Ramada Plaza Rize

Rooms are good,

Services and customer service is TERRIBLE more than you think, room tv is not useful at all actually you cannot open or see any thing, no plugs adapters and the reception telling you can buy from the shop because they gave all the plugs they have to their guests.

Not recommended at all actually, bad service and the reception employees are terrible also.

Far away from all services.

The first five stars hotel I can see preventing you from getting any type of food or drinks from outside the place.

Shame for FIVE starts hotels to name Ramada as a one.

Service workers are terrible! Ordering meal from outside is forbidden. So u have to order from hotel restaurants. I stayed here for 25 days but the attention of worker in restaurant who's name is kadir is terrible. He forgets everytime something when u order dinner. I m writing this after facing this problem more than 10 times. Lemme tell u about Last time problem.

As always he forgot everything except main meal i ordered after calling him for missing things than he sent all things one by one it took 40 minutes to have full dinner. As u can predict after 40 minutes meal got cold and there was no meaning to enjoy from my meal at all.

I called him again than sent that cold meal and i said that i dont want refund and this meal, so just take this meal.

I complained to worker who's name is defne. She only said ok. Then there was no any action to solve my problem. Even no one apologized that night and I left without eating anything.

Next morning i told problem to their manager who's name is Ünal. He apologized and said we gonna make it right. This is the 3th day since manager apoligized and tomorrow i will leave here.

There is no any action yet. I never will recommend this hotel to anyone including people from my company.

During summer time becuse of arabic people they dont care about citizens. U need to take it in consideration if u are citizen and summer time, So think twice to stay in ramada plaza by wyndham in rize.
