Avoid at All Costs!

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The only redeeming feature is the pool, and even that isn't enough to save this place.

Location: The location is awful, with a loud disco blasting music every night until 2 AM. It's impossible to get any sleep.

Cleanliness: The rooms are filthy. The floors are sticky and dirty, even after specifically requesting them to be cleaned. It's clear that housekeeping is either non-existent or completely ineffective.

Bathroom: The bathroom is terrifying. The plumbing is broken, and everything is dirty, rusty, and in disrepair. When we checked in, there was vomit in the sink. The smell in the bathroom is unbearable—like a mix of rot, sewage, and harsh chemicals.

Water: There was no hot water at all, and for two days, there was no water at all. When there was water, it was salty and unpleasant.

Pest Control: They spray insecticide for mosquitoes directly inside the rooms, which is highly concerning.

Restaurant: The restaurant is filthy, and the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The tables and chairs are sticky and unappealing.

Staff: The staff is overly intrusive while being completely unhelpful. They seem to have no interest in resolving any issues.

Breakfast: The breakfast selection is mediocre, and we couldn't bring ourselves to eat anything due to the surrounding filth.

The price for this hotel is absurdly high. Honestly, the host should be paying the guests to stay here. Avoid this hotel at all costs! I strongly urge you to compare the real photos of the bathroom with the ones posted by the host. This hotel is a complete nightmare, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

Very very bad experience. Please don’t come if your expectation it’s normal level for the hotel.
It’s my third time in oludeniz but I never experience very poor service in any place like here.
Firstly when we arrive the first question from the reception guy was “ no tips ?” For what tips sorry ???
Then we arrive in the room the light in the bathroom didn’t work. We didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel, we ask for it we complain about the bathroom light at the reception nothing change.. they said they will come to fix it. They never did it. They also said there it’s no shampoo or shower gel, we have to buy ourselves..
Everyday we had cleaning in the room, there was no towel change it, no bed sheet change it. We complain about this in the reception and they said there it’s not towel clean at the moment.. sorry ????
The breakfast, disgusting, the vegetables was not washed, there was hair almost everyday in the food.
When we finally leave the hotel for check out today we ask for taxi at the reception, the lady said ok no problem. We wait 45 minutes for taxi at the reception and then they said sorry it’s not coming it’s so much traffic. We almost lost the fly, thanks to the people at the taxi station they help us. The beach very nice, the city, people, restaurants cheap, everything was perfect for 2 weeks holiday except this place for sleep, because you can’t name Hotel.
