Great hotel but needs a facelift. Old and run down. Lifts don't work. Stayed 8 days lift worked 1 time and we got stuck in it

A huge balcony terrace in our room, I wish the view were nicer.
1 star off service because the lifts weren't working and we had to use the staff lifts on the other side of the hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, tasted great and good quality. Rooms were very clean, large, good ac and TV hidden in the mirror. Nice shower, slippers included and shampoo and conditioner in the shower is always helpful.
Staff were lovely, all round a great stay during a road trip. If you're in the area try to visit the local lake which is stunning.

I don't recommend honestly, there's no way it's a five star hotel, I asked for napkins and a staff to take my bags down he said they don't have neither !!!! Plus the room smells like cigarettes.

No service. No informations about hotel have been provided. Loud. Old. Honestly, 5 stars is a joke. No single reason to spend this high amount of money for the room/hotel! And this said as wyndham diamond member!

That's a very good hotel, rooms are clean and big, food is delicious and stuff is friendly, I very much recommend it!

Everything was all good! Best days in Sakarya/Adapazari! Restaurant was perfect! I want to mention that staff in the the restaurant are very responsive. Specially, the waiters, all of them are positive, I would like to point out the guys Ali Osman, Cansu, Gozde and Omer!!!
