Great stay at this hotel. Everything was well organised and the food was delicious 😋
The location is very close to public transportation. You can easily go to downtown for 22 lira per person. And there's a big supermarket right next to the hotel to pickup some snacks.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

We have stayed at the Dedeman many times but this time it was a disaster. We don't think we will stay there again.

I would highly recommend anyone to reserve in your hotel. Rooms’ spaces are very good, breakfast was my favorite, in front desk talk Arabic & English & they’re so kind.
My only comment that they have to improve their quality of housekeeping! They don’t add most of disposable things related to personal care when they clean rooms. I had to call reception each time!

This the best experience, I’ve been in turkey five times, this is the best hotel and service. Ece was amazing.breakfast is really good. Exceed expectations

I recently stayed at the Hotel, and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, with stunning views of the Black Sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. This stay truly enhanced my trip to this beautiful city.

This is the first time for me in Trabzon at the Park Dedeman Hotel. First, the hotel staff are really nice and friendly, each and everyone of them. They would answer every request immediately. The rooms are very clean. Even though their English is not great, but it was very easy to communicate with them.
Just fell in love with Trabzon, its mountains and water falls 😍. I highly recommend coming here and enjoy the experience
