Stayed in Zorlo hotel 5 days from 3rd to 7th May with group of 20 people , hotel very nice , rooms clean , standers rooms view on loppy, excautive rooms view is the shopping street ,breakfast fresh and good , location in city center just waking to shopping streets and the main square where restaurants and cafees there , just the only comment some of the staff were agressive when we asked a help during check out .

Great stay overall! The service was excellent, and the location is unbeatable, right next to everything you could possibly need. Perfect spot for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean.
I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic!

Rooms are very old and bathrooms are very small . Very old service in the bathroom.

I forgot some unique special fruits I bought from turkey , in the room ,and when I called to ask them to go back and take my fruits, they claimed that nothing was left behind in the room .

Excellent hotel location, middle of the city, downtown, everything around hotel, clean hotel, very good breakfast, language is a bit of a barrier, good customer service, easy to get around , staff are helpful , good experience, family friendly

This is a great hotel :) I am very happy with my stay there , it’s more like 4 stars than 5 but the location is perfect it’s in the middle of the buzz market area. It’s a lovely location for walking around, shopping, eating. The rooms are clean and the service is great. The only downside is their breakfast is very average and they don’t make anything fresh like omelettes. And there are many lovely restaurants for breakfast in the area.

Pros. Central location close to the main square. Many restaurants nearby. Beach front is a quick 10 minute walk. Customer service is impeccable. I was here with my elderly mother and needed special accommodations for her and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Similar to the customer service I am accustomed to in Europe and the USA. Special shout out to Meryem for making it happen! Cons. As others have said, rooms are old and dingy. Not what you’d expect considering the price you pay. Breakfast is average at best. They do not offer any drinks other than plain coffee and tea.
