Great stay overall! The service was excellent, and the location is unbeatable, right next to everything you could possibly need. Perfect spot for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are very old and bathrooms are very small . Very old service in the bathroom.

I forgot some unique special fruits I bought from turkey , in the room ,and when I called to ask them to go back and take my fruits, they claimed that nothing was left behind in the room .

This is a great hotel :) I am very happy with my stay there , it’s more like 4 stars than 5 but the location is perfect it’s in the middle of the buzz market area. It’s a lovely location for walking around, shopping, eating. The rooms are clean and the service is great. The only downside is their breakfast is very average and they don’t make anything fresh like omelettes. And there are many lovely restaurants for breakfast in the area.

Pros. Central location close to the main square. Many restaurants nearby. Beach front is a quick 10 minute walk. Customer service is impeccable. I was here with my elderly mother and needed special accommodations for her and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Similar to the customer service I am accustomed to in Europe and the USA. Special shout out to Meryem for making it happen! Cons. As others have said, rooms are old and dingy. Not what you’d expect considering the price you pay. Breakfast is average at best. They do not offer any drinks other than plain coffee and tea.

Comments here had worried me, but there wasn't any glaring deficiency in terms of the room and breakfast's standards. Breakfast actually went beyond my expectations. Receptionists were all well-mannered in dealing with guests plus decent English. However, the gym facilities and pool fall far short of five-star.

Great five star hotel in the Middle of the main street close to trabzon Square. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and markets nearby. Rooms are good, breakfast was also lavish asper European standards

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly and polite one of them have helped me during my stay for one issue I had, and the room service is excellent.

DONT STAY HERE.
This hotel is operated by crooks. The rooms are dusty and smelly, the air conditioning does not work, the service is extremely unprofessional and does not speak English. The hotel has no lobby and gets lots of street noise. All of that and youre paying $110 per night.

The rooms are not big enough , and the toilet is smaller even in Master rooms.
They don't let you enter any food in the rooms, including delivery.

Everything is great, except for the air conditioner, which is a tragedy. Even my one-year-old child sweats, but they say that the temperature is appropriate, and they can do nothing.
