvaltı. Friendly and helpful staff and owner! Room and facilities clean but basic. Would be good to have a working kettle and cups for tea /coffee. Easy parking and walkable to local shops and restaurants. Very easy access to public transport.

We booked this place not knowing what we will end up with as the photos on net were not really descriptive of what the property actually looks like. However, this turned out to be such a pleasant surprise that instead of initial plan of 2 nights, we ended up staying here for 4 nights and left with a heavy heart. Lovely hotel, we invited the escape rooms which was a great time too, really good. A lovely peaceful place, which is also near to the hustle and bustle of the nearby resorts if you need them We will definately return to the escape rooms and the apartments for sure

We have been coming to Ovacık for 20 years. So we are always looking for something new to do whilst here. Luckily we found The Escape Room at the Gondol Apartments. What a great way to spend an hour or so. Jane is a lovely lady with years of experience here in Turkiye. We managed to escape with help and 4 minutes left. The escape room here is fantastic. Incredible price for a group of us to have an hour of air conditioned fun.

It was wonderful to stay here, Jan was great, always busy and happy and ready to sort any problems or even to sell us a beer! Even ordered a pizza for us one evening. Nice walk to the beach or take the bus if you prefer. Also possible to go to fethiye by bus. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nausicaa (sp?) was lovely as well, made our bed with rose petals one day and was ready to clean...

Great place to stay. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jane & Ali Soyturk. Our favourite place to stay. Duplux self catering apartments that sleep 3 or 4 if 2 "little ones". This is our 2nd home.

I was only there for the Turkish bath and spa so can't comment on the resort itself but the staff were really friendly and professional as well as offering fantastic value for money treatments such a scrub down and massage 💆‍♂️ 👍

There are positive and negative things...first positive thing is the staff which they are helpful...location is good...price also good...food delicious...no alcohol and this is very good for me...but the hotel is old and not clean...our room dont have recycle bin...no refrigerator as in reservation....very croud so cannot sleep at midday.....the isolation between rooms not good so you can hear everything...

Amazing family run place. They go above and beyond to help you and serve you. The most accommodating place I’ve been to in Turkey. Honestly made me understand what Turkish hospitality was famous for. Listening to their live music and siting in their restaurant felt like being invited to dinner at their home. God bless these people.

It’s my family’s first time in Turkey, and booked online with out really knowing what to expect. We are so happy with the result! The self-catering apartment is more than adequate for us, very clean and well equipped. Honestly I'm so glad we ended up coming here, we first booked another hotel and it was so bad so last minute found Eftalya apart hotel, the owners are lovely and very helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and homely. The swimming pool and garden is very well maintained and also lovely. The hospitaly here is more than you can ask for. Mr Ayhan and Mrs Inanc has been very helpful...

Such a great place to stay! The owner was so friendly and helpful! The rooms are good,clean and the pool was super cool! Bus station is just two minutes by walk! We enjoyed our time and felt like we are home! Hope to visit Eftelya Apart again👌🏻🙌🏻

I have stayed at several hotels in Oludeniz with my family and friends, and I have to say that we have found this to be the absolute best of them all! Our room was beautiful and the pool is a good size, with plenty of sunbeds. Also, the hotel owners are quite helpful and friendly. There you can find perfect customer service and hospitality. We hope to visit this hotel again later in the season.

We had a great time at Eftelya Hotel this year. The owners of the hotel were really welcoming and friendly. We liked our room a lot. Hope to revisit them next year again!
