Great stay at this hotel. Everything was well organised and the food was delicious 😋
The location is very close to public transportation. You can easily go to downtown for 22 lira per person. And there's a big supermarket right next to the hotel to pickup some snacks.

I would highly recommend anyone to reserve in your hotel. Rooms’ spaces are very good, breakfast was my favorite, in front desk talk Arabic & English & they’re so kind.
My only comment that they have to improve their quality of housekeeping! They don’t add most of disposable things related to personal care when they clean rooms. I had to call reception each time!

This the best experience, I’ve been in turkey five times, this is the best hotel and service. Ece was amazing.breakfast is really good. Exceed expectations

I recently stayed at the Hotel, and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, with stunning views of the Black Sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. This stay truly enhanced my trip to this beautiful city.

This is the first time for me in Trabzon at the Park Dedeman Hotel. First, the hotel staff are really nice and friendly, each and everyone of them. They would answer every request immediately. The rooms are very clean. Even though their English is not great, but it was very easy to communicate with them.
Just fell in love with Trabzon, its mountains and water falls 😍. I highly recommend coming here and enjoy the experience

I travel a lot and this hotel really exceeded expectations. Exceptional service from vale to reception to restaurant. We checked in late at night, dinner at the restaurant was delicious, Murat went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfast has great choices for everyone. Rooms are fantastic, we had two rooms, each one was perfectly clean, beds are extremely comfortable, their rooms reflect whats on their website no exaggeration. Easy access, great location. Excellent choice for stay. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home.

The hotel was very good, the staff was friendly, the room was suite which was big and unique. The breakfasts were also excellent. If we come to Trabzon together, this will be our choice again.☺️

Wonderful hotel with wonderful service, the stuffs was friendly and supportive.
The hotel was near to Airport and Meydan as it was easy for me to transfer from place to place.

The location of the hotel is very good and I recommend it to everyone. The customer service is also excellent and the size of the rooms is excellent, especially those with sea view.
